Two questions regarding MAA submission:
1. Once MAA has been submitted, how long approximately before we know something about its approval?
2. If/when MAA has been approved, what are the expected next steps and timeline?
Thanks.
After reading the latest posts, can anyone answer the following three questions regarding this stock – and please (and respectfully), serious answers only:
1. What is the next compelling event that people are waiting on (e.g., buyout, merger, partnership, test results, etc.)?
2. When it is expected to occur, approximately?
3. How much of an effect is it expected to have, if/when it occurs?
Thanks.
Spinoff Questions
With regards to the spinoff posts, does anyone know or surmise what significant event(s) we are awaiting, and estimate when? Thanks.
OK. So, normally how long do these lawsuits take to be resolved, if they're not dismissed? Don't they usually take quite a long time? Thanks.
What’s with the low volume?
Does somebody know something? If so, why hasn’t the share price jumped up? Has anyone spoken with the company? Thoughts, anyone?
Next Compelling Event?
Can someone please state exactly what compelling event we’re waiting on for this stock to break out (e.g., approval, buy-out/merger, etc.)? Thanks.
Next Steps / Timeline?
Taking into account that there are still a number of unknowns, after yesterday’s release of the results, can anyone provide what they think will be next steps, including journal publication (which one?), PRs, FDA approval, and/or buyout or joint-venture, etc. – and provide an estimated timeline for these events?
Thanks. Good luck to longs, and especially to long-suffering GBM patients!
Permit me also to express my sincere condolences for your loss.
Share Price Question.
I’m aware of CELZ’s press releases last month, as well as their presentation at the World Stem Cell Conference in June (and the positive reaction from some posters). My question is what specific event(s) are we waiting for that will drive up the Share Price (e.g., FDA approval, Buy-Out, etc.)?
Thanks.
Help Please on Warrants: Where would I find the latest quotes for NWBO warrants? Thanks.
I'm getting the same result - login rejected. Is the only way to access the meeting as a guest, as some others have done?
Apparently, immunotherapy is not new; goes back centuries (even if only in a very rudimentary form).

Great work, Ike!!
I have a question about the “Long Tail”. Question #9 addresses the question of the timeline for completion of the different stages of the trial. In her presentation last year, LP stated that they were under tremendous pressure to unblind. However, NWBO wants to ensure that the trial results and the long tail were such that NWBO would hit a home run. Can LP tell us what NWBO thinks is a sufficiently “long tail” – e.g., 36 months, 48 months, etc.?
Seeking Alpha Article 06/03/18 - Northwest Bio's Big Data Change The Game
https://seekingalpha.com/article/4179056-northwest-bios-big-data-change-game
Publication Question:
At the last annual Share Holders’ meeting, the point was made by management that the company was very optimistic, and that an upcoming article publication would confirm this.
I understand that NWBO wants to keep a lid on things in order to avoid attacks by competitors. However, as time has passed and people are becoming more impatient (and anxious), I pose the following question:
Why can’t NWBO at least tell us when (even if approximately – i.e., month) the article is to be published? Would doing this reveal too much to competitors and those wishing to hurt NWBO?
Thanks to all of you who have provided information on this subject. Greatly appreciated.
FDA Calendar Question
I have a question for the group regarding the FDA Calendar.
I went to the following link: https://www.biopharmcatalyst.com/calendars/fda-calendar
I typed in the symbol "NWBO", but got zero hits, which surprised me. Is there some other place where NWBO results would be tracked/scheduled? Or, given where NWBO is right now in its trials, would NWBO not be tracked at this point?
I appreciate your feedback.
I never described or implied that Aldox was or would be a “wonder” drug. I used the term “wonder” as short-hand for highly effective – and, as only one of many possible outcomes of using Aldox (also in conjunction with other treatments). If you re-read the entirety of my post, I clearly stated that “…and naturally the value of the stock would depend on the efficacy of Aldox.” This means that Aldox’s efficacy might vary greatly – from ineffective, to marginally effective, to highly effective, etc. I have no background in medicine or bio-chemistry – I will leave the ultimate verdict on Aldox to professionals in those fields, and to concrete results.
Question on the Buy-Out Price Per Share
Others have already asked what a reasonable buy-out pps would be. Some have speculated that one of the reasons the stock is being shorted is to keep the buy-out price down.
However, if it is shown that Aldox is going to be highly successful, I would think that market forces themselves (despite the attempts of any shorters and any company wishing to buy out Cytrx) would drive up the pps.
Also, while I’ve seen estimates of a pps buy-out price anywhere from $2 to $6, naturally the value of the stock would depend on the efficacy of Aldox. However, if Aldox turns out to be truly a “wonder” drug and silver bullet cure, why would the pps be ONLY $6?
