Buyers were gobbling up shares all the way to the close. If history is any indicator, this stock typically rallies for multiple days when it breaks out. Looking back at the charts, day two seems to be the best day of the multi-day runs. I'm expecting big things in the morning and throughout the day.
I think this test a penny. From there I think it could push up to .0140, the high from last fall. Hopefully we get there and then we can see if we get a breakthrough or run into heavy resistance. Either way, a lot fo money to be made from where we are right now.
Like this.....CBS Sunday Morning
Fear of dilution is less know that the company has revenue and cash flow. Not saying it can't/won't happen, but ICNB is in a much different position than it was in late 2016, early 2017. Publix, Target, Costco, etc. didn't exist then. If Rich lands another large chain with I huge upfront order there is financing for that won't involve dilution.
Just a guess, but Friday's action felt like another huge retailer about to be announced. Hope that gut feeling is correct and Rich delivers us some big news. Sky's the limit if that happens.
Should test at least a penny and likely above that. Last fall ICNB went to .0140 which will be an interesting resistance point. Still time to load up if you haven't yet and make a bundle. Penny plus this week and if it gets through .0140 who knows high high it goes. CHART looks AMAZING!!!!
If history is any indication, tomorrow should be a good day. In the past, when this stock has had a really good day the 2nd day is even better.
I think something big is about to happen and someone caught wind of it around lunch time Friday. All was quiet Friday AM and then large buyers showed up. ICNB has also recently had some very large bids hanging around to scoop shares up if ICNB tried pushing back down towards 33.
I'm thinking the run has only begun.
$ICNB
Exactly, Air. $5MM in revenue, as guided by the CEO yesterday. We already know the first two quarters sales. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that $5MM in sales equates to a lot more than 6 Publix stores. As you said, 6 or 6 million stores, the real takeaway was a guidance of $5MM in sales for 2017. I'll betcha nobody had that penciled in before the MOAB yesterday.
ROLLOUT TO ALL PUBLIX STORES!!!!!!!!!!!
BMIC and MAXM have been sitting on the ask at the same price as today for weeks now. If the ask amount starts changing, we take note. Seems they are laying dormant for the time being. BUY, BUY, BUY!!!!!!!!!
Up another 15% today. ICNB is just getting started. So undervalued at these levels. UP, UP, and AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
UNDERVALUED, BUY NOW!!!! This thing is so undervalued after the HUGE news yesterday. Get in now and ride this rocket ship up.
Way undervalued here. Publix puts us at Skinny Girl levels already. Based upon that buyout a $50-$60MM market cap is justified right now. Stock is way UNDERVALUED here. What's even better is we know the brand is just getting started, and has the potential to go to Clooney Tequila levels, $1 billion buyout.
Searay, full Publix rollout is a done deal. Distributor is already moving to bring mass quantities of Bellissima in for the initial stocking. Publix has Bellissima set to be in their 12/28 ad. Do you think they would advertise Bellissima if it was only in 6 stores? Publix is redoing the wine planogram on a national level next month. Bellissima, all 3 expressions, has been added. I would suggest trying to speak with the wine category manager and not a switchboard operator next time. Dig deeper my friend, lots of money to be made here, even at a penny.
Absolutely Air. This news puts us at a Skinny Girl level already. Using the Skinny Girl valuation this thing is WAY underpriced here. Multi-bagger to be had just to get to that valuation. We get to Clooney buyout levels and your taking +1,000's% up from here.
Mods, PLEASE STICKY #148732
Pocket Change, not dumping at all, it's called profit taking. I picked up several million shares at .0040. At .0120 I had tripled my money, time to take a little off the table. Don't worry, I'm still plenty long and loving it. My initial investment is back in my pocket and I still have 2/3rds of my shares and I'm playing with house money now. I'll ride those shares up to a nickel, a dime, to the moon, BUYOUT COMING!!!!!!!!!
I bet there were many others that took some profits today as well.
Heck yeah, Air. We know we have our foot in the door with Target and Costco, time to close those deals and roll them out on a larger scale.
Searay, your post needs to be edited or deleted. Publix has put all 3 expressions in their national wine planogram. Bellissima will be rolling out to all stores. Maybe what you were trying to say is "as of today Bellissima is only in 6 stores", but "IN THE COMING MONTH IT IS ROLLING OUT TO ALL 1,100+ STORES".
HUGE NEWS!!!! Bellissima going into all 1,100 Publix grocery stores, all 3 expressions. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS A GAME CHANGER!!!!!!!!!!
I hope your right, Air. If we go up to 1.5, poor PennyStockins head might spin off. LOL
Wasn't that 1,000 cases in a week?
Try again, Q. No dilution going on here. We know what that looked like when BMIC was in town. Keep making stuff up my friend.
Hey QServus, need help. Do the mods limit posters to only posting once a day? Why can Boilermaker20bagger only post once a day?
Penny, repeat after me in your best Donald Trump voice, "IT'S GOING TO BE HUUUUUUUUUGE!!!!!!!!!!!"
Trez, I absolutely agree there is a real and growing demand for the product. My concern is the disconnect between the stock and the product. Sooner or later it will come in line but the question is when. This thing may very well get bought out in a few years for a few hundred million dollars returning big returns to investors getting in now. BIG ASSUMPTION HERE, as long a Rich can grow the company without diluting the current shareholders this thing could see a buyout at 5 or 10 cents per share down the road. The company has no cash and expansion isn't cheap so it will be interesting to see how Rich navigates those waters. Every share he issues gets multiplied by the Series D preferreds so if the share count skyrockets that 5 or 10 cents per share starts shrinking. I'm excited to watch how this one plays out over the next few years.
Agree, Skinny Girl probably a better goal. What does it cost to make Tequila? If it is similar to Bellissima than a case of Clooney's tequila throws off a ton more profit than a case of Bellissima and would demand a higher rev multiple. I'm still scratching my head on how you put a Billion dollar valuation on that tequila, but hey, it worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
Somewhere in the middle would be best for ICNB investors since Skinny Girl would only fetch a bit over 2 cents per share for ICNB investors and some are stuck in this thing at 2 or 3 cents per share.
Dolby, I do drink them. Have a case of Rose and 2 cases of Sugar Free. I prefer the Rose, my wife the SF.
Trez, I have 3 cases in my pantry. 6 bottles per case of Bellissima.
Trez, somewhere I saw a post where someone tried backing into the sales numbers and they had $54/case ($9/bottle). I think this number makes sense as CB gets 10% of revs right off the top so $54 is really $60/case less CB's 10%. Considering Target is selling at $18.99 and both them and the distributor have to make money, I don't think the distributors would be paying more than $9 or $10/bottle. Anything higher and there isn't enough profit to go around for the distributor and the retailer.
Peacock, how is Skinny Girl doing now? According to the article below, Sales plummeted 26% in 2013. I don't think Beam made out very well on that acquisition. I think they may have way overpaid for that brand.

Well if that is true than the audit will be fun. I'm not a CPA but that would violate basic GAAP accounting principles. As ICNB is the majority shareholder of Bellissima LLC they would have to consolidate the financials, thus they would report 100% of the Bellissima revenues, not 51%. I think you were lied to.
Also, since we know 1,000 cases per week equals $700K in revenues per quarter, and we know Bellissima just had it's first 1,000 case week, it would be highly improbable for the Q1 rev number to only be 51% of sales.
Trez, sorry, I should have been more clear. Check out the PR. It says "each" share converts into 5.1% with 10 total shares outstanding of the Series D.
Trez, there is a press release that says Rich and his girlfriend/fiance/wife (not sure of the relationship) each have 5 Series D convertibles that convert into 5.1% of all shares outstanding. What I can't figure out is does this mean 10 X 5.1% = 51% or after conversion the Series D will equal 51% of all outstanding shares. The first scenario would give Rich and female 1/3 of all outstanding shares, the 2nd would give them 51% of all outstanding shares and double the OS.
For your 2nd question, I'm not sure how ICNB shareholders get any value out of acquiring the other 49%. Someone owns the other 49% and it has value. If you owned it, would you give it to ICNB shareholders for free? If it were me I would want Preferred shares that I can exercise when a buyout comes and allows me to own 49% of ICNB. ICNB doesn't seem to own anything of value other than Bellissima so this would be a fair deal. In this case, ICNB now owns 100% of Bellissima but the current shareholders would still really own 51%. I'm open to ideas here but i don't see much value for current shareholders as the other 49% isn't coming for free.
Biojkap, ICNB fins are 100% of Bellissima sales. 1,000 cases per week X 13 weeks X $54/case is only $700K in sales. Considering CB said they just had a record week at 1,000 cases, there is no way previous quarterly sales were $800K.
Also, I don't understand everyone's fascination with acquiring 100% ownership. Do you think it will come for free? If you owned a multi-million dollar asset 51/49 with a friend, would you expect them to give you their half for FREE? No, you would have to pay them half of the assets value. If I owned the other half of Bellissima I would say OK, I will sell it to you for a Preferred share that converts into an amount equal to all outstanding stock. In other words, you get the other half but the share count doubles so in reality ICNB shareholders get nothing. The original owners of the 49% end up owning 49% of ICNB stock so you still only have 51%. It is a zero sum game.
Trez, long story short, if a buyout came today there will be 2.5B shares outstanding tomorrow when the debtholder conversion gets fully exercised and Rich exercises his Convertible Series D shares. My calculation is somewhere between 2.2B and 2.8B, Rich's PR wasn't real clear on if the convertibles exercise and create 51% additional shares based upon all shares outstanding (increase OS by one-third) or if the Series D gives him 51% of all outstanding shares (doubles the OS).
ICNB only owns 51% of Bellissima, so ICNB shareholders only get half of the $100MM Bellissima valuation. $50MM split amongst 2.5B shares is 2 cents per share.
PennyStockin, you do realize a buck fiddy is a $7.5 BILLION dollar valuation on Bellissima. A company with $2MM of revenues right now. Good luck with that valuation. I'm happy to sell you all the shares you want right now at a buck fiddy. Heck, I'll give you a discount and sell them to you for a buck.
