One of you talented video folks should make a viral video on youtube for SFOR. Pump up the sales with some hilarious cat video or something.
Thanks ***Stargazer*** Glad to know I wasn't just talking out of my axe.
Wow, this is GREAT NEWS
So you're saying they haven't done RS for almost TWO YEARS and they were doing them frequently before that.
This tells me that the likelihood of more RS is diminishing, especially since their financial footing has improved dramatically since those days when RS was needed to continue to fund the company.
I don't feel particularly bad for the shareholders that this affected. They will be rewarded for sticking with this company through its growing pains. As long as they held onto their shares, the coming gains will more than make up for the dilution they had to endure.
Trials cost everyone millions. Seriously, even for small cases.
Something on the order of 98% of all federal civil litigation settles.
Infringers not only risk Treble damages. They risk millions in attorneys fees for their own and the attorneys OF THE OTHER SIDE.
!!!IF THEY LOSE THEY WILL HAVE TO COVER STRIKEFORCE LEGAL COSTS!!!
They will settle!!
!!THEIR INSURANCE COMPANIES WILL MAKE THEM SETTLE!! to minimize financial exposure.
At my settlement conference for LITECUBES LLC vs. BLINKEE.COM, LLC the insurance company reps did most of the talking and set the financial parameters.
Our company was accused of selling "knock-off" Litecubes light up ice cubes. The money involved was piddly as hell. We had maybe sold several thousand worth dollars of light up ice cubes over the course of a few years, but our insurance company was so keen to avoid a trial they agreed to settle with Litecubes for $40,000 believe it or not.
And obviously there is virtually infinitely more money at stake here.
!!SETTLEMENT IMMINENT!!
I agree with Penny (never thought I'd hear myself say that)
Let's try not to hype this up too much. Reading tea leaves is one thing, but interpreting as fact is a bit too much.
However, that said, if settlement hasn't happened yet, or isn't happening now, then it will before long. It's a no-brainer imohmfo
I'll bet you 100 SFOR shares this does not go to trial.
!SETTLEMENT IMMINENT!
this is bad bad news why the hell did they do dat?
Last time you "left us" to write to the senators, you sure were around quite a bit. So maybe your posts go from twenty to ten a day while your "gone" or something. I'm not complaining, just musing on it. I do enjoy your posts and commend your tireless efforts.
Thank you for that clarification. I will remember to explain when correcting from now on.
I used to think I was wrong, but I was mistaken.
"FEWER" not "less" zeroes if you are looking for proper grammar.
I'm a SFOR believer. A TRUE LONG. The wife, not as much, but she's on the team. We're holding a very large SFOR bag right now. I had the chance to make a bundle at .024, but was holding out for .10. Now she has stepped in and we'll be reducing our position somewhat at .024 and then looking for gold with the rest. I firmly believe that:
SETTLEMENT IMMINENT
Seems like a no-brainer to me.
Product sales look promising too, although I agree with some of the posts that I've seen that they could do a better job with advertising, such as a google adwords buy for "antivirus" (although SFOR is not "antivirus," that is the term most people would search for if they wanted computer security. (as a matter of fact the term "computer security" would be pretty damn good to advertise under as well (so, in parenthetical summation they should have a much broader adwords campaign for their products IMO!!)))
Thanks for the comprehensive reply. It was actually very excellent, well thought out and well executed.
I think you've illustrated my point pretty well by pointing out that Microsoft would have the pinnacle of legal representation. And therefore those top notch lawyers would certainly know as soon as a legal filing was issued against their client.
I did not challenge Zpauls statements in terms of the facts of the dates of the filings. I just asserted that there was likely more going on behind the scenes
Excellent post about MSFT trial with one small caveat.
I would take exception to the characterization that MSFT didn't "find out" about the the lawsuit until October 2015. If the case was filed in June 2015, then surely MSFT council (if not some ambulance chasing law firm) would have known and alerted MSFT since the lawyers monitor these filings.
I know this firsthand from when my company was sued. I found out by several law firms that contacted me looking for a piece of the action.
SETTLEMENTS IMMINENT
Everything is in the favor of SFOR:
- Airtight Patents
- Winning case history vs. Microsoft/Phonefactor
- Contingent Top Notch Attorneys
- Best interest of parties to minimize expenses and potential treble damages.
http://mobile.nytimes.com/2008/08/08/business/08law.html
- Statistically, about 90% of IP litigation settles without finding of merit:

NONE IF THIS IS MY OPINION.
personal nightmare
Imagine getting an email that your email address has been changed on you bank account, BUT YIU DIDNT CHANGE IT!
that happened to me last week. Luckily I quickly got into my account changed email back and changed password and called bank.
Four hours later same email. Went back in the account change password changed email back called bank. This was a determined hacker
Bank recommends freezing all accounts. So I did that I was told I could unfreeze of by going into a branch to prove my identity
At branch I'm told I have to close all accounts and open new accounts.
At least I beat the hackers, but this was hard as hell getting bill pays etc. all booked back up to new accounts.
My point is SFOR is POS because it could not have helped me with this situation.
(Kidding about that last part)
Where is the link showing outstanding shares increases by 2 billion?
Wait a GD second
If jet was converted to come and shares it doesn't mean dilution. The company owns shares and they were awarded to the debt holders in Lou of cash. It doesn't mean more shares were created.
Please explain how the debt was converted into common shares without the AS going up as per the Q
SETTLEMENTS IMMINENT
Just my opinion tho having gone through IP litigation this year I know it is in the interest of all parties to settle quickly. Defendants and insurance companies settle to reduce litigation costs and courts don't want to tie up valuable time.
Unfortunately PPS will suffer due to poor bottom line despite good top line
There once was a stock called SFOR.
Valued at dub-zero four.
Its 10Q was late.
But then turned out great.
And now it is trading for more.
There was a smart dude named ZPaul.
Whose DD supported us all.
He bought at O-two.
We thought he was through.
But he came out with a huge haul.
SFOR is sold on the shelves
of Target, we seen it ourselves.
And at Christmas time.
The sales will be Prime.
Even by Old Saint Nick's elves.
There once was a stock trading newbie.
Who learned about ooba or oobie.
And three small combatants.
That stole SFOR's patents.
Then partied down with a doobie.
Why would you have a 15 minute meeting then take everyone out for hors d'oeuvres unless there is some great announcement that needs no elaboration, just celebration.
Dilution dilution reverse split
Don't want the answer just keep talkin shit
Wagging the tail that the dog just wagged.
Dark IPO Is the TA gagged?
What's the OS? Say no or yes.
I ask all the questions - just take a guess.
If I say dilution just one more time.
Cheap shares that were yours are about to be mine.
Unfortunately I disagree. I believe we are in a world of sh*t for awhile. Maybe some good news at some point will revive us, but damn. We are pretty screwed.
short term pps problems
However, main story still intact IMO.
Just need to be long and strong.
Wow this is intense! http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=125987850
Yeah. Agreed. If I had my druthers I would:
1. Not have panicked and sold so many shares already (hindsight 20/20 etc.)
2. Buy more shares now (last week)
3. Sell half at .04 as you suggest, but none before that.
Wife too freaked out tho and I like sex so we will be selling 1/2 mil at .02.
After that I don't want to sell any more for quite awhile.
Once we are whole again I'm going to work on her and I'm sure I'll be buying many more shares probably $20k worth or so.
Thanks again for your post. Helping get my head around this.
HA HA WHAT A SCAM!!
Everyone knows SCAM companies have:
1. Real Products
2. Multiple Patents
3. Successful Litigation
4. Lawyers on contingency
5. Over-communicative CEO
6. Long term well performing stock
Help me out people, I'm sure I missed all the other tell-tale signs of a SCAM that stick out like a sore thumb.
Thank you for the post and heartfelt reply.
We have about a milly shares, but will be selling about half at .02 so I have some major potential here!
I first bought 100k shares at .0055 on a tip from a friend.
I didn't know very much about SFOR when I bought and it turned out .055 was a peak for a few months.
I held and learned, waiting for recovery. I learned what SFOR was all about, but didn't pay too much attention.
Then a few weeks ago, I noticed I was up. In the morning the price was at .0059 or so.
Like a dummy, I sold that day, just happy not have lost money.
Then the price rose another 10% or so that day and I was like "damn, I hold for 3 months, then cannot wait another few hours to sell."
I started watching more closely as sfor was up 10% or more every day. Finally I jumped back in big.
Rode it up from .01 to .02 and bought more at .02 ....... then panick sold during the drop.
Luckily I still have large position that I acquired at .02 so holding bag.
So happy to see this rise today. I wish I could buy more, but wife won't let me.
Had I not been such an emotional wreck during the drop she'd have more confidence in me, but I acted like a nut.
Anyway, I've just revealed myself pretty starkly. Don't judge me too harshly.
It is certainly troubling that the volume is so low lately. If good news like settlement or buyout is imminent then people in the know should be buying like mad, but doesn't seem like they are. Why not?
I believe it is highly unlikely there will be a trial.
My company, Blinkee.com, LLC went through IP litigation and I learned from the judge and attorneys that 99% of civil litigation not to mention IP litigation settles because courts are understaffed and under resourced.
Also it is in the best interest of all parties including insurance companies to settle and minimize expensive attorney hours.
hmm..... fuzzy math....
on 9/29 I contacted the TA and it was 2,285,781,649
on this 14a dated 8/7/16 the O/S is 2,295,180,145
8/07/16 - 2,295,180,145
9/29/16 - 2,285,781,649
Oddly, to me that looks like the share count decreased rather than increased.
By dilution you were implying it INCREASED right?
Maybe take another look at this and see where you went astray.
My company Blinkee.comhas actually gone through IP litigation. Yes we were sued by Litecubes, LLC for infringement of their trademark, trade dress, and copyrights.
What I learned is that 99% of all commercial lawsuits settle because it is in everyone's financial interests to do so.
The courts want a settlement because they have limited time and resources to try cases.
The parties want a settlement in case things don't work out in their favor they could be responsible for attorney fees of their adversary.
The insurance companies wand a settlement in case they are held liable for damages and/or attorney fees.
So, in short, I'm expecting a settlement here. How much? Don't know. Does it really matter? Don't think so. I think the speculation is really what matters. After all, "Buy the rumor, sell the news."
NICE CLOSE - PROGRESS WAS MADE.
so fuct. subpenny land - not bashing sfor - only bashing myself for being so dumb
I'm snookered. Avg 1.8 or so. Those billions of shares issued at .000058 or whatever are being sold for massive profit yesterday and today looks like. This will most likely end my trading "career."
Thanks partner. Is I have done crazy DD on this stock. On this board, reading lawsuits, patents, sec filings, etc. But just because of all the good stuff the SP doesn't have to agree. Was this a PandD and is it over now? I look at some of BLULLISH past stocks and some reached about this level and then were done, back to .0000001 before long. Going to be watching crazy close in AM. Bounce after drop was encouraging tho.
Toxic Debt?
Will someone please reconcile the posts about "toxic debt?"
I'm trying to learn the real deal. I saw in the 10K the convertible notes, etc. That looks like debt to me, but there are some strong voices saying "no debt"
How can this be? Who is right and truthful here?
$MGT Buyout rumor hilareous. If anything $SFOR will be buying $MGT. $SFOR has money and $MGT doesn't.
