You are right. Catching a falling knife is really tricky too. I'm averaging $.072 --maybe a small pop in a few as news was good.

I think our patience will be rewarded. There was some buying at first, then selling took over--as most can not easily buy. I've found good earnings eventually wins despite the challenge. And their rate of earnings could even increase as the start a growing program across India. GLTA

Stock Consultant shows oversold at a 6 and issues a breakout at $.975 I think they hold it down a bit tomorrow to find last of sellers. If volume stays low, I think they let it go up--just my thoughts ! GLTA

I agree. Sometimes AH and Pre-market hours have big surprises as well as regular time. Eager beavers can run it up big in pre-market. MMs sell to them early to get rid of "buying pressure" so they can take it down in regular session. This can not be taken down very long as most sellers are out now as I see it.

The latest 8-k report at sec.gov states that the total outstanding shares is 13.7 million. This report is dated March 13,2025. This is in relation to warrant B being issued. It does not state any more expected share increase- I have not read previous 8-k though.

If push comes to shove, I choose it goes up and up a little every day ! Low floaters do weird things both down and then up !

Today was unexpected payday ! Sold all after second stock halt. Now, few hours later, I see tempting buy at 3.38 but will pass. Maybe $2.45 is safer?

Me too. But the float is so small--eventually it will pay. Next stock like this , I will wait longer before buying. I may not even come back to ACON. 504,000 volume is huge for a take down day. Oversold is rated at a 6 out of 10 so we wait.

Yep, one more dip followed by one more dip and. . . This is one tricky stock. I bought some at $3.22 and thought blue skies were ahead. lol There must have been "stop sells" just waiting for another huge dip ! Maybe sellers and volume will disappear in a few days and ACON might begin to return to a normal price

Maybe MMs have more influence than foreigners. Earnings report is due any day as well. Most expect it to be positive(from reading here and there). So MMs want lots of sellers to them. My thoughts only--not dilligence material !

I didn't know Reverse Split was coming--ouch ! That means outstanding shares will be 1.1027 million. 33% drop today (thursday) and Friday? Price on Monday probably already adjusted. Split takes effect Nov. 25th

I made mistake of thinking new shares amounted to 7.2 million. New share amount is 4.8 M As shares priced at $3, this will not dip too far. Some are already added.so not expecting disaster like some stock adding shares.
