on 9/29 I contacted the TA and it was 2,285,781,649
on this 14a dated 8/7/16 the O/S is 2,295,180,145

Oddly, to me that looks like the share count decreased rather than increased.

By dilution you were implying it INCREASED right?

Maybe take another look at this and see where you went astray.
