The volume here is interesting...
I am in for a little here because these type tickers with volume are the ones that explode and everyone wonders why and how they were not in at .0002.
Giving it till 2:59 pm CST...
If nothing shows on OTC then I am out and consider that "news" about getting current as just a pump attempt.
Here is what it could mean...
Admiral Beverage Corporation is one of the top 5 largest companies in WY. Their fee for 2018 was $1,485.01. You can go look it up at wyobiz.wy.gov
I could be wrong, but to me it means that the revenue will be less than $250,000 thus the fee being the minimum of $50.
There is some buying today!
Shares today: 660k buy / 100k sell
FINRA approved and RO helped.
Hard to say.
In my opinion - I am hoping to see it happen and this run to around 0.01 to 0.05. I would sell 90% of my position in that range.
Does not have to be Bitcoin...
It could be Etherium or any of the other currencies.
I am holding here just to see if this is a crypto-currency, online gaming / live betting, equity transfer platform involved.
What are the numbers?
If you have proof please post the numbers. Do not state it was posted previous because I have not seen it anywhere. That is an easy and convenient excuse to not produce evidence needed to base a claim.
JBZY received a ticker change from DOLV by FINRA.
What is fraudulent?
Links are from State of Wyoming - hardly BS.
JBZY is top shelf liquor.
2 types of investors:
1. Those that bought in trips and made money.
2. Those that bought above .05 and lost money.
There are also factions that are forming. Some are willing to debate and learn - others either call scam or submerge their head in the look aid.
Maybe we should flip this around.
The MJ play was just hope.
At least we now know the potential direction and one can choose to buy or sell.
Just a guess but maybe it was to wash out all the MJ holders. There is no place for them if this is a truly different play.
MJ, Horses, Candy Canes - I don’t care...
I know many are disappointed this is not MJ but I will take money any way it is made.
Be encouraged but don't get carried away yet...
The use of other company's name and likeness is very loose in China and not like it is in the US. If a company does not provide specific approval in the US for use of name and likeness a cease and assist action will take place. In China.... well, anything can go.
It may mean something and it may not.
To be fair and balanced Mav...
There were 4.3 MM shares sold and only 1.3 MM shares bought. There were more 100k and 200k sells than buys today.
We have had our more than fair share of good days here - today was not one.
Staying strong, staying long, but being a realist.
Telsa involvement in China (IMO)
I know that there has been some WILD speculation on Tesla in China.
Connecting dots and in my opinion - here is where Telsa is heading:
1. Tencent owns 5% stake in Tesla
https://www.cnbc.com/2017/03/28/messaging-app-parent-tencent-takes-stake-in-tesla.html
2. Tencent recently helped to raise $1B for a Chinese EV startup in NIO.
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-nio-fundraising/china-electric-car-startup-nio-raises-over-1-billion-from-tencent-others-sources-idUSKBN1D90MS
NIO is more of a luxury EV and with these connections I believe Tesla will partner with NIO and not any involvment with ZJMY or BYD who produces a lower end EV for the every day person. IMO of course.

After seeing these videos..
I almost feel like we own a golf cart company. Do not get me wrong, I think everyone on this board would have loved to get in on the ground floor of Club Car or EZ GO.
I like your reasoning!
Then why list on US OTC?
That logic does not make sense to me. I know their business is in China but they are on the US market.
It is a win if we close any shade of green. EOM
Thanks Whip...
All I was looking for was clarity.
Like all of us, I would like to see the reference of ZJMY to KaWei as it is not present in the links provided.
Sincerely, do you have an answer to my question?
Hawk, I was the poster who..
placed my opinion that why the ticker was taking so long as being the suit. Everyone, including yourself, posted their thoughts about the ticker. Some posted it was coming that day, every day, for months.... Sound familiar.
We have all been right some and all been wrong some.
What I can state is that there is NO mention of ZJMY for KaWei on the ministries website. Have you looked for yourself? Can you prove otherwise?
Firm believer in Long Star partnership, but...
There is no doubt that ZJMY partners and partially owns Long Star.
Where I get suspicious / concerned is with Chery and KaWei.
1. The Chery Cowin EV seems to have gone quite and you do not see it present other than the original hunter green prototype. Some have mentioned Chery is looking to sell Cowin and this may be why.
2. Other than KaWei photo-shopped Z emblems, I have seen no evidence of this partnership being legit. This includes when these vehicles are listed on the Chinese Ministries site as approved - there is NO mention of ZJMY or its technology involved with the KaWei vehicle. There are other battery producers listed instead:
Sanyuanli Battery / Lishen Power Battery Systems Co., Ltd.
Henan Shunzhihang Energy Technology Co., Ltd
Long Star is enough for me to love this investment. I get a little weary of projecting anything other than what has been produced and verified.
3 deep at 0.0570
Gobbled is a strong term..
as of most recent L3 (15 minute delay):
Buy - 547,865
Sell - 3,218,285
I am long here but we need to be factual.
There is basis for the deadlines...
This is from the OTC Site:
Qualifications for the OTC Pink - Current Information Tier
Companies that make the information described below publicly available on a timely basis (90 days after fiscal year end for Annual Reports; 45 days after each fiscal quarter end for Quarterly Reports) qualify for the Current Information Tier. Financial reports must be prepared according to U.S. GAAP or IFRS, but are not required to be audited to qualify for the OTC Pink Current Information tier.
I did not see ZJMY listed anywhere.
Please show us where you see it listed.
Under the KaWei and Chery vehicles there were names of other battery companies such as:
Sanyuanli Battery / Lishen Power Battery Systems Co., Ltd.
Henan Shunzhihang Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
I am sincerely waiting on a response from Floridany or anyone as to why he came to the conclusion that ZJMY is involved in a co-marketing effort when there is no mention of the company on the ministries listing.
I believe it is speculation at best. The only connection I see is that the pictures of those other companies vehicles with other companies batteries are used on the ZJMYQC site with photo-shopped Z emblems.
General - my feelings on US involvement.
Thank you for the pm but I do not have the ability to respond in that fashion.
MY OPINION ALONE is that the company is doing the modicum to become relevant in what is becoming an automotive big deal - EV. If they are able to build it to a point of some magnitude they would be in play for merger / acquisition for their patents alone. Again, in my opinion that is what I believe they are doing.
At point of merger or being acquired by a larger, international company the tech could be distributed more widely to include the US.
Difference in US and China
I do not like the photo-shopped pictures either. I also do not like the fact that those vehicles when listed on the ministries website that Floridany provided have NO mention of ZJMY tech or even the ability to use that tech. In China one can use the name and likeness of another company without the fear of receiving a cease and assist letter. I believe this ZJMYQC site is misleading (company sponsored or not).
I do know there are cars that exist - those being made by Long Star. Unfortunately - none of the Long Star vehicles are listed on the ministries website.
I believe the truth is in the middle:
The company does exist, they are making EV through Long Star, there is a dealership, and there is a lawsuit. EVERYTHING outside of this to me is pure speculation and/or a potential attempt at manipulation.
My lingering concern is that nowhere on the ministries site was ZJMY listed for the KaWei and Chery vehicles. There were names of other battery companies such as:
Sanyuanli Battery / Lishen Power Battery Systems Co., Ltd.
Henan Shunzhihang Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

I see what you are saying
I think this is the most logical response. When considering the other side you have to consider why in the US there are dealership sites. The reason is that Nissan has thousands of dealers everywhere competing for your business in sales and service - thus they have to advertise their location.
In the case of ZJMY - they only have one company store front. Why would there need to be multiple websites?
Based on the fact that you can use the name and likeness of a business in China unlike you can in the US, I am still skeptical of the ZJMYQC site.
If it was the legitimate site for the company then why would it not be on the OTC Market profile? They did change the email address this week so the site could have been easily changed or added then.
Floridany - please help us understand where you are seeing ZJMY in any of these listings. I have pulled them up and tranlsated. I do not see any mention of ZJMY but I do see other battery company names such as:
Sanyuanli Battery / Lishen Power Battery Systems Co., Ltd.
Henan Shunzhihang Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
Why would ZJMY co-market a vehicle that does not have their battery?
Your DD is always GREAT - I am just having a hard time finding any connections here other than pictures of these vehicles with photo-shopped Z emblems on a website that not everyone believes is even company sponsored.
Should have been doing that well before now.
I am not convinced that is a company sponsored website.
They just changed the email address on the OTC company profile but they did not put the zjmyqc website on the profile - it is stil the original 888.
Settle down Jinbo, I meant it in a positive way.
There will be so much correspondence that he does not want to deal with the mass influx and this put the name of a direct company contact.
Keep calm Jinbo - not everyone is out to bash.
