Here is the tail end of the email. 2 years ago the stock was trading between 5 and 10 cents, 3 years ago I remember it touching 25 cents.

I totally disagree with you, and your allegations are unjustifiable; most likely after the buyout is done, shareholders will recoup the significantly even more than the levels of 3 years ago. Please be patient, I wont be to worry about the price of the current stock anyways, what you have in your portfolio is the most important for the dividend.
