I found it odd that someone would post here in the forum and email folks that he/she had previous disagreements with GSI management and business activities and disclose what some would consider specific proprietary or inside information.

This led me to believe that there was more to the story and that this person was not simply an investor/holder of GSI stock.

After some careful research here is what has been discovered:

The poster has had communications with some folks here via email, in so doing so he has disclosed his connection and identity.

The email account being utilized for said communications (email sent to several members here) is linked to the son of a former GSI associate Allan Rosenthal.

Rosenthal had worked for GSI for a period, then became associated with the Silar Group, one of the funders for GSI.

Rosenthal is no longer associated with GSI or Silar. In fact, it is my understanding that Rosenthal is acting in a independent broker capacity and could be considered a competitor to GSI/Silar.

In the emails, the person represents that he is owed money or stock by GSI for a business transaction, it would seem to me that if this were true he would take the matter up in an appropriate forum such as a court of law.

A public message board forum is simply not the best choice to address such claims indirect or direct.

Slaton informed me this morning that GSI legal counsel has been provided copies of the emails and postings and will review the content and assertions contained therein.

As most of you know, the company and its officers have always been forthcoming (as much as legally permissible) with shareholders and I would not expect that to change.

In the end we all must make our own decisions concerning what stocks we buy and sell, always take time to make careful observations as to motive and reason.

Good luck and health to all.
