I know, it seems rather bizarre to "hate" any of VYST's products, especially their major line of FDA cleared Class II Medical Devices in their RxAir 400 and RxAir Rx3000, proven to destroy more than 99.9% of airborne viruses and bacteria.
And how can anyone "hate" carpeting and furniture and latex products? Those are funny things to hate. lol.
There is NO fake news and no "disgust" by any daily poster. If you hate VYST, then find something else to invest in.
It's obvious flippers are selling and taking profits, which is normal and brings the share price down temporarily. No worries here. Things are DIFFERENT now after "2 years of hard work." If you don't see it, then you don't see it!
Are you kidding? Shareholders are MUCH better off.
1. A lot has happened in two years.
2. Rome wasn't built in a day.
3. Shareholders who are serious investors have been accumulating and holding at very cheap prices.
4. VYST has made tremendous progress in those 2 years despite the coronavirus.
5. Covid 19 has provided huge opportunities for the company to sell its products on a global scale, and the demand is there, and the company is prepared to meet the demand.
6. Steve Rotman knows what he is doing. His business plan is coming together.
7. New partnership with Corrie MacColl related to all aspects of Vytex patented latex.
8. New partnership with 5W Public Relations will get the word out.
9. Progress with RX Air has been nothing short of INCREDIBLE with 10,000 units already produced and a 600 per day manufacturing capability.
But wait, there's more..but I have to go now. Have a happy day. GO VYST!!!
And there are just 21.8 million in the float with over 14 percent owned by institutions like Vanguard, Blackrock, Fidelity, CALPERS, etc.
$26.25 is the average price target (5 analysts - per ETrade)
I guess Mark isn't there and while the clinical lab is not conducting any testing, Arrayit is still there in some capacity selling lab/microarray equipment and products but not bringing in much revenue. I wonder if Telechem is doing anything worthwhile and I wonder who is buying shares lately when supposedly only selling is allowed by most brokerage firms of CE stocks.
Mark wants the court's permission to sell their house, and that motion is going to be heard at a hearing tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. Pacific Time.
7.8 million? So much for not being able to buy! Still, very strange for sure.
Good article! Blackrock now owns 7.8% of the float, which is tiny at 86.4 million. Looks like the squeeze started on Friday and will continue this week. Premarket looks good! CLVS is up with high of 9.90, last trade 9.65.
Love all of this news. Love Steve Rotman. Love VYST's products, love my shares, love today and VYST's future.
That's a very nice affirmation of Stone's continued faith in VYST...
**WOW**. "More than 10,000 units have been produced, and RxAir now has a manufacturing capacity of up to 600 units per day if needed. Units have been deployed to customers throughout schools, retail outlets, offices, recreation facilities, medical facilities and more."
"Shipments currently arrive via ocean freight approximately every two weeks, and customers can expect delivery of RxAir units within one to two days on orders of up to 1,000 units."
And so much more going on at VYST...nice update!
Time to move north in a BIG way.
Nice start for a Monday morning. It's about time SRNE escapes from the grip of the shorts. Exciting times ahead!
Would love to hear from the 4th patient who was extremely sick, having had to be intubated and placed on a respirator, and was discharged almost immediately after the 3rd treatment. Sounds like a miracle to me. Four out of four ain't bad. Amazing work by Sorrento...
Agree, and I think it's very feasible that a rather large short squeeze could be brewing with 262.9 million in the float and 31.8% short. Average analyst price target is $28.00.
Looks like there was some covering by the shorts as a result of the Game Stop thing last week. Should be fun if that continues!
:))
According to the record, as of August, 2020, Arrayit had been making an effort to catch up with rent. Who knows if they can come up with the past due rent by August, 2021. They are not squatters; they have every right to be there.
Who is trying to "help" them and who is "looking pathetic"?
Answer: No one.
lol. The fact that Arrayit is still occupying the premises and probably will at least until August, 2021, should not cause anyone to suffer from anxiety. Did I use the word "proud" in my post or did I claim that "all is great"? Answer: No.
Doesn't look like the R/S happened??
There was a hearing on 1/12/21. Result: "Set for case status review re: default on 8/21/21 at 10:00 a.m. Department 2."
That pretty much confirms ARYC is still there. As of the date of the Complaint in August, 2020, ARYC still owed back rent despite their efforts to catch up.
Apparently the moratorium on commercial evictions has been extended once again in California.
(Dollinger Oakmead Associates LP vs Arrayit Corporation)
Of course they had revenue. How much is the question. ARYC could not have survived for 27 years without revenue!
That is not a foregone conclusion. You should ask yourself why has no government agency issued any warning letters or cease and desist orders regarding their Covid 19 or allergy/asthma tests. Why did the Judge allow Mark to continue working at the lab? What about the billions that may be stashed away on the Caymans? What if there is a buyout and/or what if the company morphs into another entity all fresh and proper and current?
Even if Mark is convicted, the corporation could survive, depending on the viability of their tests and products, which products we know have been used over many years by governments and research entities, and have even played a part in researching the killer beast coronavirus.
There is no need to respond.
If ARYC shuts down, then they would be reported as worthless to the IRS. If that were to happen, then the loss would be greater than it is now, which would be good too. lol.
And?? Well, thanks for confirming, I guess.
Duh.
It's actually VERY good and worth much more than selling my shares now. I am not ruling out the possibility of an ultimately positive outcome for my shares and / or Arrayit Corporation either.
Selling will still be allowed. My shares are for sale, but not at these prices. I am going to just hold on to see what happens. Worst-case scenario would be a total loss, which would mean a $3000.00 deduction from income per year until the entire loss is used up, which is GOOD. There are a multitude of other scenarios that could develop, some positive, some not so much.
The point is that he is entitled to present a defense, that's all.
He could plead guilty or there could be a settlement. What will be will be. And don't tell me to wake up. It's insulting.
Of course he can defend the charges. It's the law of the land, like it or not. No one knows what will happen at the trial if there is one, no one knows what the witnesses will say. We will just have to wait and see what transpires.
All sides should be heard. There are no "useless voices."
Oh, you must mean Attorney Pickles! He is Mark's defense attorney and that's his job, ya know? You shouldn't hold that against him. lol.
Last we knew ARYC was still operating with Mark working in the lab. The commercial property they occupy is not listed as available for lease. Unless I hear something definitive, I am going to assume they're still there and operating. I have emailed the LL but have not heard back.
Who is supporting fraud and conspiracy? Answer: No one.
Ummm. That doesn't work, not even a little bit.
Pixie dust has nothing to do with the FACTS. lolol.
Neither the DOJ nor the SEC case has connected Nielsen to Mark, and the SEC case against Nielsen doesn't connect them either. We all know Nielsen had met Mark and toured the company, but that is ALL we know, so far at least.
I think you're right about that! The time for beating this stock to death should be over and done with.
The complaint states that Mark solicited shareholders to help with rent but NOT that it actually happened, so I can't say whether Nielsen or anyone else did, in fact, help pay the rent. It seems to me the Postal Inspector would have added a further detail or two regarding that issue, but she just left it hanging.
That is just one of many, many questions I hope will be answered during the trial.
Yes, finally! Patience will pay off.
Believe what you want. If they were in cahoots, then why wasn't it mentioned in either Complaint? It seems to me it wouldn't be too hard to connect the dots.
Maybe they're being denied because none of those three statements are "proven facts." At least not yet.
lol.
His case won't send him to prison. And is whatever he posted any different than some of the absolutely false statements posted here, such as:
"There is no lab! There is no access to the old leased building Arrayit used to occupy. All is over."
Answer: No.
The Complaint against Nielsen does not indicate that he had any insider information or that he was in cahoots with Mark in any way.
Who are these koolaid drinkers? Please share.
