@ es1 and dmbao - I understand completely the difference between what Scott did and the SOE. The reference to the assay was due to your (es1) assertion that the SOE supposedly didn't find Nb in their sample when you said ---

"If the news was our report came back with amazing results and a much higher grade that would have been PRd 2 seconds after they found out."

The Nb grade was known, and then verified. You could have said that, in your opinion, based on the Nb grade, the SOE found it wasn't feasible for them to proceed. But, instead you tried to make it sound like they found very little Nb at all, which has been proven false.
And based on your response, you still don't get it that WE MAY NEVER SEE the test results from the SOE, because the results are their property, and no other reason. It may have been completed in 5 minutes, it may take another year. We do not know, because SRSR does not have any rights to the data, or control over the study. Whether the study produced positive results or bad, the only thing we know is that a JV has not been signed. We have no way of knowing why. It could be the results were not to their liking, it could be the global economy, it could be black helicopter stuff, it could be Scott farted during a meeting and offended them. But since we know none of the specifics, there is no reasonable way for you or anyone to point your finger at any particular item and suggest that it is the cause.
In addition, since we do not know where the SOE stands in the study process, we cannot conclude that they have "walked away" from the deal any more than we could suggest the deal will be signed tomorrow.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE?

BTW, I have issues with Scott's lack of communication. But I am not going to allow that one problem to cause me to dump a bucket full of percieved calamities, that have no basis in truth, over him just to make me feel better about his communication style.
