Vizio now promoting Ultraflix on their website...

Don't look now but another myth that just got proven as FACT!!!!
No pump here. At the end of the day we can call our partners
and yes they are partners because we have a business relationship with them
Bestbuy
Sony
Visio
Akamai
Business Partner= doing business together and both parties make money off of a transaction. So YES they are partners.
If you haven't noticed they are taking a slow and steady approach. NTEK is getting all their ducks in a row, dotting their I's and crossing their T's.
A rushed product is a bad product. Just look at the millions of people who have had no cell service the past few weeks because of the bugs in the new iOS software.
So unlike yourself, us patient investors have no problem letting NTEK put their gameplam together and finally implementing the final product.
So get off their back!
Do you mind sharing the video with me. I don't have PM. I ordered my NP-1 on Monday. Can't wait to receive it. Thanks.
My preorder number was 10002121. I received the email last night that my Nuvola was ready to be paid for & shipped. I ordered it right away. Should receive it in 5-7 days I would imagine with it shipping from California to New York. I still can't believe there are some claiming this product doesn't exist with all the evidence being posted around here.
I just got an email from NTEK stating that my NP-1 is ready to ship. Please log in and proceed to checkout. My NP-1 is on it's way. Been a long while waiting but it's here.
For the investors in attendance of the shareholders meeting. And only those who were at the meeting, I have a question.
The NP-1's that were at the meeting, what operating system were they running? Kit Kat or Jelly Bean?
So here is the real FCC report on the Nuvola along with the real FCC ID that is associated with the NP-1. No more of this Mojo hogwash that was created to create confusion.
The Nuvola is registered with the FCC. It has conformed to all of their regulations and now nobody can claim that the Nuvola is a rebranded Mojo POS...

I've written 5 emails to them. Started out cordial then got nastier because they don't write back. One email I could see slipping through the cracks. But not 5.
Most unprofessional company I've ever invested in. Better be a good reason why.
Seriously. This is a publicly traded company. Start acting like one.
What was Victor expecting when he merged into ACYD.
I'm sure he originally made wialan public for the money. But with that new found money, is now spread around a few thousand other investors who purchased shares with their hard earned money.
Back in late summer, early fall when the merger took place, the company was forthcoming to investors. We heard about financing deals. We heard about public demonstrations for towns, beaches, cities, etc.... We heard about retaining law firms for filing patents. We heard material information about our investment. Now since the last conference call (12-11-2013), we have heard squat.
No follow ups from those demonstrations. No followup about the financing deal that was supposedly in the works. Squat. But on here there are a few that keep saying "Just wait". It's coming. Boom. Meanwhile all I see is dwindling stock price and now my minuscule portfolio that was once in the 5 figures.
And everybody here keeps saying how great the product is. Am I missing something? How do you know how great the product is? Do you have one of these boxes in your backyard. Have you visited one of the sites where Wialan's products are supposedly installed? Have you visited the corporate offices where people on here said that have been and supposedly there is nothing there?
I do know that when a company has been this quiet for this long, it means one of two things. I'm hoping that it's a great reason they have been quiet and not the reason that it's turning out to be.
Does anybody know what the company is actually waiting for. It's a public company that is acting like a private one.
Like when word got out that a new CEO was coming in, the investor world got all excited, all these rumors were being thrown around and the company put it's tail between its legs and named a CEO who was already part of the company.
Weeks ago, somebody received an email that the company was working on a PR that would knock out socks off to show us how hard they had been working. Unless I'm blind, I didn't see any PR. I saw lackluster financials posted that give us zero info on the current state of the company.
I could only imagine the threats that victor is probably receiving currently. People have lost probably millions of dollars, realized & unrealized. I know I'm down about $60k from the highs but I guess I was just drinking the kool aid that was going around.
Don't hold your breath.
Another day and most likely another week of disappointment with this so called mega company. Getting tired of this. Even the bashers have given up on WLAN.
As long as it's not victor or any other ACYD cronies. This company needs new blood and some kind of direction moving forward. Not backwards, which is what we've seen the last 4+ months.
I understand the company not wanting to post "fluff" news as they said. But anything at this point would be better than nothing. It's been stated multiple times from multiple posters that news is just days away.
This is getting absolutely ridiculous. Nothing but silence from these guys. I'm about through with this company. I'm down 60% from my initial investment and send multiple emails a week and don't even get a response. What a f-ing joke.
If they are releasing news next week according to an update email that was received today by a fellow poster, then that means that the financials will be released before that according to a different email received by somebody else last week.
Last weeks email stated that financials will be posted before any PRs will be release.
Here's a chance for the company to put their money where their mouth is. I want the company to actually do something that they have said they will do.
I'm more disappointed in the lack if communication from the company than the lack of progress. I'm in business myself and know things take time, especially with large companies where there are more chiefs than Indians.
So hopefully in the next 7-10 days we will have a much clearer picture of where we & Wialan stands moving forward in the future.
Somebody has gotta know something. It's been weeks since any kind of official update from the actual company. I've sent numerous emails with not even a response whatsoever. I've called the 800# on the website and left a few messages and not a peep from wialan.
This is actually getting ridiculous. I've doubled my position while these prices are low but the company has even stated in previous press releases that they understand that's they have to update shareholders, bi-weekly to monthly. But this is just absolutely ridiculous. So rant over, I'll just hold and wait some more.
What you don't realize is that Ingram Micro has already paid for them. Don't believe me, check IM's financials.
For their last year end income statement, total revenue was listed at $37.8 billion. Cost of goods sold is listed at $35.8 billion. Why is the COGS so much compared to their total revenue, AH-HA!!!
They pay for the products that they are distributing before hand. Like any other distributor does. So take 20,0000 Nuvolas, times it by the wholesale price for what NTEK is selling to IM for and now you have millions in revenue for NTEK.
Why would they attend CES??? CES stands for Consumer Electronics Show. If you have done any solid DD, you would realize that Wialan's products aren't intended for public consumers.
Wialan's products are intended for commercial use. The majority if their products are intended for municipalities not individuals. If you are trying to show off blu-ray players or new TV's then a company should be attending CES.
Get it?? They have attended 2 boat shows in the last few months that we know about. They attend trade shows where their target clients are located. Marinas are a large part if their consumers so that's why they attended boat shows. Where better to get the attention of multiple marinas than a boat show.
Also they do private demonstrations for municipalities. Much better attention than a trade show with thousands of companies showing off products. Private demos are one on one, and if you ask me, it's the best way cause you know the customer is already interested. Take this paragraph from a recently released PR
"The new product was unveiled last month in Clearwater Beach, FL to nine municipalities and was exceptionally well received by all of the representatives present; Pinellas and Manatee County were the first to request further demonstrations of the functionality of the device, Clearwater has requested a proposal to cover the entire beach with the system. The remaining six municipalities, including Miami Dade County, expressed interest and are in talks for further demos. Two more demonstrations have been scheduled; the next one is scheduled for the 23rd of this month in Coquina Beach, FL and talks for another demonstration in Haulover Beach in Miami are in progress."
Much better than attending a trade show especially one that your product isn't intended for.
So I just got off a 22 minute phonecall with a Sr Technical engineer at nVidia. Everything that you have been saying is 100% absolutely FALSE.
NVidia who actually makes the Tegra 4 chip that is the current GPU for the NP-1 is 100% compatible with the new HEVC/h.265 codec. The chip was designed to decode the new HEVC. I also asked him to send me some documents via email stating this as fact so I can show the board the proof. He said by the end of the day I will receive the documentation as fact.
Also I'm limited to 1 post a day so respond as you will, I have the PROOF of your false information and will be posting the email I receive from nVidia itself that Infact the nVidia Tegra 4 WILL BE ABLE TO DECODE AND PLAYBACK THE NEW HEVC/h.265 codec being implemented later this year.
Now the tech did state that the Tegra 4 is not able to convert material which is being streamed in h.264 to HEVC/h.265 and vice versa. But the NP-1 isn't designed to do conversions. The NP-1 is designed to decode and play material being streamed already coded in either format so that drawback is irrelevant. But and I quote "the tegra 4 will 100% be able to decode and playback the new HEVC/h.265 codec, when it becomes publicly available."
It has 16 GB of storage & 2 GB of RAM. It's not an actual computer. Plus it streams, so it doesn't need large amounts of built in storage.
Go check it out at CES like you said you're were going to a few months ago, and let us know how it turns out
I hope they address Wialan's actual financials
What are the terms of the buy back? Does anybody know?
What's with the damn echo
Can everybody please mute your phones so we can hear clearly.
So what?? It's a motherboard that uses the same architecture. Or did you actually think that NTEK was to build the motherboard as well?
Does anybody actually think that the 400k wall @ .04 is actually real?? I think it's someone who wants their bid filled. Anybody else??
Anybody saying that the ocean is flat enough for a boat to travel 200 mph on has no clue what they are talking about. It doesn't take much for a boat to be disturbed traveling at this speeds.
I was at this boat race as it was being held in my own town. Winds were light, 5-10 mph with a light chop in the water, 1-2 ft seas. But still, this boat was only traveling 100 mph and still flipped and 2 people died.
Anybody who knows anything about boating knows this is nothing to mess around with. Read the below article and think before you post nonsense.
Two people killed after speedboat capsizes
August 24, 2008
Two people were killed Sunday afternoon when their high-speed racing boat flipped during the Battle on the Bay powerboat race in Great South Bay off the Village of Patchogue, Coast Guard officials said.
The accident claimed the lives of Kevin Graff, of Port Washington and Phil DeJana, of Bayville, who were racing a 37-foot twin-engine catamaran, race officials said.
The powerboat was going between 90 and 100 mph when it turned over, said Paul Pontieri, mayor of the Village of Patchogue, who was at the race.
Suffolk County police said they were still determining the cause of the incident, but several witnesses at the scene said the boat appeared to overturn while it made a southeastern turn on the race course.
"It's just tragic ... It doesn't get any worse than this," Pontieri said. "It's a dangerous sport."
The incident occurred at about 4:30 p.m. due south of Shorefront Park, where spectators gathered to watch the event.
The race came to an abrupt end after the incident as the injured racers were removed and a crowd of several dozen people gathered on the shore as a Suffolk County police tow boat pulled the damaged vessel to the dock. Emergency officials remained on the scene near Shorefront Park in Patchogue yesterday evening. Flags in the park were lowered to half-staff.
An eight-foot gash was visible on the right rear side of the boat when the craft was removed from the dock.
Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Jeremy Clouse, coxswain of a 25-foot response boat on scene, said, "We were enforcing the security zone around the race and I noticed the water going everywhere."
Clouse continued: "The other 25-foot boat crew was already at the wreck, with two Coast Guardsmen in the water trying to do what they could to get the people out. One of the race helicopters dropped a diver who was able to get the emergency hatch open and pull the victims out."
The two men were transferred to a local fire response boat, which took them to Emergency Medical Service personnel waiting on the shore.
Both were pronounced dead at a hospital, officials said.
Jim Poplin, the race's safety director, said the cause of the crash was under investigation by the Offshore Performance Association, the sanctioning body that oversees the race. Poplin said workers for the association will take the boat apart and reconstruct it to see where the failure was.
"We had a high-speed racing accident. You attribute these things to speed," he said.
Several witnesses said they had met Graff and DeJana, members of a Port Washington-based boat racing team, on Saturday, when many of the racers, with their machines aboard trailers, parked on Patchogue's main street.
The two men operated a craft emblazoned with the names Aero Express and DeJana Industries. Kim Mellon, 40, of Holbrook, said her daughter Dayna, 7, had wished one of the drivers good luck and he'd given the girl a stick-on tattoo with his team name on it. "He even said I was his favorite," Dayna said, crying as she watched from shore.
The race -- a weekend-long event held in the bay between Patchogue and Fire Island -- was wrapping up with a full day of races yesterday.
Between 40 and 50 took to the waves during the event, sponsored by Great South Bay Racing Inc., OPA Racing and the Village of Patchogue.
He said more than 5,000 spectators watched the race from the shore and at least another 500 watched from their own boats.
Carole Rohde of Patchogue and other witnesses said it was difficult to tell what happened because the incident occurred well offshore.
"Bango, the race stopped," Rohde said. "We watched, and all of a sudden a police boat or something comes running onto the dock with obviously a patient on board."
Cyber Monday all hell is gonna break loose.
DR Foley is gonna release the Kraken.
Tic-toc til the NUVOLA DROPS!!!!
Pair a Seiki TV with the Nuvola NP-1 and you have the worlds first smartest streaming TV available with the ability to view 4k content.
What more could you ask for???!
Seiki 50" 4k UltraHD TV getting more great reviews and exposure.
http://blogs.windows.com/windows/b/extremewindows/archive/2013/11/27/seiki-50-4k-tv-makes-great-pc-display-for-about-1000.aspx
When it's that far below the 50SMA, this is definitely in a downtrend. Don't even try to argue it. Next up is the 200 and if it bellows that, that's just ugly
Ha, just getting started. It's been red 9 out of the last 12 trading days. Are we looking at the same chart?
This pig is done. Why anybody would invest in this is a joke.
Too bad they are gonna be streaming content from 4k studios. Win-Win for NTEK.
TIC TOC TIL THE NUVOLA DROPS.
I stand corrected. Sonys PS4 will offer downloads of 4k videos and movies but one minor drawback.
Oh, and by the way, a typical 4K movie download will chew up more than 100 GB of bandwidth.
Better get that external hard drive ready. The PS4 is only built with an 8 gig internal hard drive.
It stated by Microsoft that the xbox 1 will support 4k resolution for gaming only. It will only stream up to 1080p through it's built in apps. Sorry try again.
And we all know Sonys problems with 4k. The new playstation will only support 4k still photos. This is from the technical specs from the Playsation4:
Although the console supports photos and videos at 4K resolution, the system is not expected to be able to render games beyond 1080p.
No streaming either. Shucks.
Looks like NTEK has the only operational 4k streamer on the market for now and the foreseeable future.
While I wait for audited financials, I'll continue to buy this great company every chance I can get.
While audited financials are being worked on as we speak, I don't want to miss the run to .25, .50, and eventually to a dollar.
So if the CEO has personally spent over $100k of his own money, knowing audited financials will be released in January, he knows something.
Tic Toc til NUVOLA drops.
Another confirmed business partnership with a huge player in the industry:
http://www.lumaforge.com/FLOworks/index.html
Tic tok til Nuvola drops!!
Those machines weren't built to stream 4k. Regardless you stated that big corps don't tout their products til they're delivered. All sony & microsft did was tell you how great these machines were for ALL OF 2013. They just released last week.
So you point is not valid about how other companies work. NTEK is building a small empire at the moment and all you is to do a little DD to realize the magnitude of what is going on here.
They had over $3 million in revenue last quarter without all of the big moneymakers on the street yet. They will have a month of NUVOLA revenues, 4k studios is operational at the moment, (bringing in huge revenues as we speak)....
