Nope, not an insider, I dumped a little over 47m shares this morning.
I bought in last year in November and December. I invested 25k because I believed in Louden Owen, Green and the "dream". Rode that 25k to a "paper" value of $732k.
Then I started to buy more on the way down. Sold some on little booms here and there, but the ticker always fell down more.
I cleared my initial investment some time ago and have been playing with house money ever since.
Today I decided to stop the paper money bleeding, I no longer believe, but I did keep 1m shares to keep some hope alive.
It was a fun year, learned a lot. I will never fall in love with a penny stock again. Taking profits is a good thing, and from this day forward I will always do so.
Like I said, I'm still in this with 1m free shares, but I'm done buying the dream, the dream team or any of that.
Sorry for the dump this morning at 999,999 each sell, but that is how Charles Schwab makes me do it. They have a 1m cap on trades.

Just saw this and thought some of you would like to see it.
The saga continues.
Still here and still green :)

New partner for them might be beneficial for us considering we are a flagship account for them.
Dilly dilly
All this talk of selling like its a bad thing. For there to be a sell, there has to be a buyer.
Many of you will state that we are not buyers but bagholders, well that could be true of any penny play.
ANDI has been good to me as I made a large gamble the last time it was at .002 and sold on the way up. Took profits and loaded again a few days ago in the .002 range.
I "believe" it will go up and I will do well again, however it could crash.
Welcome to pennies.
With that, GO ANDI/UTOP.
I’m with Charles Schwab and they limit purchases to 999,999 each transaction.
This makes trading sub pennies annoying at times.
My point in sharing this is the large block of 500k buys earlier was me.
I originally loaded in this area, traded up and down along the way to the .03ish range.
Today I reloaded.
I doubled my original position of 21m. Currently sitting on 42.5mil and will either be proven to be amazingly lucky, or absolutely stupid.
Either way, Dilly dilly UTOP lol
Meh, just meh all around.
Hey waffle, I'm also in Goldendale. I live up off High St and my company has an office in the same industrial park (by the police station).
Small world.
I'm down more than that today....
And I'm not going anywhere. When I bought this ticker I said in 1 year it will either be worth a $1, or $0.
There is a poster that repeatidaly states that this is either the real deal or the biggest scam ever. 50/50, I like those odds and took a gamble on this ticker with that in mind.
The day to day up and down means nothing to this mindset.
20+ million long and stong.
Can never hide everything....

Until the GAG order is lifted
on the TA, I'm not feeling as confident as I once was.
I'm in this DEEP (20+m) and have several coworkers and family members that are also in heavy.
Nodummy has brought up some very interesting points, and for me, until the gag order is lifted I'm finding it harder and harder to trust this.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=139624616
Please un-gag the TA so we can see what we actually own.
The City of Goldendale only cashed a check and sold 5 aces of land in the business park.
Well that and they are renting them some office space in another city owned property (the old cement mixer plant funny enough).
My "gut" feeling is that the CEO truly believes in this "dream", he just has been unable to make it happen so far. He has however done one thing, he has found another investor to provide the cash to purchase the land from Goldendale.
If this same new investor has the cash to build a building, well then we might actually have something here and that is when I will invest.
UN-GAG the TA!!
This is what the company said:
"We are also taking steps to ensure that we remain highly transparent and communicative with our shareholders. We have received a number of inquiries with respect to the company's share structure. The current transfer agent has an internal gag order that prevents the release of this information, which is contrary to the level of transparency that we wish to demonstrate. As such, we have begun the process of switching transfer agents, in order to make this information readily available to those who request it"
Now they say this:
"And as to why the TA is still gagged: due to the pace of change and implementation of management’s programs we feel it is prudent to control dissemination of information from a single point. The transfer agent is not privy to managements’ plan or discussions, so controlling information that could be wrong or outdated seems appropriate at this time"
I have a considerable amount of shares in ANDI. I believe and want to to continue to believe, however what I posted above does not sit well with me.
So if the crew from ANDI is reading this, Please keep your word and UN-GAG the TA.
There has been lots of talk locally about this.
However, we are a jaded group here in town for several reasons.
The aluminum plant closed years back, around the same time the last large lumber mill shut down. The town took a MAJOR hit during this, and the aluminum plant closed AFTER stealing the pensions of all 700+ people who were employed there. That's 700 local families in a small community that had to start over. Most left the area... The Kushlan plant also closed here, snowboard shop went out of business and well a few small others closed up as they supported the employee's of those operations. Renewable energy (wind turbines - my industry) brought a minor resurgence, but by no means a replacement for the aluminum plant.
Additionally, as I stated before, this is not the first time we have heard of Auscrete and its plans for success. I would say the general sentiment is that we "hope" they're not full of crap and this works because out community needs jobs. So there is lots of talk and scuttle about the possibility. However it is met with skepticism because again, this is not the first time we have heard this from Auscrete. This was slotted for Dallasport, WA about 40 minutes West of here on the 14 (directly across from the nearest "big" city of The Dalles). Rufus, Auscrete's headquarters is a 15 minute drive directly across the river from us.
To sum up this long windiness, from the long time locals I have spoke to, we all truly hope this works out and is legit as it's another step in rebuilding our community.
Once they actually break ground and begin to build, I will invest in this company because then imo it will be real. Until then, it's fun to hope and dream.
I will gladly post updates as I hear them and even though I'm not currently invested, my hope is that I soon will be, because that will mean that this is legit and will benefit my community in addition to my portfolio.
I live in Goldendale,
Directly across from the Shell Station, err recently re branded Sinclair is the City of Goldendale office.
Next time you're up here swing through there and ask for Ken Bostick, he is the plans examiner, code enforcement and building inspector (you wear many hats in a small town). He is in the same building as Larry Bellamy (City Administrator) and the Mayor (pictured above).
I'm not invested currently in this ticker, but do watch it as it's local. Full disclosure, I have been vocally against this play in the past as I have "heard" about it locally for years. Once the original plan to buy the City property fell through, I felt justified in my beliefs. Now that they have paid for the land in full, I'm definitely more intrigued and may even become a convert if a couple of more boxes are checked.
Additionally, the property they are renting on the interim basis is the old Kushlan building complex (745 W Railroad St
Goldendale, WA 98620).
The City bought this property after Kushlan left town, one building is rented to a company called Grade Worx, and now some of the space will be rented by Auscrete is appears.
https://www.ci.goldendale.wa.us/contact-us
Or call the city ask them...
Larry, Karl or Ken Bostic.
Ken is the city plans examiner/building inspector, so he would definitely be in the know.
They close at 5PM PST.
Chartmaster is right more than I have seen him be wrong. The fact that I follow him is what led me to this ticker.
However his charts can't predict erratic behavior... The last four 999,999 trades three minutes before closing were from me and my FOMO.
Charles Schwab only allows 999,999 max purchases (which is annoying for pennies) so I got those four in before the close as I was late getting back to my office today.
This may go down and correct itself to prove Chartmaster correct on Monday, however, I feel this is a good entry point for a little longer hold, thus why I wanted in now.
If it drops on Monday, I look forward to it because I will average down and enter at minimum six more 999,999 trades to round me out where I really want to be on this play.
If it doesn't go down, well then I won't be able to pick up as much.
Good luck to all of you and thanks again Chartmaster for leading me here.
https://www.ci.goldendale.wa.us/industrial-park-sites
There is a link to the site location.
Its near the Police Station and the old snow board factory.
As I am local, I figured I would try to help someone out. Its not like a "pink" pops up in your 3000 person town every day.
I wish no harm on any of you, and yes I'm new to Ihub so credibility may not be on par with some of you long time posters.
I do live here though, and you are correct that I will not be investing in this company.
Best of luck to those that do, again I'm only trying to provide you with information.
As I stated earlier, I live here in Goldendale, WA.
This company has been saying these things for years.
They had a deal with the city (which you have pictured above) to buy some city property by October 20th 2017 to build this "factory".
That date came and went (like all other promises made by the current CEO).
This past Monday, the CEO attended our local city council meeting stating he had "new" partners and was ready to buy the property, check in hand. The city manager (Larry Bellamy) pictured above agreed to have a special council meeting tonight to vote on allowing them to reopen their contract and buy the land.
This will pass (this is a small town, word travels fast).
So they will be given permission to buy the land, will they?
All of this information can be verified by visiting the Goldendale Sentinel newspaper website.
http://www.goldendalesentinel.com/story/2018/02/07/news/auscrete-returns-to-goldendale/9947.html
I hope for all of you that the CEO's day has finally come and he will get to at least try to enact his vision. However I will not be investing in this.
Good luck to those that do.
I live in Goldendale, WA (I'm up off of High Street - Go Timberwolves!)
I have zero invested in this company, I could type long winded explanations as to why, and maybe at some point I will.
Take that for you will.
We have joked about that, as I'm the boss, I welcome it.
I led them all to this, told them to do their own DD and then questioned everything with them.
I'm in deep and got in early, after they saw the profits leaving the trips they started jumping in.
It is my sincere and honest hope that they all win and position themselves to retire early.
I know at least 3 of us are riding free shares, as more and more follow suit, I worry less and less about them being hurt.
Once your riding free (including buying more next week), I feel its ok to dream a little.
GLTA of you, this is going to be an exciting year!
There are 16 people in my office, currently 13 of them including myself are invested in ANDI.
The other 3 have verbally stated they are buying in tomorrow.
Many others, including myself will be adding shares.
It is safe to say that we believe.
Dilly dilly!
As I stated earlier, this video inspires so much confidence.
You know he asked these questions (and more) doing his DD on ANDI...
And he decided it was a good deal and worth investing and putting his name behind.
This is UNHEARD of in the pinks.
We are in on the ground floor of a rocket ship!
This is also my belief after review of all information.
I think that it's just a coincidence of the model name, and it will not affect what is happening here.
With Louden Owen, Cycloides, and Mr. Green on board, I really have no worries.
The best thing I have seen yet is the video posted of Mr. Owen talking about what 3 things he looks for in a startup.
He at minimum answered those things about ANDI and decided to invest.
I'm convinced more and more that each and every share I own is a golden ticket.
Very interesting indeed.
I am very curious as to whether or not our CEO and investors were aware of this, at minimum I would imagine someone at Cycloides would be considering they are all of Indian decent.
Then again, this may mean nothing as India may not be their projected initial deployment center.
With Louden Owen and his connections, the Asian decent translator pictured from CES, and Mr. Greens past connections to the Asian market...
My guess is India is not the play at first, maybe in the future, but not at first.
All things hinted so far lead me to believe we are after the SW Asia market.
I honestly don't know brother.
Just while searching the mobile phone market in India I stumbled across YU Mobile.
Then the YUtopia model.
I didn't go down the path you did, I just figured this was a competitor that possibly was overlooked and could "possible" cause some confusion when we launch there.
I hope you're right though, that would be cool.
Either way, just wanted to add it to the DD already posted here, heck maybe Mike S. will see this and clear the air on it.
YU Mobile - YUtopia
They have a YUtopia model for sale in the Indian market.
Google it, could cause some confusion when we go to market.
Just something interesting I found while searching.
I would not think about selling a single share until March '18.
With what is building, and what "should" happen between now and then, I personally believe one would be a fool to jump before then.
Lock down your shares and enjoy the ride.
Hey that is awesome for two reasons, one it proves that they are monitoring these boards.
And two, it means my "shower thought" was actually correct.
Cool on both accounts.
I will echo that the first proves yet again how connected and open with communication this company is. This is especially rare in the pinks (except for those CEO's that pump like crazy - Which Mike S. Does not btw).
Love it!
I wonder if Mike S. (CEO) is a big HG Wells fan, or if the Utopia name is just a coincidence due to one of the "predictions" HG Wells made in his novels based on Utopia was cell phone communication.
Not really that important, just something I was wondering.
"In Men Like Gods (1923), Wells invites readers to a futuristic utopia that’s essentially Earth after thousands of years of progress. In this alternate reality, people communicate exclusively with wireless systems that employ a kind of co-mingling of voicemail and email-like properties.
“For in Utopia, except by previous arrangement, people do not talk together on the telephone,” he writes. “A message is sent to the station of the district in which the recipient is known to be, and there it waits until he chooses to tap his accumulated messages. And any that one wishes to repeat can be repeated. Then he talks back to the senders and dispatches any other messages he wishes. The transmission is wireless.”

ANDI :)
PNW as well....
Grew up in Hillsboro outside of Portland, now in the Gorge east of Portland on the Washington side.
Go Blazers!
Cant wait to see Victoria's sexyness in Barcelona
I don't have private message ability...
But an investor informed me that he has 20+ as well, I have seen posted here several along those lines or near.
If you are to believe what's posted here, I can count 8 active members on this board who locked up nearly 200 million shares...
Eating up this 2.6B has not been an issue.
21.1M here, I'm close, and I'm by no means a whale...
Average guy who took a large gamble early is all.
I just locked up 21M+ of my shares with limit sell orders starting at .29 stair stepping up to 2.20.
Orders expire in March, I'm holding at least until then, will reevaluate based on the DD released then.
However, I believe with the ticker change, potential contracts(s), and the team behind this that I will probably re-lock them up at that time.
I'm no expert, and only playing with money I can afford to lose, AND I got in early so this is easier for me to say, but I really do believe that tickers like this don't visit the pinks often.
So, until March, best of luck to you, whatever your strategy and beliefs are.
