Agree! That is telling me that people are wary right now about Mark says as everything he has said up to this point hasn't happened. Sad but true. If only he had forgone announcing the reverse split and sold a couple million shares at .002 or .003 to pay for filing he would have all his ducks in a row (right now) and we NEVER would have slipped back to the expert market.

Mark says a lot of things that end up much differently than what he said.

1, Reverse stock split.(No reverse in their plans (A little over a month later he announces one)
2, Paying his loan off (March 31st 2023) at the latest. (didn't happen). Still waiting.
3, 2023 he pulled the same BS and fired how many people and started over.
4, Reverse would happen by the end of 2023. Not even a boo or anything from FINRA. There is IMO something going on with FINRA that Mark is not telling us.

fwiw, that's not how film projects work.
one or more executive producers finance a project.
the director, cast, and crew are paid from that budget
and sometimes shares in distribution profits, too.
(aka: "points on the back end")

the film project's budget in not mark's/MIKP's money.
it's specific to the project.
typically an ad-hoc LLC or such is created to manage the finances of a film project.
if you watch credits of even the biggest-budget films,
you'll see the LLC mentioned in the production credits.

nutshell, a film project for which MIKP has
a stake in distribution profits (points on the back end)
doesn't help mark pay immediate bills
until the final post-production product
is distributed to audiences.

Yes, I could see your point. It's almost a year since he announced the R/S. The PPS went to shit after he filed for it.

We were a week or two away (tops) for him filing 2023 (EOY), 2024 (Q1 and Q2).

Now there will be a Q3.

My guess if this pans out like all the other Mark N. proclamations (Sometime in 2025).

Too much snowballing for this (the 2024 filings) to be accomplished this year.

At least we do not have to worry about FINRA ok'ing MIKP for the reverse as they are watching all this like we are and rolling their eyes. This (MIKP) will have to IMO be pink current before any FINRA ok for MIKP to proceed will happen.
