There was a hearing on 1/12/21. Result: "Set for case status review re: default on 8/21/21 at 10:00 a.m. Department 2."

That pretty much confirms ARYC is still there. As of the date of the Complaint in August, 2020, ARYC still owed back rent despite their efforts to catch up.

Apparently the moratorium on commercial evictions has been extended once again in California.
