In the shareholder letter, it clearly states that dilution is to avoid a reverse split. Whoever keeps mentioning that there will be a reverse split is NOT basing on the given facts.

Today's (technically yesterday since it's past midnight) t-trade became another indication that there is some sort of exchange going on behind the scene all for good reasons.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Yes, $ELED really needs some juicy news to run again. The CEO seems to be quite communicative with shareholders so you can even talk with him on the phone. He is quite strict about the SEC rules and regulations so you won't be getting much out of it but he sure does communicate with shareholders.

Agreed. PJET is a company with real value/profits/revenue. There is no reason to be pumped and dumped. WAY UNDERVALUED PERIOD. Can't wait till the next financials.
