The money has already been flowing the closing is a formality which should be done in the next couple weeks.

Vendors as well as lawyers are paid and additional plans and announcements are forthcoming.

Nevada Secretary of State reinstatement paperwork has been submitted and paid. Should be cleared up within the week.

Website and such should be updated soon as well.

So this is the real deal everything is moving forward.

Filings have already been made in court case with Currah.

So formal closing isn't a concern.
