Unless the custodian is communicative, you’re really just in the dark until some filings are submitted. It’s a waiting game, but you could try purchasing the court documents for more info if you are invested in this shell. The documents may not give much insight into a future merger if it’s not especially relevant to the proceedings though.

A few months is optimistic, could take a year or more for a merger to complete. There are many steps even after Lazar sells the shell. Lazar does not usually dilute his stocks while he’s custodian, but it’s not uncommon for the incoming company to dilute and/or reverse split after gaining control. I would say these types of plays are high risk/high reward depending on how early you get in. I’ve personally held and sold a position in two of Lazar’s shells and made a nice profit both times, but am still cautious and like to get out earlier in the merger process than most.

How long does it usually take for Alzar to reverse merge a company in a vehicle
like this? Are we looking at 2 to 3 months? Does the stock structure change with
only 50 million out?
