Palomar Enterprises Increases Revenue 70% as the Foreclosure Market Heats Up
Tuesday March 20, 2:27 pm ET
CARLSBAD, Calif., March 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Palomar Enterprises (OTC Bulletin Board: PLMA - News) expects to record a 70% increase in revenue from first quarter, 2006 to first quarter, 2007. The increase in revenue is reflective of the shift in The Company's business model, to take advantage of the increasing Foreclosure Market. Palomar Enterprises is staying ahead of the real estate cycle by actively pursuing residential foreclosures throughout the United States, which can be purchased at 30% to 40% below market value. The Company increases the value of these homes by providing cosmetic improvements and in some cases, increasing the square footage of the property. These properties are then placed on the market and sold at a profit.
Palomar Enterprises is a licensed Real Estate Brokerage and Mortgage Lending Firm, specializing in Coastal Development Projects and the increasing Foreclosure Market. The Company is on pace to record the best year in its history, in terms of revenue growth and assets.
Took a MAMA break while this pot was simmering. Now it's time to add some more spice to my potfolio. Good eating to you all.
I missed something. What is impossible?
"Further more, I have been constructive by sending a copy of my post to Doug Bender AND Professor Kanarev, suggesting they get together to speed up the process.."
We don't know if they haven't already met because Mr. Bender mentions partners without being specific. Enjot the day. Gotta run and catch a wave. Kabonga.
In regards to the H2R, they've scheduled a demo when they could have left it up in the air by saying over and over "early 2007." They gave a definite date to demo and if they produce any run time and distance on water alone , to the moon Alice. Technologies change everyday, and to assume that they don't have a chance at success based on history is foolish. I'm curious to see what they have. They set that demo date as if they do have something worth seeing.
Let's clear up a few things here, I'm of the opinion that your posts are intentionally misleading. You seem too intelligent to not make a distinction between the HPP and the H2R. You focused your posts on the H2R which is still in developement but HYPF's revenue predictions are based on the HPP. The HPP is proven and has been re-ordered by current customers. You mentioned several companies offering the same technology but gave a link to only one which leads me to believe you are on their staff. This would explain why your so comfortable with the technicalities and patent history. Beacon Equity mentioned competition in their report so your not saying anything new but to twist the story by swopping a proven technology with one still in developement is misleading, deceptive and intentional. In other words "Cut the crap."
Excellent post. eom
Enough already with the science class. What you are basically saying is the product, that has already been tested and reordered, doesn't exist because of the unsurmountable technical obstacles you've so eloquently stated. In fact, the government agencies involved ( Agency of Transportation (State of Vermont)also are dillusional for testing an "empty box". In fact, I'm not sure if the state of Vermont really exists. I've seen it on maps but how can we be sure that it's really there.
It's safe to say you won't post again till next Sunday. Thank you.
"We have been working with Skyways for a few years and are gratified that they have decided to come on board and distribute our HPP product," states Doug Bender, President of HyPower Fuel, Inc. "We believe that this relationship with Skyways and their extensive list of oil and gas clients, including companies such as Apache Energy (NYSE: APA - News) and Enerplus (NYSE: ERF - News), stands as a milestone for us in our sales effort in the lucrative oil and gas industry," continued Mr. Bender.
This purchase will represent approximately $875,000 US in revenue for HyPower. "This purchase order, further signifies that we are well on our way to meeting our revenue projections as set forth in our business plan," explained Doug Bender.

New Clean Air Act Good News for HyPower
Business Wire - December 15, 2006 16:01
WILMINGTON, Del., Dec 15, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- HyPower Fuel, Inc. (OTCPK: HYPF) is pleased to announce that it is well positioned to take advantage of Canada's new Clean Air Act which was announced on October 19, 2006. According to the Minister of the Environment, Ms. Rona Ambrose, the Act is a first step forward in protecting the health of Canadians. The Act demonstrates a clear commitment to the establishment of short-term to long-term industrial air pollution targets. These fixed targets would compel polluters to respect emission limits and will be at least as stringent as those in other leading environmental countries. The Government is committed to achieving an absolute reduction in greenhouse (GHG) emissions between 45% and 65% from 2003 levels by 2050.
"The largest untapped source of energy is the energy we waste," said the Honorable Gary Lunn, Minister of Natural Resources. "It is important to create a level playing field that allows industry to invest in cleaner energy and reduce emissions while continuing to help our economy grow and maintaining competitiveness," said Minister Lunn. Minister Lunn continued to say that new and emerging technologies will play a significant role in helping industry achieve the targets.
Amendments to the Energy Efficiency Act will ensure the use of the most energy-efficient products, reduction in energy usage and improvement of air quality. The proposed new regulatory requirements will affect the energy efficiency of 30 products, such as traffic signals, battery chargers and commercial clothes washers. Minimum energy-performance standards will then cover 80 percent of the energy used in homes and businesses.
"This is an exciting time to be in the alternative energy business. Not only do we have products such as the Hydro Power Pak (HPP) that save businesses and consumers money, but these products are also instrumental in ensuring that the long-term health of the population is enhanced by improving the overall quality of the air we breathe and the water we drink. You can not ask more of a product than that," said Mr. Douglas Bender, President of HyPower Fuel, Inc.

Major Airports Evaluating Axis Ballasts
Wednesday November 15, 4:01 pm ET
LINCOLN, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Axis Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AXTG - News) is pleased to announce several major airports have installed the Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting (DDH) ballasts to evaluate their energy-saving properties. These include Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW); Harlingen, TX (HRL); Sky Harbor in Phoenix (PHX), McCarren in Las Vegas (LAS) and George Bush in Houston (IAH).
Many major airports operate 24 hours per day, necessitating round-the-clock energy requirements. The Axis DDH ballast provides a solution for these airports to lower light levels to minimum foot-candle requirements at night and to dim the fixtures during daylight hours for further energy conservation and savings.
"At DFW Airport, Axis ballasts provided a 20% overall reduction in lighting energy, and more significantly, a 26% peak demand reduction in lighting energy over the previous T8 lighting system," said Kip Hirschbach, CEO of Axis. "Peak demand is basically a penalty charge that many power companies impose during mid-day when energy usage is at its highest. This is also the time the Axis ballasts achieve their maximum dimming, because the sunlight is the brightest," added Hirschbach
LINCOLN, Neb., Nov 22, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Axis Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AXTG) announced that over 1000 Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting (DDH) ballasts are currently being installed in the newly renovated Zorinsky Federal Building in Omaha, NE. This building will house the Army Corp of Engineers, the Secret Service, and other federal agencies upon completion.
A previous evaluation was conducted to determine the economic and environmental costs and benefits that would result if this 12-story, 415,000 square foot facility converted its current lighting system to a more energy-efficient system (i.e. joined the EPA's Green Lights Program). Lighting accounts for 20-25 percent of all electricity sold in the United States. Costs considered in the study included the cost of retrofitting the building's existing lighting system and the cost of disposal of the current lamps and ballast fixtures. Benefits included a reduction of electric utility costs and a reduction of emissions of SO2, NOX, CO2, and CO from electric utility power plants. Environmental and health issues for air pollutant emissions were also addressed.
The results showed that significant reductions in utility bills as well as reductions in air emissions would result from a major building converting to a more energy efficient lighting system. The results showed that conversion of this large building would reduce SO2 emissions by 14.6 tons/yr and NOX emissions by 6.3 tons/yr. In addition, the conversion would reduce annual energy costs by approximately $114,000.
"We are very proud that Axis products have been included in a landmark renovation such as this one" said Axis CEO Kip Hirschbach. "Our products are being used extensively in projects such as these where Federal and state agencies strive to achieve new green energy standards."

The patented Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting Ballast (DDH) is a new technology that transforms the ballast, a once standard lighting industry staple, into a dynamic energy saving system that can reduce lighting energy costs by up to 70%. The Axis DDH Ballast utilizes an individual photo sensor to automatically adjust the amount of electrical current flowing to the light fixture and then dims or increases lighting in conjunction with the amount of available sunlight. The Axis DDH Ballast avoids "over-lit" conditions that increase energy costs by harvesting and utilizing free daylight from windows or skylights. As the amount of available daylight fluctuates the Axis DDH Ballast keeps lighting "tuned" to the desired level in a designated area.
Thanks for the heads up, I meant tax deduction when I mentioned rebate.
I second that. They test the waters to see what the demand is then they drop the price. Momentum was shot in the chest with the mention of the split. I'm waiting for the US news. The rebate is the kicker. Don't get me wrong, the Canada news is SWEET.

LINCOLN, NE, Nov 14, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Axis Technologies Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AXTG) is pleased to announce that on September 11, 2006, San Diego Gas & Electric invited the company to make a presentation at their energy-efficiency conference and join the ranks as one of the company's ten Preferred Energy-Efficient Suppliers.
The growing emphasis in energy-efficiency awareness in California has led to rebates of as much as $60 per ballast for dimming/daylight harvesting systems such as those provided by Axis Technologies, Inc. In addition, California Title 24 mandates that all new buildings and those undergoing lighting upgrades that have over 30,000 square feet, must use daylight harvesting in their design. Two billion dollars has been allocated for these rebates and incentives by the State of California over the next three years.
"Because of these factors, we feel potential sales of the Axis system in California could be tremendous and should lead to millions of dollars in revenue for our company. We expect other states will soon follow suit as California has proven to set the bar in the area of Green initiatives," said Jim Erickson, President of Axis.
