They have the shares, some of the largest contractors involved, supposedly deloitte which is a top auditor, audits that took 30 months to complete, a very complex and complicated company structure setup with private party ltds holding pspw and shala energy plc shares, the 2nd layer subsidiary that is partnered with Falak Properties, the 2012 expired 3 billion dollar line of credit, structured financial, that 1.3 billion undisclosed Albanian hydro electric project from the signing ceremony in what 2017, their original goal of 2500 MWs of projects, they have probably spent through related entities 100 to 200 million in setting this all up and we know they cant get the loans until all filings of the entire company and related entities are audited and filings are filed.

Its too complex not to be used for a large entity or group of investors otherwise it would be just a single corporation.

You also dont work this hard for a dollar share price. The higher the price the higher they make and they know this well. Im expecting a minimum of 2 billion in assets in some form. With the multiple ratio of 2:1 to as high as 5:1 they will make much more in the end solely based on how much they put into this public shell. It could be any one of those possibilities or nothing at all. It wont take much to change momentum. Personally ill give them some time and hopefully they at a minimum develop some revenue. Remember digital clarity was one of Googles original competitors with their own specific marketing algorithm so anything is possible. You never know.
