The complaint states that Mark solicited shareholders to help with rent but NOT that it actually happened, so I can't say whether Nielsen or anyone else did, in fact, help pay the rent. It seems to me the Postal Inspector would have added a further detail or two regarding that issue, but she just left it hanging.

That is just one of many, many questions I hope will be answered during the trial.
