Who in their right mind, after reading this prospectus, would buy any of these shares being offered. Koos must be suffering from early stage dementia now to be making this bold move. He should go back to peddling more hyper discounted convertible notes if he is trying to raise enough money to pay the lease on his Maserati. At least that way he can get a few more dollars as he drives the share price back down to pennies. It's always entertaining to revisit this mess.

I don't blame anyone for the decisions that I make. I just point out that Koos has made a living for decades by selling people empty promises.At least we agree that buying this stock is a bad decision.

You, the shareholders, are the ones that are providing his income. I don't know how you can be happy with that since it is pretty obvious that you will not see any returns from your investment other than from some lucky trades. Maybe you can find some photos of him on Facebook, sailing his yacht or driving his Maserati and you can say, "I helped pay for that, he deserves it for all of his hard work."

The income is from the sale of new shares to pay off debt. They don't have any real revenue. You own stock in a company that manufactures stock. BOOM! its a ponzi.

Since there hasn't been any news lately I decided to go visit the Regen Biopharm research lab myself to see what was up. As you can see their head scientist is hard at work on the next big patent. Things are looking great. Load up on this while it's still cheap!

Yes, but realize that patents like this are for the way that RNA combines with one particular compound and there is no testing or further research to prove that it even has any therapeutic benefits. RNA and other small molecules can combine with many compounds in millions of different ways and they all can be patented but it doesn't make them useful. If you are going to invest in any industry you should at least get a rudimentary knowledge of what it is about instead of just being impressed by a bunch of technical mumbo jumbo that sounds impressive. The patents and research that Regen was pursuing were not panning out into anything useful. Koos tried to get bigger biopharm companies involved but none of them were interested in what Regen had to offer.

I did say that all that this needs is news to move up. I should have elaborated that no news will be coming out because this ticker is now a shell. There is no business activity taking place at all. The patents that they own do look really enticing on the surface but they did shop them around in the past and had no offers. That would infer that they have no clinical value at all. RGBP was a scam and now it is the ghost of a scam being kicked around by traders. I still post sometimes only for entertainment purposes. I keep it on my watchlist as a reminder of one of my dumbest investments.

If you ignore a civil suit the plaintiff wins by default and gets everything that they asked for. That is pretty relevant. It's more likely that Koos is trying to drag this out to make it more expensive for Chemdiv to pursue hoping that they give up.
