Another board member is Jeffrey Eberwein, currently the CEO of Hudson RPO HSON. According to the Hudson website, Eberwein has 25 years of wall street experience. It goes on to say that, "Mr. Eberwein was a private investor and served as a portfolio manager at Soros Fund Management." George Soros anyone? The billionaire?

The Hudson website links to an Investor Presentation from Sept. 2019. In the presentation, it states that HSON has 29 million of cash, no debt, and over 300 million of usable NOL carryforwards
