the sustained decrease in the Company’s share price as a triggering event that it is more likely than not that the carrying amount of goodwill exceed its fair value.

Wow, so, the company is doing great, everything is up, including cash. But because the stock price has fallen and sustained low, the goodwill allocated as an asset for fair market value of the company needed to be reduced, appearing as a loss on the financials. I hope that's an evil plan to follow up from here with gains after this adjustment.

I'm red, but I'm not selling now.
