yep, had to make the list so I didn't forget any
No kidding. Here's a reference for those who would like to avoid Flannery F-ups! Most recent symbol on the left.
AXGO, AXGJ
MHUI, MHUS, CTXI
TEWW, SFTV
IHGR, IHGI, JKRI
yw, if you have a question about it, let me know
sure, Susie is correct, under the 'Members' tab on the far right after you've logged in, there is a 'Your Favorite Charts' section near the bottom of the page where you can create various lists to suit your needs.
Once you have your lists created, scroll back up the page a bit and go to the 'SharpCharts2' section to punch in the symbol you want to see. Then, near the top-middle just above the chart, after it loads, there is an 'Add New' link which will allow you to add the chart you've just loaded to one of the favorite lists created from before.
Now, one other link I use quite a bit, and I recommend creating a shortcut for is the 'Manage the ChartList' link in the bottom left of each SharpCharts2 page. This link takes you back to the same place where you first started creating favorites lists. Makes it easy to quickly shift symbols between lists or change titles.
yep
yea, I don't think its bad, I don't know if maybe ChoiceTrade had a different rate at one time
It varies, anywhere from a few cents to a 2-3 bucks, but the difference being the base commission of $5, so in reality it can be somewhat similar to the commission you already pay. That said, its the no restrictions I like the best about them.
some debate on that one, here is an article that may help

PDGT looking ready to go
lol
yea, everything is still there, just can't place any sell trades for it
just off the phone with my broker, looks like I'll have to wait for the change from Penson, seems like a typical symbol change
with Choicetrade, if the symbol is not changed by open, it won't be for the rest of the day according to their support
just have to sit back and watch the action for now ;)
well, as of now, its not tradeable as the symbol is coming up as unrecognized
mine is showing as CLRXQ still with a notation of 'WORTHLESS/NON-TRANSFERABLE', but of course with the 'with no impact on common shareholders' from the daily list, I expect I should be fine, just don't know if I'll be able to trade it this morning.
in your experience, does a Q drop follow the typical symbol change procedure (ie 2-3 days for the switch at the brokerage house, and then we can trade as the new symbol)
correct, highlight the rest of that sentence...
No stockholder shall receive less than one round lot, or 100 shares of our common stock, as a result of such reverse stock split and any fractional shares issuable to any stockholder as a result of such reverse stock split shall be rounded up to the nearest whole share.

agreed, there is absolutely nothing illegal about transparency...
share structure Don???
gotcha, I was thinking along the lines of bankruptcy for some reason.
thx
lol, I thought gnomes collected underpants
do you know what would happen if you didn't sell before the buyout?, do your shares 'so to speak' become null and void

sorry had to ;)
123524 so far
just SFIN minus the E as far back as 2005

good question, maybe just red tape, procedure at Penson, don't know... I'll shoot'em an email and see if I get a response.
What happened with your HBID situation, I wasn't sure of that symbol?
not sure, wasn't familiar with the symbol
BuyTex & ottoman, ChoiceTrade doesn't take care of the Round-ups directly themselves, its Penson on the back-end that has to wait on the shares from the Transfer Agent before distributing to ChoiceTrade Accounts.
I normally contact their Corporate Actions dept. to check on status of Round-ups. Their email is 'CorporateActions@PENSON.COM'
Below is my last contact regarding DSKA.
XXXXX,
Yes, we are still waiting on the shares from transfer agent. As soon as we receive the additional shares, we will allocate them to the client.
Regards.

Subject: DSKT Re-organization (Now DSKA)
I’m currently waiting on the DSKTXZ reorg (100 share round-up) in two of my trading accounts. Currently, both positions have disappeared from my accounts. Is Penson still waiting on the round-up shares from the Transfer Agent?
yw, glad I could help
yes
There are a number of ways to see them, and I'm quite sure I don't know them all, but here are few to take a look at.
Free from the SEC website:
Current filings, (you'll need to keep refreshing during the trading day)
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcurrent
Company Search
http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html
They also have a Full-text search as well.
http://searchwww.sec.gov/EDGARFSClient/jsp/EDGAR_MainAccess.jsp
-------------------------------------------
There are also services such as 10kwizard (http://www.10kwizard.com/main.php) that will let you do searches, but you can pay for more advanced options like alerts.
Knobias is another service that offers similar tools.
Another free one..., refresh needed here too I believe

A google search will likely yield others.
Also, if you're going to get into filings, this referene will help:

Interesting new IHUB tool, shows under the 'Hot!' button in your menu bar.

yes, in this case, the one being dealt out for each held is restricted
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dividend.asp?sym_id=HVLN&dDate=5/10/2007&sDateType=Record_date
Its definitely confusing because there is no divvy on the Daily List for a Record Date of 12/31 (not to say we won't see one, but its not there now), I sent an email with questions as well.
L2 looks ready for a nice pop
ah, gotcha, thx
Anything you can divulge about the interested party?
nothing wrong with a bit of spite here ;)
One of my favorite posts on shorts and divvys...

The restricted share is a dividend.
1/200, so you would multiply the volume, and divide the price by 200, but yes, that is what a squeeze can look like
If we get what we're looking for, I would imagine it would be something similar to when this was still AWYB. Extremely fast movement coupled with excellent bid support in bursts.
Its kinda hard to explain until you see one happen. The speed is what got me. That said, balance comes into play because the drops will be just as quick (think pulling the rug out). Just remember to take profit during the rise, and you'll be fine.
