All the volume is in RGBP. There is no interest in RGBPP so it has nothing to do with what the company is actually doing. This won't end well when they are done with it.
The more that I read about Ichim and his companies the more I see a snake oil salesman. He does all his clinical testing in TJ too just like Koos.
Yeah! Up 168% today. Everybody's rich now.
This volume might be from a note holder cashing in.
Oh hell no! Nobody shold jump into any of this crap!

What happened to all the enthusiasm on this board? What a snoozer this is now. Yawn
Rah rah Zander!
When do they plan on filing an IND application for NR2F6? That is the next step. Or are they just going to go veterinary with it?
The loyal followers now anticipate the awaited Zander shares to be the next dollar stock. This has been left for dead.
But wait, that was just the face value of the convertible notes because actually...
As of September 30, 2017 we had a Derivative Liability of $4,234,475 and as of June 30, 2018 we had a Derivative Liability of $ 6,585,896.!!!
As of June 30, 2018 we had Convertible Notes Payable of $2,728,000
Yikes! Can anyone guess how many shares that will add to the float?
Does anyone else even read the financials?
Not much MEGA science going on any more.
Only $8,795 was spent last quarter on R&D per the new 10-q. That would explain the lack of PR's noting every minor lab task involving NR2F6.
Also it looks like the convertible note well has run dry.I guess Koos' batty old rich aunt must have either wised up or gone broke and stopped buying them. Guess he's going to have to resort to soaking new ETNI and Zander investors to keep this game going.
Poor old Aunty is going to have to survive on cat food now that she has to start living off of her Regen shares that she is cashing in.
So not an advocate of due diligence? Hope is a great thing, but not in investing.
$240 traded before noon. Up 10%. That's $24! Looks like Koos can afford his Friday two martini lunch now!
No volume here. This is untradable.
SHARE PRICE moving downward systematically.
There are lots of things that don't kill people nice. Otherwise they wouldn't be such pests.
So Biomatrix owns Regen which owns Entest which owns Zander and now Entest owns some Regen preferred which could be tranferred to Zander so Zander could own some Regen and none of these companies have ever made money but if Entest or Zander do make any money from a product delivered to animals by the cream from Ampersand Biopharma they have to share half of the money with Ampersand Biopharma. That's where we sit right now, is that clear? Invest now and often to lend your support.
And here we go now. RGBP is now the official ATM for Entest and Zander.
$35,000 in gets $98,000 out. Now that really is some SUPER MEGA SCIENCE if I ever did see some! Almost like magic! Money out of thin air!

Current short interest is insignificant. Only 14000 shares.
I think that new tickers are created so that Koos can continue to issue new securities to get money from investors and still maintain 51% plus control of each entity. It certainly does nothing to benefit current common stock holders.
Pepsi didn't let it's parent company go by the wayside, go black and be doomed to trade at .0001
There is no liquidity with the preferred shares. Yoy could get hammered with multiple commissions trying to trade this.
It was a nanocap pump and dump. Was it criminal? Kinda. Will anything be done? No. Hope you didn't buy into that 200% increase the other day. That was for insiders to get out before the delisting. It had nothing to do with bigger and better things.
Yes, very exciting. Anything involving NR2F6 and this topical cream means that half of the proceeds go to Ampersand. Yes, that's right HALF! Say goodbye to half of any proceeds all ETNI and Zander share holders.
Actually, Google is a great example. For all of the subsidiaries that it has it still is trading under only two tickers. Koos is already on four and going on five tickers. Why does he have to create a new ticker and issue more stock every time he creates a new subsidiary? I don't have a problem with him creating subsidiaries. What I don't like is him creating new companies and abandoning the old ones. Thank you for pointing this out with that example in your posts Reaper.
Are you comparing RGBP with Alphabet? A company with a 3/4 of a trillion dollar market cap? I don't think that RGBP is that diversified. It's like comparing a Cub Scout pack to the US army.
Most companies that have subsidiaries do not have a separate stock ticker for each one. Most are traded as one under the parent company. What Koos is doing with multiple tickers is just dilution plain and simple.
Another meaningless 8-k. Didn't you all already assume that RGBP held the rights to all of the patents? What did you all think you were invested in? It did raise the giddiness level here though since it is the first news in over four months.
Yes for sure but I really don't think that that is his plan.
IMO it's a good reason to drag out R&D as slowly as possible so he can collect that salary for as long as possible.

Hey...it wasn't my fault. I didn't post today.
So it must be because of my posts that the share price is depressed and there have been no buyout offers from big pharmaceutical companies? I didn't realize I had so much influence.
I did some research on it and found many online services that will pay you to post on forums. You have to post a lot and create new threads to make any kind of money off of it so no thanks to that. I will just continue to post my opinions for free. If you really enjoy something that I post though I will accept Paypal or Bitcoin for entertaining you.
By who?
So do you really believe that there is some secret entity that pays people to post on IHUB about these companies? Who could they possibly be and why would they and why would they have done it for so long without getting any results? The only conspiracy here is that these companies are a scam.
That is not a real news articl. It's a paid promo bro.
Oh yeah, for sure, gotta string people along and milk it for all it's worth otherwise what was really the point of the spin off? Zander shares, new riches out of thin air, only for the most astute of course.
Yes please. Why did Regen not follow through with phase one testing on Hemaxellerate? It was such big news when they got approval. And what happened with them getting an orphan drug approval for Hemaxellerate? Remember that? And now what is going on with NR2F6 testing? Three and a half months and no update. What's going on?
