Thanks for the insight.
So I have some very simple questions.
If we all are bag holders. And this stock is dead. And everyone’s money is gone. What is the point of posting here.
Since according to you it’s over… you aren’t helping anyone.. since once again, according to you it’s over.
I understand the slime that seeps through the cracks while the stock is trading. You at least have a chance to influence them to sell their shares so they can be scooped up cheap.
But in this situation.. you’re just blowing hot air up everyone’s bum. It’s strange. It’s sad. It’s entertaining.
Stuckholder. We love a good pun.
But yes. I’m pretty happy with the 5.5 million free shares I’m holding. And pretty happy with what I generated before it was pulled from the market.
I may have a large bag in my hand currently. But it’s a bag i purchased with all the other bags I collected.
None of us truly know what is going to happen here.. some are here with hope, some are here with an agenda, some are here to be rude, some are here to display poor grammar, some of us made loads of money on the ride here, some of us lost large piles here, and some of us don’t seem to be invested.. yet continually post for reasons unknown (yet glaringly obvious at the same time).
I get it. Some people just get their joy from telling everyone else how dumb they are for investing in something they don’t agree with. And that’s fine. It sounds like a sad life, but it’s fine, we’re here for you and hope you heal soon my friend.
** “TOO”… it’s too dumb my friend.
Oh the irony is ripe here.
Went in for a check up. Saw the red sharps box on the wall full of gnarly needles. Then thought about somebody having to come pick that sketchy box up. And transport it to someone else. Who has to then open the death box, or wastefully dispose of the entire unit. Then sterilization. Crushing. Incineration. I don’t know the exact process, and I’m sure there’s a few. But there’s no doubt, the first few steps are ridiculously dangerous and easily avoidable, if the hazardous part of the needle is properly destroyed, immediately after injection.
Here’s the deal. It’s a stock on the expert market. Who knows what’s going to happen. It’s been pointed out by looking at the last two years, it’s not looking pretty. And if you look at it just on paper, that’s hard to deny. But I (possibly foolishly) see light at the end of the tunnel. I think that there is a plan, and making the stock untradeable, was just the path of least resistance. That being said, they could have all the best intentions in the world, and still fail. Larger corps could suppress a smaller company. *insert a million other scenarios here.
Whatever the case is, regardless, it’s inevitable that needle destruction, on site, is the future of this field. To continue sticking sharp, possibly diseased needles, in a plastic box on the wall, is just absurd.
Glad to be a part of ending, or at least heavily mitigating, a solvable problem. Fingers crossed RedHawk is a big player in the game when it’s time.
Glad there’s hope to pick some up.
She was nice. She mentioned a $25 commission. I explained I wanted to buy a security on the expert market. She immediately said that she could then waive the fee. But then tan into code14.somethin saying they could only sell. Asked her manager. Same result. I’ll just try again.
LarryBear. I called. They won’t allow purchase of securities on the expert market. Just liquidation. Did you get lucky and slip through? Or is there a secret? Haha
Here’s the same one, with the same links to ‘growth plus reports’….
But look who’s picture is at the top
????
???????

Love how we’re listed in the ‘top companies’ on this article.

That’s a lot of competitors. I’m curious as to what technology we have the rights too. And if there is an infringement by the producers listed in this article
Pumping a stock that is not trading seems unlikely.
Does anyone have the date/month the last report was released, off the top of there head? The one showing the supposed $951,000,000 revenue?
If people are buying for .25. I have a few million to sell to you. ??
I’m just playing devils advocate here. Been in this one for a long time, and have faith in the product above all else.
But….
Doesn’t redhawk hold real estate as another part of the business. So a new warehouse could be an unrelated acquisition.
That being said I’m hoping it’s to hold the thousands of pallets they will be shipping out to military, schools, hospitals, law enforcement, tattoo shops, private residences, non profits, third world countries etc.
You are correct, there is not much technology involved in blunting a needle. What’s important is who hold the rights tho manufacture, distribute, license said simple tech.

So looks like if someone wants to produce a similar unit, and just slap a case on it, they will be getting it from us. We’re the big dog.
Perfect.
Awesome. Thanks Gail.
Ok. $4.95 is better at least.
And by however many, you mean, not limited to 999,999 shares per transaction?
So are you all paying the $7 commission fees to trade OTC now? Schwab really threw a wrench in my system by adding those at the end of 2021. They limit you to 999,999 shares per transaction. Which when you crunch the numbers on flipping trips, really sucks.
I also use fidelity and webull, who claim to not hve OTC commissions… but then again, lots of the otc tickers aren’t even traceable on those platforms.
Trying to find a solution. Any ideas.
I can’t open them either. But the title of the most recent two filings seem to suggest they filed for another extension of time, and they were granted it.
So I asked an AI system how the SANDD unit will change the world.. here is the response.
I also asked it to write the code for a specific app… which it did… so this thing knows what it’s talking about
Once upon a time, there was a device called the SANDD unit. It stood for "Safety And Needle Destruction Device". It was created to help reduce the number of needle stick injuries that occur in healthcare settings.
The SANDD unit was a small, portable device that could be used to destroy used needles quickly and safely. It used a combination of heat and pressure to melt and crush the needle, rendering it incapable of causing injury.
The device was designed to be easy to use, with simple controls and a clear display that showed the status of the destruction process. It also had a built-in safety feature that prevented it from being operated if the needle was not properly secured in the device, further reducing the risk of injury.
The SANDD unit quickly caught the attention of healthcare workers and facilities around the world. They saw the potential of the device to reduce the number of needle stick injuries and make the workplace safer for everyone.
And so, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities began to adopt the SANDD unit as their standard method of needle destruction. The device was used in emergency rooms, operating rooms, and even in patient's homes.
Thanks to the SANDD unit, the number of needle stick injuries began to decrease. Healthcare workers no longer had to worry about being stuck by a used needle, and they could focus on providing the best care possible to their patients.
The SANDD unit was hailed as a revolutionary device that changed the world of healthcare for the better. It was honored with numerous awards and accolades, and it was credited with saving countless lives.
It was a small device, but it had a big impact on the world, by making the environment safer for everyone. The SANDD unit became an example of how technology can make a real difference in people's lives.
Can you elaborate big D? What happens in 4 days?
Also, have we figured out mathematically what percentage of the company we collectively own as a group on here?
Remember when I bought this at .0003 and it ran to $1.00. I miss those days with 333,333% profits.
Hahaha. I don’t like you. But that was funny.
Here comes treble.
??Chest player. Checking in
YEWWWWWW.
hats off to those 4 last minute ask slaps.
SLAP THE ASK LIKE PAUL RUDD SLAPPE' DE BASS
Thats Right Jelly..
Lets get some ask slapping going. we need that penny
Yeah.. Yeahhh!
I have good friends who have been following the Hawk.. one was kind enough to show me the products, and that was that. Needles are no joke.. and the current action of shoving them in a box, then passing the box off, needs a serious change.
I understand right now, its the thermometers and masks that are selling like hot cakes.. but the SANDD line is a revolution. Just need the right exposure to the public, and its going to snowball.
