Some generic diabetes statistics here for you from the CDC if interested. There is definitely a need out there.

Where do you see that? Per the latest F/S filing. The options expired in 2025
Good summary here
OTCQB
The middle tier of OTC Markets – OTCQB – is known as The Venture Market. Companies that trade on this tier are in their early stages, and therefore, may not be able to meet the financial or regulatory requirements required by the exchanges or OTCQX.
To be eligible for OTCQB, companies must be current in their financial reporting, undergo an annual verification and management certification process, and have a bid price of at least $0.01. They also cannot be in bankruptcy. Over 900 companies trade on the OTCQB Market.
Pink
The Pink Open Market provides brokers a platform for transparent trading in any security. The widest spectrum of companies trade on the Pink Market, including those that are bankrupt or not current in their disclosures with the SEC or their home country exchange.
Absolutely insane. Will be an interesting earning season
Out of the laundry list of options they granted, 4 Sales Agents in 2019 w. 5 year terms, all at .05.
Looking at the F/S, a bunch of options are available to insiders that have a 5 year termination date. May be holding this forever.
Good news is we should find out within 4 weeks until they find out if able to trade on OTCQB. Just trying to stay positive :)
That's the stance taken in the PR. Even if it's not for the diabetes solution, can be used for "telehealth".
Audited F/S out
I don't understand why this is relevant. Have you seen the markets?
Where's the bottom? I bought more at 7.46 and thought it was a good deal and now down to 6.75
I tried being more helpful and doing some legitimate research, nothing out there publicly, at least that I can find.
You know what they say about rumors...
I will sell you mine for .06. I have 520K
Where do you see this news?
Up 18%...
I thought the company would have to file an 8-K? If not, would think details should be on the next 10-Q
Comm is over 99% owned by institutions
COMMSCOPE HOLDING COMPANY INC COMM.O: JP MORGAN CUTS PRICE TARGET TO $19 FROM $22 - Reuters News
Gotcha, thanks for the info
Interested in the second one here. Summary judgement of no infringement claimed
Why do you say that if you can get it cheaper now?
Any talks of settlement will drive share price/volume up Until then I will not be trading...
Another 8K if you haven't reviewed:

Options exercisable until 2024. Sheesh
JP Morgan cut price target from 25 to 22 from Comm. Still high considering where it's current price point is
Thinking good thoughts today
Thanks for your response. I guess that's my question, how will TD/Etrade know? This would normally fall on a transfer agent, so in this case is that Billy?
This is the one question I can't figure out either
Who will send him the list of shareholders?
Hoping it all works out.
Try it with OJ instead of sour mix. Tends to sit better in the stomach
130$ trade today :)
Would love to be a fly on the wall
“Ready for the next leg up”. Still have to admit it’s entertaining
What's the over/under that we close at 1.5 again today?
Good perspective on this. Will look to update @ 6/30 once figures are available.
Comm's ownership via Yahoo Finance:
Major Holders (Currency in USD) Breakdown
1.67% % of Shares Held by All Insider
99.80% % of Shares Held by Institutions
101.49% % of Float Held by Institutions
411 Number of Institutions Holding Shares
Ownership as of Q1 (most recent filings). The top 10 institutions own over 50% collectively. Not insinuating anything, just thought I would share, I was surprised when I saw it.
I scooped up a few at .04 the other day. I don't have a huge investment here, not enough to retire anyway, but enough to be hopeful for the future.
Haha! I must say, if he is willing to put all of this time into share structuring and SEC filings, he must be confident this will pay off one day.
Nah only 9k shares traded. Any good news should bring more than that
