Market is not doing well for downstream. Going to be interesting to see what they do next. Lower oil prices should have a positive effect but will that hold?
The recent guidance really gives us an idea what this could ultimately value at as these remaining steps are completed. Liquidity is picking back up which is good.
Oil is sure taking a hit this week.
That's a large settlement wow.
Great due diligence find. Perfect timing in the industry it would seem.
News just hit on Investors Hub wire.

Great news, very positive step that a bank is coming to partner directly with an OTC to complete acquisition, placement and up-list. Very pleased with the direction of this company.
I believe this is a very positive step.
Nice pull back in oil. Good trade opportunity.
Interesting, they are upset when they put them in and when they take them out?
What do you think the catalyst is here for the next year?
Looks great so far. I am here long term.
Quality play here as oil prices improve IMO.
@Mon - Different ETF altogether, similar basket and trading. I like UWT most and have done best with it but again very similar.
@Great - They delisted their old ETF which was $UWTI and that board never changed over to this ticker apparently. Glad to have you on board and share due diligence on this board with you.
Energy Transfer Equity (ETE +1.7%) had the right to end its merger with Williams Cos. (WMB +1.2%), the Delaware Supreme Court ruled yesterday,
The ruling means that ETE does not have to fulfill its tie-up with WMB and can press forward with claims that its former takeover target owes a $1.5B breakup fee.
Incoming WFT CEO Mark McCollum needs to identify and "execute a series of step change decisions ideally into a rising commodity environment and a more vibrant deal market, which will become catalysts to further upside, Davies says.
Pengrowth Energy (PGH +1.9%) after announcing last night that it agrees to sell its non-producing Montney lands at Bernadet in British Columbia to an undisclosed buyer for C$92M (US$68.8M).

Good intel, I think this week it could get legs. Started position last week.
Tesoro (TSO -1.5%) is lower after Credit Suisse downgrades shares to Neutral from Outperform with a $93 price target, cut from $110, one of five refiners the firm downgrades as it says it does not want to chase relative valuation as refiners rebalance.
$UWT The number of incomplete wells could complicate OPEC's attempt to balance markets, as the wells could be completed relatively quickly if the oil price rises; in theory at least, output from the Permian could jump as much as 300K bbl/day if all the incomplete wells in the play resumed pumping at the same time.
The number of rigs deployed in U.S. oil and gas fields has climbed for 10 weeks in a row but unfinished wells are surging, suggesting that oil market players may need to reinterpret rig count data; for example, a record 1,764 wells were left unfinished in the Permian Basin in February, and 395 wells were drilled during the month while only 300 were completed.
U.S. shale producers are drilling at the highest rate in 18 months but have left record numbers of wells unfinished, a sign that production may not rise as quickly as drilling activity would indicate, according to a Reuters analysis.
I am looking at chart, could hit support next couple weeks.
Formerly Known at $UWT. Anyone else trading this?
At what point is the selling going to lighten up??
This is good news. Thanks for sharing.
@29 Lots of good DD there. Thank you.
Dividends can be good, but only if value is supported behind shares.
Lots of interesting political headwinds here.
Dip dip dip, waiting for a bottom opportunity but like the bounce.
No position, just checking it out. Thanks for the comments.
Sounds exciting. Interested to see what happens next.
The fundamentals are the driver and I think management is focused on that at this point. Can't speak to dilution but companies have to fund somehow so I wouldn't expect otherwise. Its a trade off.
Thank you for the information share. Good info. Looking forward to seeing what happens next.
It will be interesting to see what happens next.
Yet the interest is still high in the potential of the company or at least market suggests it. I'll be interested in continuing the research you mentioned thank you.
@Det - Thank you for the note. I am interested in seeing expansion of hemp industrialization so this interests me. While it seems lack of execution is the tone of your post, what in your opinion does management need to do to move to the next level? Thank in advance.
