MODS MODS MODS
Please sticky a ZPAUL message regarding settlement.
Settlement is in lieu of sales that were stolen away.
It does seem logical that if SFOR starts making money hand over foot then it may appear that less harm is being done by infringers.
All this anxiety is pretty natural leading up to this IPR decision
If things weren't so raging at Blinkee.com for Halloween and Christmas I'd be spending a lot of time venting in here as well.
I sent JTECH a light saber for free last year. He gave me good feedback on face book.
Anybody want one of these fake Bitcoin coins?
http://blinkee.com/product/the-golden-guardian-limited-edition-collectible-souvenir-gold-plated-bitcoin-coin/
No! No buts. These are all promises kept by Kay.
Kay has followed through on many promises that I am aware of:
1. Products elling at TGT
2. Products selling on Amazon
3. Products selling on HSN
4. 3 Lawsuits after MSFT
5. 4 more lawsuits after MSFT
6. R/S SURFKAST TO BKT!
Your Reading is impeccable.
Your logic is flawless, undeniable, insurmountable indisputable, unquestionable, undebatable, incontrovertible, incontestable, irrefutable, and unassailable.
The problem is with the definition of "licensing agreement"
You know like when the government changes definitions and laws for their own advantage like the definition of "person" or "torture"
A licensing agreement wasn't necessarily include a monetary component.
Seems like the monetary component was a one time lump sum payment.
And I wish there was ongoing money but wishing won't help in this case.
If there was ongoing money it would've been on the financials by now.
I was recently thinking about the fact that guarded ID is actually not such an easy sell because it needs to be explained.
Antivirus was an easy sell because everybody knows just from the name of them that viruses are bad.
The anti-keylogger is a little more complex a concept.
This is why HSN is the perfect sales Venue. They have people that can explain it like talking to a second-grader
AND THE YANKEES TURN THE TREBLE PLAY!
Thank you ZPaul.
May I please have some help with some of your abreviated terminology?
Think it will be denied but nervous still.
Maybe judge just says "they deserve to be heard"
"Do or coma" (not death)
I'm hella hella nervous about IPR.
DO OR DIE
What is DEBT FINANCING?
Yeah it's a shame when others don't just throw free money at you.
LOL who is checking what they spend the money on?
Shouldn't be too hard.
My company has more revs than SFOR.
But Blinkee.com, LLC does not own a single patent.
LATE in 4th qtr.
Not END
How far can a dog run into the woods?
HALFWAY
Because after that he's running out of the woods.
SFOR not out of the woods yet but maybe halfway through 4th qtr we find out.
Agreed. I also think IPR gets denied.
But if not then trips coming soon and I won't look at IHUB for at least a year.
Impossible to prove a negative. Basic logic.
$$MONEY$$ $$MONEY$$ $$MONEY$$
I can smell it just around the corner in about 20 trading days when IPR
GETS SMACKED DOWN!!!
OMG Blue Sweater guy is HOT, Buff and Swishy!
I distributor doesn't just hand the money over to SFOR.
I also have to ......
Wait for it ......
DISTRUBUTE
i.e. Send ordered product to customer.
Obviously strikeforce would've canceled HSN if they didn't have someone to send the product to the customer
SFOR PPS will increase in my view.
I liken it to betting on the Golden State Warriors.
SFOR has so much going for it and a proven track record of a successful settlement.
But it is still a gamble.
And LeBron could get a wild hair up his a$$ like he did in 2016 and the Warriors were defeated.
Wow I was wondering what happened to The 49er
I don't think the financing deal was just done at some random time. Seems to me if you're going to loan someone million and half dollars you'll want to find the right time to do it. And you probably want to get paid back as soon as possible.
REVS SHMEVS
this ticker is done if lawsuits fail
Until then not much else matters
If they succeed we are golden.
The lawsuits are intended to RECOUP LOST REVS Due to theft.
Love to hear all about what ACS does and all the incredible deals they have with everyone including the government.
However show me the money. How come we don't see any money coming from ACS on any of the ribs?
Not assuming anything.
Regardless of treble damage issue the stakes are higher now than MSFT case simply because infringers are contesting more intensely.
The docs I was referring to are already public.
I remember seeing them posted by zpaul or someone.
RAM CONGRATULATIONS!!
You conceded to another posters logic (mine) and admitted that SFOR would indeed end up with some money out of a 10m settlement.
My point was to avoid treble damages they have to pony up a larger settlement.
How much larger? 3x sounds reasonable since they are trying to avoid treble damages.
Are you aware DUO was in communication with SFOR before launching (perhaps I'm thinking of a different infringer, but it was one of them) Some of the communication is very damning in regards to willful infringement.
10m - 5M for lawyers - 1.5m = 3.5m
They only have to payback 1.5m of 1st settlement (but you knew that) despite including your misleading 7.5m figure.
My 30m came from the the fact that at least in the case of DUO there is a high probability if treble damages due to WILLFULL infringement. 3x10m (msft) = 30m
I consider MSFT trial a precedent of one sort, but MSFT didn't contest much and current infringers are. That makes them a different sort of precedent.
1. I disagree with your premise. They would end up with money if they settled for 10m.
2. I believe each of their settlements will be on the order of 30m.
3. First settlement sets a precedence (beyond MSFT precedence) and PPS skyrockets into silver territory at least.
What's a "fin?"
copy that - my decimal slipped to the good
CJSTOCKUP
Both ICNB and SFOR closed today at .104 and were up 20% and 30%
I'll take that as a very good omen.
SFOR FUNDING IS YUUGE!
I liken it to the following:
If I was starting a business and needed funding and someone said they would give me $1.5m and I only had to pay it back on an annual basis and only in years that I made a large profit I would give my left nut for that.
But I don't want to hear anymore about revenue.
Please, it has been abysmal and until I see BLACK and not RED PLEASE JUST CUT THE SPECULATION ABOUT REVENUE.
Kay has promised revenue several times over the years and it has yet to materialize.
HSN looks promising, but ACS and channel partners have been disappointing so far.
We haven't even gotten the 50k per month from ACS I believe.
LOL ROFL LMAO
Naysayers for the past six months:
"SFOR will run out of money and go bankrupt or dilute with toxic funding"
Non-Dulutive, Non-Toxic Funding falls into SFOR lap.
Naysayers still not happy.
Guess you just cannot please some people.
BUY BUY BUY American Bulls says BULLISH ENGULFING BUY
https://www.americanbulls.com/SignalPage.aspx?lang=en&Ticker=SFOR
If you had followed America Bulls buy sell advice since July of last year you would be up over 2000% on SFOR (Many of you are anyway, or more)
REVENUE SHMEVENUE
show me the settlements
Not sure about this ACS lark.
What would be the advantage to ACS or SFOR of funneling SFOR into ACS?
Did the settlements fail?
No?
Then it is all immaterial.
ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS 7 LAWSUITS.
While they are still in play these ups and downs are meaningless.
Anyone selling whilst cases ongoing is daft.
yeah you better apologize
