This entire company is worth the same as a decent new car. If Sabby was so confident, why wouldn’t they just buy the company up totally? I’ve been watching this ticker for over a year. Has massive pumps once in a while, but never fails to take a gigantic dump over all the bag holders right after.
How do you find out how much of a stock is actually owned?
Held onto my $0.50 option call. I believe this can still go higher!
The company is doing a great thing restructuring their debts, but realistically they are doomed unless oil and Ng recover in price.
If we see $100 oil and $4 NG again in the next two years, this stock is a gold mine to those speculative enough
Agree
I sold my shares yesterday at $0.94 because I had a feeling today would be a massive pullback. I’ll be watching this very close into the new yesr
CHK produces 1.9B cubic ft of Natural Gas a DAY.
Imagine when NG reaches $3-$4 again, debts can be wiped out in no time.
I'm not as bullish as some here, think it will take a LONG time before this stock recovers to multi-dollar, only thing i am really worried about is a RS, they have to start making decisions soon, think they are already halfway through the 30day grace period on the NYSE
Only thing im worried about short term is a possible RS to keep from being delisted.
i haven't seen any mention of a RS by CHK itself, but i have seen a few companies in a similar situation do a RS.
I do own several thousand shares and am averaged down to like $0.59, so i hope your right with all the posts you have made.
Financials are only part of the story though.
Insiders would know about future deals, negotiations, etc before any of us do.
I hope CHK can pull out of this without doing something stupid like an RS
Yes they have a lot of debt, but also massive output. If we see $80 oil again, or $4-$5 natural gas. That debt could be wiped out really fast.
I do agree though, buyout could be the best thing for shareholders.
Insiders know something we don’t.
Why would they be spending that much buying shares of a dying company? Why would they be buying if a RS was happening? I’m not saying it’s going to the moon, but think everything will be fine and this is a buying opportunity
Insiders keep buying and holding. Hopefully that’s a sign they know everything will be fine in the long run. Saw people talking about an acquisition or merger, that would be huge!
99% sells. What’s going on?
I should have known better than to buy in at 0042 yesterday.
But looks like the sell off is done, been basically all buys the past hour
HUGE buy after hours....tomorrow should be fun
I think long term, FRED is going to be a huge winner;
$13M Market Cap?????????
How does a company who has 500+ stores, plus 300+ pharmacies, has over a billion in revenue, only have a $13M market cap????
They closed their 120 most under performing stores, that means they kept the cream of the crop!
This company is like Dollar General meets CVS.
Once this mess clears, and FRED starts showing profit again, watch out, this stock should be in the $5-$10 range PERIOD
This is a long term perspective, maybe 18-24 months. But i am throwing a little bit of money into FRED every week.
I assume everyone here is loaded in the 3s or 4s.....if we all threw $50 at the ask no, we could push this into the 5s easy
48 seems to be bottom
I don’t think there are enough shares to have a 100M share day.....only10M shares exist
It’s down to 0.0000001 today. Are retailer investors able to buy at that price?
Yeah
700m shares sold? Dilution?
Congrats everyone!
I think NSPX is the next Merck target, get in while you can!
Is the OS really only 50M?
300M shares sold? Where are they coming from?
You obviously have never owned a growing business before.
Why would they put a quarter million into buying back shares, when they could use that money to grow revenues.
I sold for tax purposes but looking to get back in.
Are they still diluting? Sure looks like they are
When is earnings supposed to be released? I think that will be the catalyst
They aren’t going to do something stupid when the ticker change comes are they? Like 1 share of 4Less for every 100MCGi are they?
Has to be, I want this stock to hit copper as much as the next guy, but there are getting to be too many OS
How is there accumulation when almost everyday the sells outnumber the buys?
413M bid and nobody getting filled.
Why won't this thing move? Been stuck at 0003 and 0004 for over a week now.
I agree,
I’m going to average down as low as I can. As soon as I see R/S being talked about though, I’m out!
Over 100M buys today, once dilution stops this thing should start climbing again.
Lots of good buys today, maybe this ship is turning around?
Anyone have Tims email address?
I’m kind of new to stocks in sub penny land, but literally 1/3 of the float was bought in 30 minutes, why isn’t this taking off?
113M shares sold, the hell is happening?
How many shares were added to the float?
Realistically, by the end of the year what do you think is going to be the price?
I would be thrilled at $0.01+
Obviously higher the better, but realistically with this float, this news, the merger, etc. What do you guys think?
Added here, as soon as acquisition is finalized, I’m going to be able to pay off my house :)
