Thanks for the comprehensive reply. It was actually very excellent, well thought out and well executed.

I think you've illustrated my point pretty well by pointing out that Microsoft would have the pinnacle of legal representation. And therefore those top notch lawyers would certainly know as soon as a legal filing was issued against their client.

I did not challenge Zpauls statements in terms of the facts of the dates of the filings. I just asserted that there was likely more going on behind the scenes
