Coal is dead people. Coal is the past. Natural Gas is the future
Love this stock
Who cares what the company is like. who cares about the business model. Who cares about contracts. All you need it a good promotion firm and some BS PR that gets people excited. Mention a few big name companies in the PR and the stock flys
This stock hasn't moved in almost 2 years. Someone has been slowly accumulating. The condition the company is in and flat line stock chart indicate perfect conditions for a pump an dump. Possible reverse merger with another company or spin off. Who knows. Who cares. Whatever BS makes the stock price goes up.
This is going to pop one day
I'm just curious. I understand their other factors at play. BUT I'm shocked by the lack of performance Under Armour has put on in the recent quarters. They have arguably the best players in basketball and golf at the moment sponsoring them....
( I did read an article about how Under Armour products are confusing to consumers. They don't understand the brand. Like they do Nike or Adidas)
Why isn't the company producing? I feel like having all-stars representing their product would be something the Americans would love.
Agreed. We will see a nice close. But I'm not holding overnight
Damn that rebound was weak
This is set to blow up
Liked the sell off this morning
This isn't an OTC stock
I hold a position in this because it's a low float stock that dropped a decent PR. But the PR is a strategically worded lie
This could POP!! don't get me wrong!!
I have a position in this I got in at .17 cents through simple technical analysis I could see potential.
No but let's bury my post lmao.
Or just hire a promoter. Unless their are terms in contract that don't allow the lender to convert.
How are They are even relatively close to harvest? They only have $16K in assets.... none of those assets include equipment for growing. Just a security deposit and $1,000 in cash
all you y'all were saying yesterday that this was the next big move and the price was going to sky rocket. Now you all are blaming the dump on Wall Street crooks and the "melting economy" lmaooooo. Don't listen to these guys they just want to get in at a low price because this thing might pop today.
I think (correct me if I'm wrong) the converter of the warrant would get the shares at $2.00 in exchange for the money they would give to the company. So they would want the share price above $2.00. So they can profit from the sale of their converted shares.
Chart looking good
Nice pr this morning
That's why they have a $212 billion cash hoard.
When a note is converted are those shares available for sale on the open market?
lol that's like $30,000 worth of assets and that's on the high end.
Recent 10-Q shows that acquisition never happened.
Fair enough
Amazon revolutionized the retail industry. Amazon had a reason for being unprofitable. Jeff had 2 choices to either invest his money in long term growth and take over the world or cut costs and turn a profit to benefit investors. They were unprofitable for so long because Jeff was SMART and put his money in assets that would generate sustainable revenue in the future. Which explains why he's almost the worlds richest man if not already is.
SVTE is a truck body repair company that is in existence for the sole purpose of converting shares.
PLEASE DO NOT EVER AGAIN COMPARE AN OTC STOCK WITH A BEHEMOTH LIKE AMAZON.
I don't care how much you have in sales. If you aren't making profit it doesn't matter. I know of a company that has 20 mill in revenue but loses 4 mill a year and the share price is .0001
Can't break .25
I've been looking into penny stock shell companies and the whole concept is interesting. Is there any correlation between pump dumps and shell companies that perform reverse mergers?
How do you find shell companies?
Good price to buy in at
Still watching this
This is absolutely a POS company. It's a classic pump and dump. Companies on the OTC don't get legit BILLION DOLLAR valuations. I'm here to short it but I can't. (SHOCKER). Since I can't short the stock it supports my claim it's a pump and dump and also your statement on the companies business structure also supports my claim that this a pump and......... DUMP.
Someone give me shares to short. ;)
Biotechs are different when it comes to valuation. It's mainly speculation on the science they produce. Majority of biotechs have no revenues bc they don't have a product. They experience huge losses because they need to fund their research. When investors invest in biotechs they are investing in the belief that the research the company is involved in today will one day get FDA approval and be ready for sale on the market. Once that happens that's when HUGE profits start rolling in.
But you also see a lot biotechs get bought out by large Pharma companies bc the see the value in their science.
If you wouldn't mind. Could you explain to me how you came to your conclusion? Or point me in the right direction on where I can learn to read these?
The LOI in the 8K means absolutely nothing. NOTHING AT ALL. Just a bunch of long words that make the average reader seem like there is something big going on when really it's just stating that "we talked about buying land with some coal on it"
Plagued with convertible notes
I don't understand. The fins from this company are very unprofessional, vague, and unaudited. THEY HAVE NO REVENUE FROM CURRENT OPERATIONS.
What I am confused about is what the hell is "other income"?
The company has $702,000 in "other income" and is the only income they have obtained on every financial statement they have issued.
The company has $47,000,000 in retained earnings but doesn't explain how
They claim to have 48,899,000 in "other assets" considered as investments but don't explain what they are.
The company has a "buyer beware" symbol on the OTC website
I'm taking a short position
What news are we expecting?
How effective is using technical analysis on penny stocks
