absolutely, and I was honestly looking at this yesterday, but the charts looks like there was a little bit more downside, so I was waiting another few more days before I jumped back in.. which goes to show you how great charts can sometimes NOT be.. but, I have done well enough last couple days, so no complaints, but I would have loved to have re-thought that one late yesterdayn avfternoon....
There is no place on Earth where we can make these kinds of % gains so quickly!😁
No, you're exactly right, that's why none of this really makes sense, the world of penny stocks. Somebody can do millions of dollars of earnings in one year and stock will go down 30% on good quarterly earnings or yearly earnings, when everybody expects it to go up. Letter of intent to buy a company that doesn't seem to have much value, the stock can go up $4 and 500%. Just doesn't make sense, realistic financial sense, but it's the world of pennies that we all love to play in

I believe the OS is around 10.5 million. Could go higher when the Market opens. Does anyone know the float? TIA.
CTNT: Indeed, funny!! (But then, watch it fly to 2,000% UP in the first 5-minutes of the Open today!! Boy, I just HATE when that happens!!! Well, only if I'm NOT holding any of it.)
Up 333% now at $8.15 lol
Do the math? LMFAO Math no longer exists in the stock market. It's been this way since the pandemic. If you don't believe me then go do your calculating on this
As of November 13, 2024, there were 1,960,218 shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, outstanding.
The volume traded is already out of this universe! 32 mil shares!
CTNT: Here's Bing's new "COPILOT" on it ---
"Why is CTNT stock up 250% in the Pre-Market today, 12-3-24? Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc. (CTNT) stock is up 250% in pre-market trading today due to a bold acquisition announcement. The company has executed definitive agreements to acquire TW & EW Services Inc., a California-based labor and logistics service provider. This acquisition is valued at approximately $1 million, with a cash payment of $200,000 and the issuance of Cheetah's unregistered Class A common stock valued at $800,000. This strategic move is seen as a significant step forward for Cheetah Net, enhancing its position in the logistics and supply chain sector. Investors are reacting positively to this news, which has led to the impressive surge in stock price1. What do you think about this acquisition and its potential impact on Cheetah Net's future?"
thats because the MM's are going to dump all day long, just watch, happens to most pennys...
i am sorry I missed the pop, but not feeling this as good news.. do the math, 200k down payment, with another 800k in stock options.. a total of 1m, and thats of course a benefit if the stock price stays up...BUT, everyone knows you buy a business with forward earnings of 200-300% of value, so, that could mean that this acquired business is only worth 300-400K??not much in my book, but maybe I have a different book... OR, the newly acquired business is failing and they jumped ship before everything crumbled, so this could look better on paper than in reality.. just by looking at the charts, I do not see this SP staying up for long, but good luck to those that are in it...
Thanks for the News. I'm surprise the company released the PR so earlier in the day. Let's see what happens when regular hours of trading opens.

Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc. (“Cheetah Net” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: CTNT) announced today that it intends to relocate its headquarters from North Carolina to Los Angeles (“LA”), the largest hub for import, export, and supply chain operations in the United States. The Company anticipates that this relocation will open significant opportunities in supply chain finance for Cheetah Net. The Company cited several strategic reasons for this move:
Proximity to Ports: LA is the home to the Port of LA and the Port of Long Beach, which are among the busiest ports in the world. This proximity can significantly reduce shipping costs and transit times.
Infrastructure and Logistics: LA has well-developed infrastructure and logistics networks that support international and domestic trade. This includes access to major highways, railways, and airports, all to facilitate the movement of goods.
Market Access: LA provides ready access to a large consumer market, which is advantageous for establishing a distribution hub and expanding the customer base.
Business Environment: LA offers a vibrant business environment with a diverse economy, access to skilled labor, and a supportive ecosystem for international trade and commerce.
Quality of Life: LA’s climate, lifestyle, and amenities make it a desirable location for attracting and retaining qualified and motivated employees.
In LA, Cheetah Net aims to enhance its supply chain financial services to provide support to upstream and downstream enterprises and traders. Cheetah Net’s offerings will include financial services such as loans, short-term bridge loans, and local trade and business transaction bridge loans. The Company believes that this move will enable Cheetah Net to better serve the dynamic needs of the supply chain market.
With this step, Cheetah Net is looking to harness the potential of LA to drive growth and deliver value to its clients and partners.
