I visited my uncle in NW Iowa for his birthday party back in August. I learned that one local ethanol plant was taking all of the corn from the 4 surrounding counties. The ethanol subsidies must stop if the land is to survive. imo

It's only been going on for 3+ years.
So AJW won a default judgment against Admiralty in the final disposition and has been ordered by the judge to hand over their intellectual property.
Is the lawsuit over now and what does UNDR have after this happens ?
From page 9 of their latest 10-Q:

The only guy that is making money on this stock is the one who is buying at .0001 and selling at .0009. imo
And they reported a 28% increase in the number of shares year over year.

Add Arizona and Wyoming, more good news:
Montalvo Spirits, Inc., (OTCQB:TQLA) ("Montalvo" or, the "Company") producers of award-winning brand Montalvo Tequila, announced today that it has continued its expansion plan by securing distribution and receiving its first orders in the State of Arizona. Montalvo Tequila is now being distributed by MJ Sweiss, LLC, a fine wine and spirits distributor based in Phoenix, who supplies restaurants, resorts, and retailers throughout Arizona.
In addition, Montalvo Tequila has fulfilled an order from the State of Wyoming Liquor Division, and will be available in select retailers in the state.
These states now join Florida, New York, California, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Oregon in carrying Montalvo Tequila's award-wining line of ultra-premium tequilas.
"Arizona was an integral state in our distribution plan," commented Daniel Cahill, Montalvo's Director of Sales. "Securing distribution in the Southwest was the logical next step after our successful Northeast expansion," added Cahill.
At the prestigious Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2013, Montalvo Tequila's Plata was named Finalist for the Chairman's Trophy, being awarded 93 points out of 100. And at the 2013 Spirits of the Americas Competition, Montalvo's Reposado was named "Best of Class" in the Reposado Tequila category, and Montalvo's Reposado and Anejo were awarded Gold Medals in September 2013's Spirits of Mexico Competition, held by the IWSC Group.
Nice bid 200K @ .007, ask thin too. imo
They went cold turkey and are trying a more legit financing arrangement.imo
What it shows is the company is diluting without any idea when the loans will be paid off. imo
During the six months ended June 30, 2013, the Company issued 52,960,000 shares of common stock in a partial conversion of the April Note at a price of $0.0001 per share, recognizing a loss on conversion of $270,096.

$KIWB made the buzz cloud.

Battle Over Genetically Altered Crops In Hawaii...

They buy with a market order at the end of each quarter just to window dress their value at the end of quarter, make yourself a note for the end of the year. imo
The question I think is at what price per share will they pay off the guy they are buying out ?
Someone did some window dressing back at the end of the quarter ending March 2013, where the SP reached .01 after which all interest stopped. imo
I think the new investors are better and will restrain dilution, better than the last promo bunch. imo
There was a bit of a short position which I think needed to be resolved. imo

It sounds good on the surface but it could be all BS. I think if all of the slimy promo shares are dried up the stock has a chance to go up. Keep a skeptical view and tread softly in this speculative play. There could still be large chunks of shares yet to be unloaded. imo
"We are pleased about this financing agreement, as it gives us flexible access to capital to support and accelerate the growing distribution pipeline of our products as well as to continue to develop and acquire existing products", commented Alex Viecco, CEO of Montalvo. "It will give our current and prospective suppliers and wholesale distribution partners comfort to know the company has access to the capital needed to properly develop and market our products. To minimize dilution for our current investors, we have opted for an approach that allows us to access capital incrementally and as needed over a long period."[\b]
Solid buying today, CDEL on the bid @ .10
I think it is relevant if UNDR will have the ADMH technology taken away by AJW, there would be nothing left other than a shell.imo
Lots of stuff filed by AJW partners against ADMH last week seeking all assets.

What do you think of this in the 10-Q ?
"On July 11, 2013, the Company issued 55,000,000 shares of common stock in the partial conversion of the April Note in the amount of $5,500 at a price of $0.0001 per share.
On July 12, 2013, the Company entered into a convertible promissory note in the amount of $10,000, with an interest rate of 8% per annum. The Note can be converted into common stock of the Company, if the Note is not repaid before 180 days. The conversion price is the lesser of $0.0002 or 60% of the average three (3) trading days prior."
The problem with this stock is there are too many promo's with loads of shares to unload. The promo people control the sp. imo
I think it was Mindspeed MSPD that spun off. I had a friend who had the accounting nightmare too. cheers
There are a lot of shares to sell, new all time low sp. imo
I think there is just no buying going on here. People have reasons to sell, all of the news from china is bad. The benefits of stock ownership are not there for chinese stocks, i.e. dividends or a possibility of a buyout. imo
Mostly from China small cap mutual funds in my opinion. When they want to buy that is. I was lucky to get out back at .13
It sucks that they are not showing their real size when they step on the ask. imo
(4/09/2013) As of the date of this report, the Company had 5,000,000,000 shares of common stock authorized with 42,120,000 issued and outstanding, and approximately 13,250,000 freely tradeable shares in the public float. These shares were held by approximately 811 shareholders of record and the Company estimates by more than 2,000 beneficial shareholders.

Has anyone seen one of Shaq's tweets about Montalvo ?
With V.ERT on the ask with an unlimited supply of shares (it seems), the company is selling a lot of shares without an uptick.imo

Wash rinse and repeat.imo
Will the economy be in growth or recession ? The current price trends show me that it seems to be a contracting economy thus contracting steel demand / prices. When AKS is operating at 95% capacity they make money and the stock price goes up.
The stock price seems to be way oversold. At some point the stock will turn around and the shorts will need to cover. Compare X with AKS and you will get a similar story.
All my personal opinion
You can email the TA, they are not gagged. No dilution other than the shares they already sold last year and those shares are accounted for: a good sign. When the big investor stops selling his shares, the stock will go up. imo
