LOL that you actually believe you hold the high ground here. But, here is a link for market information...

"You think someone is going to pay to have fresh shrimp shipped somewhere?"
Are you seriously asking this question? Seriously? I don't know how you people can face your families after what you do here on ihub.
I will offer a possible (probable) explanation for not already having orders with HEB:
1) They JUST got their patent and testing done. Why would a company (HEB) set buy orders for product when they are not even certain the sale would be viable.
2) Then, NS has to have time to build up stock in order to fulfill orders from a customer as large as HEB.
3) Then, NS has to competitively price product against existing suppliers located 2 or 3 hours away in Galveston (you can actually go to one of their fish suppliers right on the docks to buy fish, just watch out for the pelicans... I cannot remember the name of the place but it is near where the cruise ships dock). NS may not be able to match prices HEB is already getting and they may not want to if their target audience is higher up the food chain.
So, I agree with you that there is some ignorance of the Texas market being shown. Texas has 367 miles of Gulf coastline. Most of the population of the state lives within just a few hours of it. Why is that important? Well... "The average American consumes 4.10 pounds of shrimp per year. 83% of U.S. shrimp comes from the Gulf of Mexico." see http://www.gotexan.org/Portals/1/PDF/TDA-Texas%20Shrimp%20Guide%20for%20Website.pdf

1) How much do Currah and Keevil still control of the company?
(response)
From what we know about 20% and a lot of debt.
We hope to end up with them owning 0% and owing us money!

From Dan...
The money has already been flowing the closing is a formality which should be done in the next couple weeks.
Vendors as well as lawyers are paid and additional plans and announcements are forthcoming.
Nevada Secretary of State reinstatement paperwork has been submitted and paid. Should be cleared up within the week.
Website and such should be updated soon as well.
So this is the real deal everything is moving forward.
Filings have already been made in court case with Currah.
So formal closing isn't a concern.
Dan
... processing lab studies and geophysical projects are already underway.

... This will lead to a PEA and or pre-feasibility study which leads to a full bankable feasibility study.

This is my interpretation of the PR:
Under the terms of the sale, the Indo Global will file a Form S-1 to facilitate a distribution of shares so that post-split, 95% of the Indo Global shares shall be held by existing Sarissa shareholders as of the record date, and 5% will be held by existing Indo Global shareholders.
So, IGEX (NBTC) gets the Nemegosenda property (which, I admit REALLY pissed me off when I first read that), but then I read that we will own a majority of IGEX (NBTC).
Indo Global intends to file for a name change to Niobium Technology Corporation, a symbol change to NBTC, and for a 12,500:1 reverse split, for approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA).
Indo Global is doing the RS, NOT Sarissa.
Sarissa shareholders will receive 1 new share of Indo Global for every 20 Sarissa shares held on the date of record.
This is basically a dividend. If you have 100 shares of SRSR, then you will receive 5 shares of NBTC. You will now have 100 shares SRSR + 5 shares NBTC.
My questions are:
what is the date of record to be
is the 'dividend' pre- or post IGEX RS
will there be additional, different news before this occurs
Yes, and while we are making wild, pointless and not so subtle accusations, lets all wonder what would happen to his qualification if he were to murder someone on the property while visiting? What would the penalties be for that? I'll definitely be pondering over the possibilities for days...
You should try Etrade. You have to pay for any decent services such as Level 2 and such. But in regard to making purchases, when I transfer funds into the account, I can use the money as quickly as I can push the buttons.
If these three cores are replacing the need for three holes, then we only need the one more hole drilled. They said they will be drilling as soon as possible. This could have huge time-cost savings.
No, we do not have to ask ourself or sit around and wonder. That is for someone who doesn't actually want to know the answer. If you are unwilling to email or call IR, or participate in the CC, but are content to to make pot shots then I am left 'asking myself' if you aren't just upset the share price has started going up and you didn't buy.

Excellent, so it is finally acknowledged here that SRSR has done an initial processing test on pyrochlore containing Niobium...
From the PR:
It is peculiar that someone who refuses to contact the company themself, would mock those who take the 5 minutes out of their day to do so. Regardless, those in the know (specifically, those who have contacted Merle) will be greatly rewarded soon enough IMO.
Thanks, lucky. I have already requested a review, that is when they came back with the off-topic BS. They have not yet responded to PM, I suspect it is due to the fact they have nothing to stand on.
Thank you. Done.
Wow - your broker is good! Your order went through fast!
Last time I spoke with Merle, he said we would not be getting any updates until they have something completed.
softer... rock...?????????
Well, since you went ahead and went there, lets go ahead and cover as many bases as we can...
You state it will cost SRSR $100/kg to mine, but have you considered the following:
1) what about trees? anyone who has dug a hole or a trench knows that digging through roots is a pain. I think this could add to the cost. I have no idea how much, so I will say it will add $5/kg to the cost that SRSR uniquely will have to pay.
2) what about the color and brand of the vehicles and equipment used? I happen to think such things affect morale of the crews. And since SRSR will obviously choose the most depressing colors and embarrasing brands, this will decrease morale, thus productivity, and therefore increase cost further. Again, I have no idea how much, so I will say it adds $10/kg.
3) what about the number of port o' potties, and their distance to the operations? I have no idea mow much they cost to rent, so I will say SRSR will pay $1500/week for them. And Scott will surely choose to put them up in a tree on the furthest corner of the property, making it more time consuming for the crew to use them. I will say these two items add $50/kg to the cost that only SRSR would be exposed to.
4) and didn't the CSM study indicate that SRSR's Niobium is encased in a 3" thick steel/concrete composite shell in each of their already impossibly hard rock bodies? Extracting the Niobium from that will surely be difficult. SRSR might get something back from the steel, so let's just say that it will add another $100/kg to the cost unique to SRSR.
5) and what about wind? Wind can blow the ore right off the trucks, so then they will have to collect it twice. Obviously, this will double the costs. So, 100+5+10+50+100=265 times 2 = $530/kg cost for SRSR to mine.
6) and then there is the radioactivity. If opened up, this property will surely mutate every pigeon within 50 miles into a Rodan, every moth into a Mothra, and every lizard... oh the horror. Sure it may not be too bad if they stay in that area, but when they make their way to Tokyo... and they always do... we could be looking at billions if not trillions of cost in damages and lives lost. How irresposible could Scott be for unleashing such horror upon the earth. Clearly, this only is true for SRSR, as no other mining operation has ever dealt with radiation, so he must be stopped! Think of the children! I have no idea what this brings the cost up to, so lets just say SRSR' cost is at about a billion dollars per kg to mine. Just so Scott can have his precious Niobium.
So, lets compare:
according to you, Niobec costs are about $15/kg
and a revised estimate of SRSR's cost continuing along your line of thinking are about $1000000000/kg plus global apocalypse
You are right! what was Scott thinking? What was I thinking for investing here?
@ es1... Sorry, I only have one post a day. Lets take a line-item approach to a response to your post.
--> “Actually I didn't try to make it sound any way at all I used the proper terminology..”
I believe two things about this: 1) by coupling the idea of “study results showing a high grade of Niobium,” and “immediately releasing a PR”, you are insinuating that the opposite must also be true; and 2) that you indeed worded your post carefully to that effect.
--> “As you see it really doesn't matter what the assay results say. All they say is there is NB in the rocks. It DOES NOT tell you what grade of pyrochlore concentrate you will end up with. That is based totally on the other minerals in the ground and the process used.”
I am actually a bit suprised and disappointed that this was not immediately called out by one of the many other knowledgable posters here. First of all, I will call on the immortalized words of Inigo Montoya, and suggest that I don’t think that means what you think it means. In fact, I am concerned just how much you know about SRSR at all. Despite SRSR’s management being admittedly quiet lately, I think that it is well enough known that we are not here mining for “pyrochlore concentrate” (whatever that is).
First, you need to understand that pyrochlore and I believe pyroxene are the primary (rock) ore bodies on the Nemegosenda property in which the Niobium mineralization is found. The niobium concentration varies based on the substrate and location, but the 1956 Gulf Dominion study outlined approximately 20 million tons of .47% Nb2O5 in the northeast portion of the property. This number was added to in subsequent studies in other areas of the property. There is your average Niobium concentration. I do not remember if someone has done the math to show the estimated quantity of mineral this comes out to. The (rock) pyrochlore, etc ore is processed in order to obtain the desired Niobium mineral concentration for the end-use application. Since the end-use varies, so does the processing method(s) used. Again, we are interested in the Niobium concentration, which the studies show, NOT pyrochlore rock concentration. However, I believe the report in 1987 does outline the estimated pyrochlore rock found in the area (I do not remember for certain how much detail it shows) just for your curiosity.
I am admittedly clueless as to how pyrochlore rock is based on other minerals in the ground and processes used. But to suggest that the assay is meaningless is shocking to me. If we do not know the amount of Niobium in the ore and where the concentrations are located how can we know if it would be economical to retrieve it using whatever respective process is analyzed?
--> So for the sake of argument if the ground also had a high uranium content that radio active waste product would need to be disposed of properly and could create a large cost that we have no idea of.
You are correct that Thorium and Uranium are commonly associated with pyrochlores, and typically a by-product of Niobium processing. In fact, the presence of these two was anticipated and surveyed for in either the Gulf study or the Sage study. I remember seeing the results in a table in one of the two studies. However, you are once again introducing a new term that I think is for the specific purpose of instilling fear. Every company mining for Niobium in a pyrochlore ore (which is close enough to 100% to discount any other) has to deal with the associated minerals and elements. SRSR is not unique in the need to handle them. The cost for disposal, or whatever they choose to do with it, will simply be a part of doing business the same as with CBMM, IAMGOLD, etc. IT IS NOT AN EXTRA COST UNIQUE TO SRSR.
--> So do you understand the difference between Having NB and processing NB?
I think I do. Do you?
--> And based on your response you obviously don't listen to what the CEO says...
Your quote points to a PR that refers to the revised LOI that has expired. If you go to the PR about the revision to the LOI, you will see the quote that I used. This is part of the communication problem I am not happy with. Since they did not specifically say the results would be free in the new PR, I will agree that SRSR has access to the results. I believe that they simply have to pay for them, which they did specifically state in the PR I quoted.
I find it interesting that the discussion lately has been centered on slamming the company for not using SGS. Especially since in the very PR you quoted from is the following:
"We anticipate these will be useful in advancing the progress of the scoping study, along with the SGS Lakefield Research report, "An Investigation into Extraction and Treatment of Niobium Bearing Ores From the Chewett Orebody - Phase 1", prepared for Sarissa"
Interesting, huh?
Anyways, I have had my fill of IHUB for a while. Adios.
@ es1 and dmbao - I understand completely the difference between what Scott did and the SOE. The reference to the assay was due to your (es1) assertion that the SOE supposedly didn't find Nb in their sample when you said ---
"If the news was our report came back with amazing results and a much higher grade that would have been PRd 2 seconds after they found out."
The Nb grade was known, and then verified. You could have said that, in your opinion, based on the Nb grade, the SOE found it wasn't feasible for them to proceed. But, instead you tried to make it sound like they found very little Nb at all, which has been proven false.
And based on your response, you still don't get it that WE MAY NEVER SEE the test results from the SOE, because the results are their property, and no other reason. It may have been completed in 5 minutes, it may take another year. We do not know, because SRSR does not have any rights to the data, or control over the study. Whether the study produced positive results or bad, the only thing we know is that a JV has not been signed. We have no way of knowing why. It could be the results were not to their liking, it could be the global economy, it could be black helicopter stuff, it could be Scott farted during a meeting and offended them. But since we know none of the specifics, there is no reasonable way for you or anyone to point your finger at any particular item and suggest that it is the cause.
In addition, since we do not know where the SOE stands in the study process, we cannot conclude that they have "walked away" from the deal any more than we could suggest the deal will be signed tomorrow.
DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE?
BTW, I have issues with Scott's lack of communication. But I am not going to allow that one problem to cause me to dump a bucket full of percieved calamities, that have no basis in truth, over him just to make me feel better about his communication style.
Sorry... I cannot let that fly. That is a patently incorrect opinion you are trying to pass off as truth. What is fact is that while the SOE was/is working on their metallurgic study, SRSR did a concurrent study in Canada. Their results were released in a PR (see below). The SOE study may or may not be done, but the fact is that they are under no obligation to share the results of their study with anyone, including Scott or Merle. They paid for the study, therefore, the results are their property. It was PR'd later, after the SOE exclusivity period ended, that if SRSR were to sign with another company, the option to purchase the results from the SOE was available. --- "Also, should Sarissa and Nio-Star reach an agreement with a different party to fund the exploration and development of its Nemegosenda property, Nio-Star has discussed purchasing the SOE's testing results."
The fact we have not seen the results from the SOE does not mandate that the results were not good.

Sarissa Resources Check Assay Results and Updated SE Zone Analysis
PrintAlert
Sarissa Resources, Inc. (PL) (USOTC:SRSR)
Historical Stock Chart
1 Year : From Oct 2012 to Oct 2013
Sarissa Resources Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SRSR) ("Sarissa"), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Nio-Star Corp. ("Nio-Star" or "the Company") is pleased to release this update relating to the samples collected for analysis in China.
As previously announced, Nio-Star has collected and shipped approximately 900 kilograms of rock samples from the adit area of the Nemegosenda project to a China Research facility for metallurgical, process testing. Grab samples were selected from the shipment and sent for assaying in Canada as a check, and results have now been received. As the samples were taken from the well-explored adit area of the project, positive niobium and tantalum results were expected, and received. Two of the assays returned Nb2O5 (niobium pentoxide) results of 0.86% and 0.51% respectively. A third sample returned negligible Nb2O5 results, with 6700 ppm Ta2O5.
Concurrently, further analysis was conducted on the drilling previously done in the South East Zone; specifically diamond drill holes 10-81 and 10-83. Previous releases had detailed significant niobium mineralization throughout these two drill holes. Results have now been analyzed and updated to include final results from the bottom portion of DDH 10-81.
DDH 10-81 returned 3458 ppm Nb2O5 (0.35%) over its entire length of 230 metres, as well as 1,956.1 ppm (0.2%) total rare earth oxides (TREO) and 154.3 ppm Ta2O5 throughout the hole. Of particular interest, 81-10 ended in a high grade zone from 216.5 to the end of the hole that assayed 6399 ppm (0.64%) TREO.
The results of DDH81-10 show a high degree of reproducibility in niobium values compared to holes 56-33 and 56-35. This data provides further support of the reproducibility of niobium grades outlined by the historical results of the Dominion Gulf work completed over the Southeast Zone.
The results from the diamond drilling confirmed that the Southeast Zone is also host to anomalous values of Rare Earth Elements and tantalum; however the economic potential for these elements requires additional investigation.

I agree that the short argument was beaten to a pulp a long time ago, but you cannot declare the two sides in this case equal. On the one hand, a poster is posting empirical data from a reporting site. On the other, you have a poster posting opinion. Opinion is not greater than or equal to data.
That is a hard choice to make. I understand the desire to not give up control of what you have struggled for. But someone put it to me this way... some of something, is better than all of nothing.
A wealthy business investor more than likely got that way by routinely getting their way. You will probably not get them to relinquish majority ownership, especially considering the fact they are the only one putting up any financial risk. You should consider yourself lucky they are only asking 51%. Perhaps later down the road you may be able to buy their portion?
Actually, I agree with you for once es1, that DescriptionPinetree Capital Ltd. more than likely has nothing to do with SRSR.
HOWEVER, if you will READ the context of the information, I think anyone would agree that Ontario PNP is not referring to a trading symbol, but an immigration policy. Something along the lines of an Ontario Provincial Nominee Program, perhaps...

Wow - you are back posting your opinions! That is awesome. So did Merle also tell you this?...
Really?!?!?!?
You really just will not be happy until EVERYONE knows how foolish you are, will you? Surely you do not actually think anyone will read your incredibly uninformed opinion in agreement? Do you even know what board you are posting on? Anyone who spends even 5 minutes doing their DD on SRSR will know that virtually every single part of every single post of yours is completely wrong, and could not possibly be further from truth.
"the allure of the NSS conspiracy" has little, to less than little, to do with the promise this stock holds. The TRIX moving up slightly is neat, too, but that is also not the saving grace of SRSR. I enjoy seeing the TA because it is interesting, and I have used that along with board sentiment to trade SRSR to increase my position here tremendously.
However, to even think of people who choose to hold instead of trade as stupid, or even slow of mind or cowardly, is to be ignorant of what is truly driving the decision to hold. SRSR is finally within months of a possible JV to begin operations on one of the largest, and easily accessible deposits of Niobium IN THE WORLD. Not to mention all the other REEs associated with it. They even have a little groupie in Shining Tree, which by itself looks very promising for gold production. THAT is what is exciting about the stock. THAT is the reason people INVEST in SRSR. I was scared out of my mind a week or two ago that my buy orders were taking so long to fill. Because I do not want to be the one chasing this when the news finally comes out that the deal is done. When that news comes out, be it in February, or August, all of the TA will become irrelevant. IMO.
With all due respect, it is very difficult for me to understand why you, or anyone for that matter, would spend ANY time on a stock they have nothing but contention for. If I do not like a particular tv show, I am not going to tivo it and spend my waking hours watching it just so I can criticize it. It doesn't make any sense. It doesn't make me a better person for it. It doesn't improve my peers' perception of me. It doesn't change anything about the tv show. It only wastes my time.
I could only imagine what this might do for Niobium demand... lol

Judging by the low volume lately, and the time we have been at this level, I really do not think we will be going to or below .02. I admit I was hoping we would, but because it appeared to me that it was having such a hard time staying down at .022... let alone going to .02 I decided to raise my buy order. My personal recent experience is not that there are no buyers, it is that there are no sellers. It took me 3 days after I had moved my offer up to fill my last buy order at .022, .023, and some at .0245. I expect anticipation of the upcoming events will move the share price up even more as we move closer to THE EVENT in February, since that is the pattern with this stock. All of this is to say that if you are wanting in, my suggestion is to set your buys accordingly and urgently.
This kind of chatter is what started us up in July/August. Maybe we will start to see the SRSR/Niostar names popping up again in Chinese releases?
Lifting up your wife's family, and the entire region.
Yes, most of today's buy volume was me finishing my order. I admit I was getting somewhat concerned with the low volume recently and my order was hardly getting touched. I had moved out of another trade, and was trying to add to my position here before any news comes out.
Hopefully, with the renewed interest in gold, we will get an update soon on Shining Tree. Or better still would be an early Christmas gift from the Chinese...
Will do. Are you there, now (or in the area)?
BTW - I finally got my order filled, so I have done my part for the volume you mentioned in your email. Hopefully we close HOD today and continue upward...
