Did u DD the leftover share after bond and preferred get paid?

EC?? Who's that? They can't change the law. Bond holders get paid 1st, then the preffered (WAMKQ, WAMPQ, etc.), and lastly WAMUQ gets the leftovers.

Did anyone calculate how much is left after bonds and preferred holders have been fed??

WAMUQ won't see a dime until all preferreds are paid in full. How much of that 3.7 billion (let's say) is left for commons?

Since the outstanding shares is less than a million, then this stock has been heavily naked shorted by some MM. The volume on Thursday was over 11 million and 6 million on Friday and the only way to explain that is that there has been naked short selling of multiple times the float.

I predict a short squeeze is coming for this stock this week.

VTPI's outstanding shares is less than a million and yet volume was 11 million on Thursday. On Friday, volume was 6 million. Some lame MM sold millions of shares it didn't own nor exists. This one is gonna be the mother of all short squeezes..

I asked him why I was told by another broker that "the SEC is imposing this restriction at random"?? He said that was inaccurate and I told him they were making up lies after lies and hanged up.

I think this short interest data is completely inaccurate as Etrade and Ameritrade put this price manipulation scheme to protect their MMs from getting raped.

I don't think that was a good excuse to restrict buying online. I think they are REALLY SHORT and want drive prices down buy NOT allowing buys online and ONLY SELLS.
I've seen Ameritrade do that on other stocks that they were in a REAL short position on, and they use this method to prevent a SHORT SQUEEZE.

Ameritrade claims that the SEC is placing a random online order restriction on this stock. Sounds like a bunch of BS.

SHORT SQUEEZE TOMORROW!

Late executions are a problem with non-ECN brokerages because they send your orders to their preferred MM.
An ECN brokerage will send your order to ANY MM so you get better prices and quicker execution times. The problem with them is that they charge commission for orders of over 10,000 shares.
