Corbin Hardy and Michael Starkweather being business partners is a major problem and concern.

Yes Corbin Hardy is a part of S5 Capital Group with Michael Starkweather

https://s5capitalgroup.com/

Corbin Hardy got those 200,000,000 free trading shares on 12/10/17. That was disclosed in the last quarterly report

Corbin Hardy got those 200,000,000 free trading shares as part of a Series B preferred stock conversion.

That can be verified by doing the math.

This is a problem and a concern for a number of reason.

No new Series B preferred shares were issued after Utopya Innovations Inc acquired control of the ANDI shell on 11/10/17. That means that Corbin Hardy either already owned those shares before Utopya got involved in ANDI or Corbin Hardy received those shares from an existing Series B preferred shareholder. The only series B preferred shareholder that would have had that many shares to give to Corbin Hardy is Dustin Secor. That is why I assumed that Corbin Hardy was associated with Dustin Secor in my one post

Either way it is a problem because it shows that ANDI was used as an insider enrichment scheme. ANDI closed at $.0007/share on December 19, 2017, the day before those 200,000,000 free trading shares were issued to Michael Starkweathers friend and long time business partner Corbin Hardy.

After the close that day, ANDI announced twitter pumper Darryl V. Green had joined ANDI as an Investor and Advisor

Christmas came early alright for Corbin Hardy.

Then on December 20, 2017, ANDI put out the press release about no more dilution that turned out to be a lie

https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ANDI/news/ANDI--Utopya-Question-and-Answer?id=178721

Lots of help by ANDI pumping the share price while Michael Starkweather's friend was dumping his 200,000,000 free trading shares into the market.

Those 200,000,000 shares quickly went from being worth $140,000 at the open on December 20, 2017 to being worth $540,000 before the close on December 20, 2017. If Corbin Hardy sold the shares slowly while the price rose to past $.04/share he could have easily made over $2 million.

If Corbin Hardy already owned those shares going back years then it explains why Michael Starkweather and Utopya had an interest in the dirty old ANDI shell.

If Corbin Hardy received those shares from a previous owner like Dustin Secor then it is just more evidence that Dustin Secor and Michael Starkweather were in cahoots together to run a pump&dump using the ANDI shell.

Let's not forget that Dustin Secor also got 200,000,000 free trading shares on 12/21/17 through his entity PC Trust.

The reason I assumed that Corbin Hardy got those shares as an associate of Dustin Secor is that the Series B preferred shareholders can only convert up to 9.9% of the O/S. At the time ANDI had an O/S of 2,221,794,450 limited the series B shareholders to only being able to receive 220,000,000 shares any more than that they'd be restricted. By letting Corbin Hardy sell some shares for him, Dustin Secor could skirt the 9.9% limitation.

Either scenario is evidence of an insider enrichment pump & dump scheme.

It sure makes you wonder how many more free trading shares of stock may have been issued to Corbin Hardy and/or Dustin Secor after January 30, 2018. And starts to make you wonder if Michael Starkweather or Daryll Green made any money off of Series B preferred share conversions.

Let me know if you find any connections between David Bodie and Michael Starkweather or the Utopya team too.
