Hey Blullish.
Wonder why you chose DBMM over UAMM.
Saw that you posted there and followed that one for a couple weeks.
Man it's nice! Super low float. No dilution. Share reduction. On time filings. No lawsuitss.
But you chose this one ????
Don't get it!!!
Ooh burn!
Good one.

Let's see who can most closely guess SFOR revenue on upcoming 10K
Closest guess without going over wins a prize.
My guess is $652K
wrong ticket
nice spam genius
Which account?
Yeah, my wife is an integral part of blinkee.com.
LOL "put your pants on"
I hear 1955 was a good year.
I find that hard to believe, but the 17% rise today sort of proves that point.
How could there not be many shares available when float is 2.3 billion?
Yeah sounds good. I have shares in my account at .015 and my wife has some at about .02
I want more shares, but she doesn't want me to buy more, so I'm going to try to do some selling rips and buying dips once SP over .015. She gave me clearance for this plan.
The spike to .0166 is very interesting. Similar to that spike to .0165 few weeks ago. Don't know what it means, but its intriguing.
INDERMINATE whether or not there is any more money coming from MSFT than $9.7m settlement IMO.
If you believe the author on this then you should believe him on RS as well.
I don't believe either one.
I don't think the author has a special source of facts that we are not privy to. Seems to me this is all his interpretation of the facts.
Just because something is in a news article doesn't make it true.
I suggest withholding judgement on this point and hope that it is cleared up in the K.
Not saying there isn't revenue from MSFT licensing, just saying we still don't know.
And knowing is half the battle. GIJOE!!!!!!!!
IMO they are bullshitting and dissembling.
They are playing down STI lawsuit and blaming future poor performance on revenue decrease.
I think they know they have been p0wned by STI!
You think they have secret information we don't have?
I think the licensing fee statement in this article is their interpretation of the info from 10Q
May very well get down to .085 and even briefly dip under that before next leg up to .03
Based on nothing but gut feeling.
ouch! $35.00 per 100k shares?
fidelity is $4.95 per unlimited shares
too bad SFOR doesn't trade on RobinHood, you could have avoided the buy and sell commissions
sounds like a waste of commision

Subject: SFOR Share Structure
Dear World Wide Stock Transfer Representative,
I am a SFOR share holder.
Will you be so kind as to provide me with the current share structure?
I have copied SFOR CEO Mark Kay on this email request.
thanks,
Magic Matt

I think the 15% started right away.
Any close around this level is win. Don't mind consolidation around .014 for awhile. If PPS holds up and consolidates here it is great. More good news to follow will push PPS up at the right time.
Hey Gold
It's cool to hear you talk about mainframes and Machine language. Reminds me of my dad. He was an aerospace software engineer and started off on mainframes that used punch cards, programming in assembly or machine language.
He built a "PC" out of a kit in 1975 when I was 5 and taught me the 20 minute procedure to boot it up and taught me to program in BASIC.
Informative and entertaining as usual.
Thank you.
WRONG
One simple question:
Is SFOR in better position against hundred or thousands of future infringers because of MSFT settlement?
Perhaps this idea was part of the calculus in accepting a relatively small dollar amount in hat settlement.
Everything here is probably true.
LOL ROFL Dunno about that other shit where the judge was bribed LOL ROFL
Sounds like there simply was prior art for that patent.
Hmmmm. Had the patents been tested previously?
LIKE AGAINST THE BIGGEST COMPANY IN THE WORLD???????
Aahhh. So looks like no more than 3 months till we at least know if they accept or reject hearing the case.
need some advice
We own about 1.5 million shares right now avg. about .0175
We are selling 500k shares at about .02 because my wife wants to.
I've convinced her to hold onto the rest.
I'm trying to make the case to buy more, but she is saying why do we need to buy more if this is going to be "the opportunity of a lifetime the a million shares should be plenty if this goes up to a dollar. Why should we risk more money?"
First, is she right? If not then what should I tell her?
All my million shares are held in inherited IRA. TAX FREE
IF YOU CC MARK HE WILL TELL THEM TO RELEASE IT TO YOU
Only after ALL lawsuits filed.
LOLZ R/S
Because it is easy to just kick the can down the road.
It is a calculated business decision:
1. Use (steal) SFOR IP to make millions now
2. Invest those millions at 4%
3. Maybe get sued by SFOR in the future.
4. Maybe lose.
5. Pay SFOR using investment returns
6, Keep millions
The way I see it that is in the realm of possibilities and cannot be denied.
But with these law firm's these incredibly powerful intelligent top-notch law firms taking this on it has to be so unlikely as to be on the order of walking through a wall.
Quantum physics says it can happen if you tried long enough but you have to try for several times the life of the universe.
IS THERE A PACER UPDATE!? NEW LAWSUITS!?
Please don't start saying Ropes and Gray on contingency until confirmed. Unless you have link or reference I'm not aware of.
No! MSFT did not admit guilt!
Nevertheless, while a legal precedence may not have been set,
A LITIGATION ROADMAP HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED.
Funny how DUO using same lawyers as MSFT used!
WBC.
Thanks for the sobering point of view.
Helps me keep my feet on the ground while I've got my head in the clouds.
I like your posts. They are smart and fair.
My view is that the settlement with MSFT was worth far more in than the 9 or so million.
Just that hefty notch on the belt setting up all future infringers potentially facilitates 100's of millions in damages.
So remember when you say they got pennies on the dollar:
"DON'T BE PENNY WISE AND POUND FOOLISH"
LOLZ PATENT TROLL
Ram owns patent and works for SFOR that sells products based on His patent.
Patent troll is a categorical or pejorative term applied to person or company that attempts to enforce patent rights against accused infringers far beyond the patent's actual value or contribution to the prior art,[1] often through hardball legal tactics (frivolous litigation, vexatious litigation, SLAPP, chilling effects, and the like) usually backed by a large war chest, sometimes to the extreme of what critics regard as legally sanctioned extortion.[citation needed]
Patent trolls often do not manufacture products or supply services based upon the patents in question. However, some entities which do not practice their asserted patent may not be considered "patent trolls" when they license their patented technologies on reasonable terms in advance. Other related terms include patent holding company (PHC), patent assertion entity (PAE), and non-practicing entity (NPE), which may or may not be considered a "patent troll" depending on the position they are taking and the perception of that position by the public.
