Agreed! That's the point and it goes along with being clueless on the shield patent. It's the distaste of management because of the lack of respect returned for showing lack of respect that guides one's misdirected principles and that's about as distant from fact as one can get on any investment, let alone this one. You get what yer' give! And the irony of it all is the love Hauck gets by some while forgetting either a) he was hired by he who is trashed and despised or b) what does that say about Hauck that he agrees to work for them? DOUBLE - DOH! DOH! Hauck either came here because he is on board with what they are doing or he is one of those despised for no other reason then they, "I tell ya' I get no respect!" LOL! There is no other explanation for Hauck being here. It's either a) or b) and to think differently is being oblivious to the truth...and many other things.
Regardless, making money will move this and not distaste of management - lol! GL!
I'm with you 100%. I mean, there's always the calculated risk here and there, but the objective is to stay the course with solid stuff (3M is a no-brainer) instead of flipping in speculation and losing more than winning.
2.56% yield, always on the cutting edge. Why wouldn't anyone be in MMM? Should have bought more on the downgrade.
And O'Keefe! GL!
Anytime! It's clear as day!
Here you go:
"In terms of the molding machine, Hauck showed a Schwertberg-made Engel eMotion, that instead of a traditional reciprocating screw injection system, features an induction heating system, which draws a vacuum and warms to 700 C, with a plunger to feed the melt. The material, which comes in ingots versus the powder/binder mix of MIM, is automatically fed via a modified loading section."

In other words, Apple and LQMT are working together on a critical adaptation that was made to the Engel machine through this induction heat shield patent and it ALL went to CIP. Also, very importantly, it means that Apple is certainly very much in play to use the same tech! GL!
Makes HUGE sense!
Affirmative - they have boatloads of shares already. Look at the financials. They are swimming in shares in shares and options.
Dividends up, employees down, along with morale. New CEO needed - BADLY.
Wait until MongoDb goes public...
Why buy what they have a load of already?
Post 69400 - woo hoo!
They just keep beating numbers every Q.
It's clearly been hit because of David Goldberg's death, but even if Sheryl steps down, does anyone really believe great COO candidates won't be lining up for her job? I think she'll be able to stay on, but it's sad.
Agreed. I go to some smaller stores that are a subsidiary of a larger chain. When I get similar items from the parent, they are just as good, but cheaper, but as you noted, if their quailty is superior, it's a no-brainer. Thank you for your thoughts.
Would have to presume interest rate volatility, and anticipation of tightening monetary policy, no? I still don't understand the reverse split, unless it had to do with potential de-listing issues.
That would be awesome!!!
Agreed - incredibly diversified, loads poured in to R&D and a great divi.
Thank you. I think it's undervalued. The prices at those types are stores are always somewhat of a deterrence, I think. And possibly could constrict future growth, unless they can limit competition. Thank you again for your thoughts.
Do you think Whole Foods will have to start making acquisitions to sustain growth and pricing advantage?
Was that drop before the rise a sell on the news?
They have great stuff in the pipeline and this was downgraded by many investment houses? Crazy.
