I am thinking I would rather see licensing fees from all the infringers as opposed to a buyout. If I am thinking correctly,wouldn't a buyout result in a one time stock price and really not much of a chance of increasing over time? Or could our shares be transferred over to the buyer??? Licensing would mean a little more chance of shares rising in price,wouldn't it??

I am hearing PM is delisting??? Is there any truth to this?? And with a share price that high,how could they delist?? Or does share price have nothing to do with that?
