Anybody having trouble purchasing ENZC through Interactive Brokers? I keep getting a message " ineligible pink stock, no opening trades" Thanks.
Just an FYI for anyone trying to purchase through Schwab, I called Schwab to place an order. I was told by the first two people that I couldn't purchase through them. I kept telling them yes I can other people are doing it and have been for weeks and the company has been pink current for weeks. Raised my voice just enough, finally got a third guy that was able to do it.
His own expectations are growing quickly. This is a fun place to be right now.
OTCShotCaller this is a major statement right here
quote,
If you're in this stock and are holding a substantial number of shares, i.e. at least 100,000 you will absolutely become a Millionaire.
I've told you I look forward to your posts especially with your 30 years working in this field and the knowledge you have from that. Your price predictions have slowly moved up and up over the last few weeks and I love it! But this would be $10 bucks per share ( not taking taxes into account) which is what I jokingly predicted last week when I replied to your post. That's kind of crazy!! I show these posts to my wife to justify sitting on my computer all day looking at beach houses to buy instead of working on our house. Thanks buddy! Can't wait for Monday!
That sucks! I have more funds clearing Monday I wanted to get in a couple others before the cut off. TD is probably doing the same since they're both under the same umbrella.
That's early. The email I got a couple days ago said the 31st. How did you find this out?
OTCShotcaller, thanks again for your posts. I like these numbers for a buyout a lot more!! I know you have 30 plus years in this field and are very familiar with how these buyouts and partnerships work. You also told me that you are ALWAYS conservative when putting a value on things before you post. So I'm going to take my 30 years experience building cabinets and predict $35-40 billion = $9-10. per share.
Good luck and keep the posts coming. I enjoy reading them very much. Thanks
I get it. Everyone is guessing and noone really will know until we all know. Thank you for clarifying and again, thank you for the informative posts.
OTCShotCaller. Thank you for all of your very informative posts. Thank all of you guys for all of the information you provide. I don't post much as I don't have a lot to offer. I just read a lot and follow and learn more everyday. The last part of this post confused me a little and I'm asking if I am missing something. You point out that Kite had 1 mrna patent and treatment in it's pipeline and sold for 12 billion. Regen has so much more going for it that's it's hard to compare the two. You have your projected buy out price for Regen at $1.25 per share which would be less than 5 billion total. Am I missing something? I know this is all speculation but isn't that kind of low?
Schwab's email said sometime around the end of August. No date was given by them either. If you remember me from a few years back I had to open a Schwab account because I couldn't buy Gers through TD. I honestly don't think it will matter anyway when it comes to Gers. I got back in before the ruling on the appeal knowing they might lose but might also win. I never expected this kind of silence for such a long time afterward. I was on the RGBP board yesterday morning and several people posted email replies from TD stating the change.
It was only TDA saying restrictions starting 8/13 and the have now canceled that. No new date given yet. It was all over another board I follow yesterday. So KK has a little more time but I'm not expecting anything. Are you?
Has E-Trade provided a date as to when you can no longer purchase non pink current securities to it's clients? Schwab is only saying the end of August with no definitive date. Thanks
I left TD a few years ago and went to Schwab because of TD's restrictions on certain securities. I was surprised about it as well.
I have not spoken to anyone at Schwab and I do not have a date. I simply took the wording in the email "end of August" to mean the end of August. The 13th is not the end of August. I'm fine either way, but I could be alot better with a little more time.
I'm in no rush. I've been here a long time and like 29yearinvestor, I got the RGBPP shares as a dividend years ago. I'm holding a pretty nice position as of today so if filings come out soon and it runs I'm happy. I also have powder coming in August, so if we miss TD's deadline of the 13th and people sell because they're scared, I'll be adding as much as I can at lower prices. I believe I'll still be able to buy it through Schwab until the end of August. I'm not worried about volatility either. We know the filings are legit being done and will be done by the SEC deadline of Sept. 28. The deadlines being put forward by the brokerages do not concern me in the long term at all. Just trying to buy all I can, while I can!
Good luck to you and all the longs here!
Schwabs email said no new buys starting in late August. They didn't provide a date. If we're not current by TD's August 13th date and the price does drop, I'm looking at it as another good buying opportunity. They will eventually be current and I don't want to be buying after that's accomplished.
Just wanted to let everyone know I went with Schwab and I'm able to trade Gers no problem. Thanks again for the input. Curious what will happen after the sale of TD to Schwab goes through, but for now all good.
Thank you all for the information. Slash thanks for the link. I will look into Schwab. Have a great weekend everyone.
I hadn't done anything with the account for several years. I called Monday to update my personal info, email address, etc.. Before I was finished I asked the person to check if I would be able to buy Gers. After a couple minutes he came back on and said yes I can buy and sell Gers. I funded the account. Wednesday the funds were fully cleared and unrestricted. I placed the order and it was immediately rejected. The rejection said something like opening orders for this security are not allowed. I called and they transfered me to a licensed broker or trader, not sure the exact name. CShe did some digging and came back and told me that TD will sometimes place their own restrictions on securities that don't meet a certain criteria. There are several different reasons for this one being to protect investors. She did not say which or any specific reason why Gers is restricted but it is restricted. Meaning to purchase the stock it's not as simple as clicking the buy button and paying the $ 6.95 fee to make the transaction. Someone at TD has to personally handle the transaction and TD charges $ 500.00 for this service. So the person I spoke to MOnday was not incorrect, he just didn't give me all of the information. Sounds like most of you like Schwab. I'll look into that company. Thank you for the feedback. I much appreciate it.
Hi Everyone. Just to keep this brief, I was investing in Gers back in the beginning. I was eventually diluted out. I always kept an eye on things and would now like to get back in. TD Ameritrade rejected my order today. When I called I was told I'd have to pay a $500 fee to buy Gers because of restrictions. Anyone know who I can use to purchase Gers without that type of fee? Thanks
