IFFF..... Henry did not dilute this to oblivion, there would be hope of some new making this a fraction of a penny someday. If Henry needs loans to complete a buyback, that is a huge red flag. With not a single business deal completed in decades, I would not be caught holding my breath here. Better change to buy a few Power Ball tix.
KOTA was part of the pump and dump last year. Cole DeArman stated on a phone call that his wife was "friends" with Henry's wife and made the intro. I am sure these women planned this and the men went along. Funny how all the execs at KOTA have insta pics with new sports cars just after the run up to 2 cents.
why are we excited to be part of the Tin Thanh fraud? This is the company that lied about purchasing a Texas bank. Also, the ownership wont be by PHIL, it will be by a new ticket not created yet. How would PHIL benefit by this? Everything with this guy is always fishy.

FTC requires SSL on all finance related businesses, good practice for any business. Guess web developer missed that memo or could not get one due to the hajfinance page fraud when they used execs pics/positions from other legit companies.
that is probably the "buyback" we were promised last year.
3 months into the 12 month $1 Billion forecast, I wonder how much they have made so far?!
ST PHIL removed for manipulation? many of the pumper account are suspended.
I agree 100%, so said I didnt sell at 1 cent
sad. dilute, pump, repeat. How many years now?
June 30 2022 is plainly stated for apr
Hajfinancegroup.com offline....
Henry's track record says otherwise but I hope you are right this time. I have more invested here than I would like, but with my techs being down and these speculative stocks being up it has worked out unaccording to plan.
2019? that blocks.io was around in 2008, that was Brian's first attempt at gaining an investment pool. He gained zero traction and it all fizzled out. Somehow he repackaged it and got a ticker through TSNP and got instant access to investors. I dont see a big difference other than now he has paid millions to social media personalities to push the product.
I thought that site was 15 years old, are these newer additions?
Stripe is now working with most big retailers, I hope Brian has something that will grab their attention to offer HUMBL too.
will this ever come back or tank like Blocks.io?
Im sure it will dump hard, maybe below .005. Everyone's biggest fear was Henry wouldnt come through or would have an excuse. Now we know this is all we get before Aug 19 broker deadlines. If the other 2 Qs dont get filed this week, I am sure most investors will pull out until we get back over 1 penny.
I may not have 10s of Ms but I have over 10M bought around .0001 in November 2019. Nice to see newbies come at me like this. Truth is Henry doesnt have a great track record. I hope this changes, I will be rich.
I agree. They need to up list to get access to more money so a RS is really the only option at this point.
the only way this breaks 10 cents is a MASSIVE reverse split.
multi Billion? he hasnt made any money since the 90s. How many times was Henry investigated? I highly doubt new age asian investors are flocking to hand over cash to this guy.
Follow the CEO to the newest Pump&Dump
I have been going back and forth with Customer service asking the same questions for 4 weeks now to "verify" my 2 business accounts. I give up with them, they sure dont make it easy.
Thanks, I cancelled a pending order.
Down $8k, please knock my socks off...
Careful with any company Lincoln Park capitol gets involved with. A lot of people lost big money with NSPX TTOO OBLN AVGR BBI and now the most recent victim ECOR
no more pumping? not until next Earnings?
Dump phase almost complete!
Easy to point out the pump and dump when you come to these boards
Another IH pump&dump?
I had this in my portfolio for close to 15 years, I see today it went from .00019 to 3 cents! what's new? What is target price?
still down from 2...
Looks like a hype job...
good day to short FB!
By the time you hear Sabby is involved, you should sell and RUN from any ticker
I see what you mean but I believe the stock must trade above $20 for 20 days. If price is $20-30 for 20 days, my $6 warrant would get me just over a half share. A half share at $30 gives me $15 for my $6 warrant. When warrants were $6, shares were $20, a share holder went from $20 to $30, a warrant holder would go from $6 to $15. I like the later option.
Lets be more realistic. With volatility it may take a few months to stay above $20 for 20 days. Jumps may make average price $40. My $6 warrant would get me .71 of a share (or $28.50). Again a shareholder went from $20 to $40, doubling, but a warranty went up 475%.
Nikola may never call the warrants and they may trade $11.50 below share price which would yield same number as above.
You are incorrect. By SEC definition:
The resulting equation is X = Y(a-b) / a where:
X = the number of common shares you’ll receive when exercising
Y = the number of warrants you are exercising
a = “fair market value”, or the average closing price of the common for 10 days, ending on the third trading day prior to the date on which the notice of redemption is sent to the holders. The notice of redemption will have this price in it, and you can always verify the price with your broker.
b = the per share exercise price
Cashless does not lose value. You have less shares but dollar value is the same. They will do cashless to eat up some of the 300 million shares hitting the market. I am sure there will be a dive in price after the 2nd due to dilution.
This was a pump/dump for the past month. PB pumped it then dumped it and moved on after admitted what he did to make a few dollars.
Oh I did not know they average the price basis... I read the stock must trade above $20 for 20 days. That may explain why there is a discount, but still if there is a range of $20-35 for 20 days the average would be mid 20s minus the $11.50, leaving $15 per warrant for a cashless exchange. Is that thinking correct?
