You conceded to another posters logic (mine) and admitted that SFOR would indeed end up with some money out of a 10m settlement.

My point was to avoid treble damages they have to pony up a larger settlement.

How much larger? 3x sounds reasonable since they are trying to avoid treble damages.

Are you aware DUO was in communication with SFOR before launching (perhaps I'm thinking of a different infringer, but it was one of them) Some of the communication is very damning in regards to willful infringement.
