I agree that a detailed update to shareholders would be a good move at this time. With all the talk on this board, you would think the company is a big fat scam with nothing going for it when nothing could be further from the truth. Times have been tough for most businesses due to Covid related factors, and that has certainly has stung VYST in a big way. There is nothing the company has done that is blatantly wrong or illegal that I can see. While the last 10Q wasn't terrific, there were some encouraging factors, like the 9-month increase in revenue by about $10 million compared to the prior year, etc.

I truly believe a turnaround is in our future and that management is smart enough to do what needs to be done. The current market cap for VYST is crazy-low.

I don't know what that is about, but I am quite sure they would not violate SEC regulations to deliberately get themselves in hot water with the SEC. There must be some other explanation.

If you had been patient, you most likely would have gotten your price. Selling at these cheap bids does nothing for the share price!

But this company is no scam and there is no reason for the DOJ or FBI to intervene just because things are not all peachy keen and the share price has been all poopy and stagnant and shareholders are disgruntled.

For every positive post there are at least 10 negative ones, which is very interesting indeed. Makes ya wonder.

In just a few years, the last two being extra challenging due to Covid, the company HAS shown you many accomplishments that you may have forgotten about. This is not a company that sends out fluffy PR' s to dump shares or artificially inflate the share price. And everyone should understand by now the reasoning behind CEO Steve's selling his shares from time to time and how it is in the company's best interest when he does so. Oh, and then there's the long-awaited spin-off dividend that will happen in just a few months.

Blue skies are on their way for shareholders who have good memories and are patient. :)

Sorry, but you are wrong. The ONLY way to find out how many books were sold is through the PUBLISHER, and they're not about to disclose that information to the general public. Amazon's tool is NOT accurate unless Amazon is/was the sole retailer.

I saw that too. The company is a Maryland LLC and the only associated person is Mukesh Kumar. Sounds like a Turkish name. There is nothing at all to indicate they have microarray capabilities. Maybe they are just using the name of the LLC for Pinnertest purposes because of Arrayit's troubles.

Right, "other defendants" in OTHER cases. None of those cases are "linked" to Mark! That is clear as a bell.

The DOJ case against Mark already pending is mentioned and summarized as ONE of many cases regarding questionable Covid-19 activities. There is NOTHING new. The cases are not "tied together." I'm in New England. . Their lab certification is still valid with an April something 2022 expiration date. They may have to be re-certified if they were to continue in a new location, but there has been no revocation that I can find.

Last we knew from court documents was that Arrayit was still operating at a somewhat limited capacity.

CLIA Certification is still valid. At this point, I don't think anyone will be "shocked" by any outcome or development.
