BCND News with volume!
Let's take those 2's out. Adam has done everything he said he would so far and should be commended for his transparency from day 1. In addition to the recycling and new construction end of it it looks as though we have an energy company as well. How does Beacon Energy sound. GLTA this is just the beginning.

Let's rock and roll kidz!!!
News about boat shows and sales are meaningless at this point if the buyout goes through. Honda teaming up with LTDI as part of the buyout is hush, hush due to a gag order. If the buyout goes through that should be enough news to get this baby flying again. News can come out at any time during the day. Just because news isn't released before the bell doesn't mean there will be none for the day. Buyout news can be released at 3:30pm and this would fly for the remainder of the day and pop big the next morning as well.
Funny stuff, not green but close!
Watch for the gap up to a green close! Just my opinion having watched this for awhile. They have held it back at eod but let her run yesterday.
I know many here don't believe the charts but there is a bullish uptrend developing.
Seems to me that they walked this baby down for somebody to purchase shares. They finally let her run again late day. All this IMO means that JOE BLACK will be showing up soon, a PR to follow and a little run. Could get interesting.
Here is the tail end of the email. 2 years ago the stock was trading between 5 and 10 cents, 3 years ago I remember it touching 25 cents.
I totally disagree with you, and your allegations are unjustifiable; most likely after the buyout is done, shareholders will recoup the significantly even more than the levels of 3 years ago. Please be patient, I wont be to worry about the price of the current stock anyways, what you have in your portfolio is the most important for the dividend.
Regards
Rafael Pinedo
CEO President
FWIW: I received an email from Raphael answering some of the questions I had. The most interesting is that he truly believes that when all is said and done that the PPS will be at or higher than 2-3 years ago. We shall see!
You gotta love this guy. He has a strong business model, a solid business plan and a great management philosophy.
"I have the fullest desire to demolish and redevelop the Westmoreland site; however I will not compromise the value of the property or its redevelopment value for a quick gain. The dismantling and salvage sale will be done in the best interest of the shareholders and the company," said Adam Marek, President.
GM all, let's take out the 3's today.
Nice volume and action today, they gonna let her run soon.
Sweet news folks. KD wipe that egg off your face.
Sell your shares KD, the company is only 1 month old and will run soon. Patience is everything in pink land and it's obvious you have none. Go trade the big board.
Perhaps the Canadian Shopping club just loosened their purse strings!
By the way Earl, you will get no answers from Eddie, he is a melting ice cube. Email Ralph directly at rpinedo@bpetroleum.com, he will answer you rather quickly.
It was probably Eddie that you spoke with telling you he would be in at 9:15am. Usually does that when he is in hiding. Did he sound slow and lispy? When you call Eddie and somebody answers you have to say "Hey Eddie what's up". If you ask for him by name he will say he is not there.
Unfortunately I can not give up the shares in which you search at the present time, however, we welcome you and your investment group to buy up as many of the 2's and 3's you can get your hands on. Selling at a much higher premium will allow you to buy all the clothes or clothes stores you want GLTA.
Albeit they took the wind out of our sails. Next news perhaps we fly.
Could also be a sign that the MM's are done accumulating and will let her run soon.
Beacon PA recognizes the historical impact of the former Westmoreland Glass Company factory and is investigating the feasibility of creating a commemorative brick to collectors with a notarized certificate of authenticity.
I am sure he is investigating if this is logistically possible. If he can set up some sort of distribution network this could be another large revenue generator.
Hospitals, schools, parks etc. have fund raising commemorative bricks engraved with the names of loved ones. These bricks are purchased from 100, 500 and even 1,000 a pop. If Adam can set up a program where he donates the bricks to these organizations and somehow split the profit it can be huge. However, I don't think he wants to have these bricks engraved and laid at a hospital walkway. These bricks will come with a letter of authenticity which still has a huge market with collectors.
He should send out a notice to all shareholders and request the appropriate amount from each shareholder to raise the $3,000 for the pink sheets if he doesn't want to use current company funds. Yea, it's that important.
I like the fact that even saving the 3G is important to him. Another fund raising idea is to go ahead with his plan to sell the commemorative historic bricks to shareholders, I will be the first to purchase one. I already have a historic brick proudly displayed on my bookshelf from a local landmark that was recently renovated. I did some research on commemorative bricks and found collectors are willing to pay big bucks.
Sorry, forgot the 90 mil day earlier this week. After that it died.
Smart day traders do not touch stocks unless the volume spikes with the news. The volume here does not indicate day traders flipping this stock. Could be MM games.
BINGO!
MM's will smack that 2 before close.
PGPM power hour underway. Should be a battle but I see a green close.
10-4, I stand corrected. For some reason I was thinking about a share buyback or exchange.
I think you are off, way off. If you had 1 mil shares @ .0012 you would have $1,200. If you had 1 mil shares and received 1 for every thousand you would have 1,000 shares. If IMVS opens at .30 your $1,200 would be worth $300. We are trying to make money not give it back. Correct me if I am wrong here?
Excellent question, never saw anything like it!
MM's still signaling they need shares!
