I just bought some more during that dip. I've been accumulating for a few weeks now... I am looking forward to seeing where we are sitting later this week!
Very well organized and informative. Thank you!
Yes as of right now that is the requirement. But we’ll see how things change on Monday when commissions are removed.
100% agree. It’s very frustrating.
I’ve been with this stock for a few weeks now and I recall days where the volume would be zero for part of the day!
I’m surprised people are selling any shares at all considering the direction this is headed.
Very nice!!
Another board member is Jeffrey Eberwein, currently the CEO of Hudson RPO HSON. According to the Hudson website, Eberwein has 25 years of wall street experience. It goes on to say that, "Mr. Eberwein was a private investor and served as a portfolio manager at Soros Fund Management." George Soros anyone? The billionaire?

The Hudson website links to an Investor Presentation from Sept. 2019. In the presentation, it states that HSON has 29 million of cash, no debt, and over 300 million of usable NOL carryforwards
Sources. 8-K. The first sentence of the Merger Agreement.

Nice! Vivos bills itself as a "pre-ipo" company. So having Naveen Doki on the RLBY board... seems pretty smart to me. This may become quite the conglomerate.
From the Vivos Corp website:
ABOUT US
"Founded over 15 years ago by a private equity group, Vivos is an acquisition platform and current pre-IPO."

If you're here. You probably know the implications of this statement from the 8-k.
Section 2.09 Exchange Procedures.
(a) Upon the Effective Time, the Shareholders shall deliver and surrender to Reliability the Certificates representing the Shareholders’ shares of Maslow Common Stock, and thereafter the Shareholders shall be entitled to receive the Merger Consideration in exchange therefor. Reliability shall deliver the Certificates to the Exchange Agent if the Exchange Agent is a third party.
Summary: Upon completion of the merger, Maslow's stock ceases to exist and all that is left is RLBY.
From the 8-K: "Section 2.06 Merger Sub Stock. (a) At the Effective Time, all outstanding shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Merger Sub issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be converted into and become, collectively, one validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable share of common stock, no par value per share, of the Surviving Corporation and shall constitute the only outstanding share of capital stock of the Surviving Corporation."
How’d they miss that??
From the 8k.
“In the Original Filing, the Company inadvertently failed to disclose certain promissory notes and warrants which Ngen has issued or assumed. A discussion of these notes and warrants is included in the “Description of Business” section of Item 2.01 of this Amended Filing, and copies of certain of these notes and warrants are filed as exhibits to this Amended Filing.”
I’m new to this company. How the heck did the stock for down after the news on Sept 25 regarding the TerrAscend agreement??
I’m very excited about the potential here. I bought shares last week and bought TWICE more today despite the drop because I can see the potential here. This merger with Maslow Media is huge and the DD is solid - no smoke and mirrors here. It just needs more eyes on it to move.
RLBY DD: Here is the summary. The 8-k shows a merger with the Maslow Media Company. It's a solid company with 37 million in revenues in 2018.
DD is great on this one and would be a great one to add before everyone else starts piling in. This revenue could make this a big runner.

Me too. I thought it would keep going.
Looking great so far!
Thanks for the CDIX pic....
Wow. Dumps like a truck in here.
Thank you for the detailed response!
This stock dropped a little over 44% since 09/05. Why do you think it dropped so much despite all the positive DD?
Every day someone proclaims, "This is the bottom", and every day that bottom gets lower and lower.
I think my timing was poor. But it's nice to see it recovering right now!
I hope you are right!
Ouch. Not pretty.
Exactly! Thank you for adding some reason to this convoluted board.
You know it!
Thank you, Gabriel! I have done the same DD and have not found a single shred of evidence to back up their statements either. I am glad to hear some validation that I am not missing anything!
Thank you! I have learned that lesson the hard way, twice already. It was painful but I think I get it now... I kept thinking every damn stock I bought was going to make me a millionaire! haha.
I am inclined to agree! But hey, I just snap chatted the CEO and he told me all is well. You believe me, right?? ha.
Hey, do you have a source for where Cunnningham stated the merger will be Sept/Oct? I have been following this all pretty closely and have not seen/heard him say that in any interviews or online posts.
Also, I never heard him say that he "feels another company will make an offer for Acela".
I am just wondering if you could share your sources. There is so much being said here on both sides of the fence and hardly anyone is citing sources.
Thank you!
I'm currently sitting at a 50% loss, but I am also holding steady. I think there still big rewards for patience. The DD is here strong.
I am sure they just can't tell us anything regarding the merger right now until all the details have been finalized. These types of business dealings are typically done pretty privately and the only reason the merger was announced in the first place was to dispell rumors that were flying around.
I think people should stop calling Acela - you won't get much information and until the merger is official. Si until it's official? It's not CDIX yet - it's a totally different company.
