I assume they meant 2011. Either way, it is nice to see them clearing up the ills of the past. Onward and upward please.

I called for Jason at IRG over 1 month ago and was told they no longer represented Sanswire. I also confirmed with Karen Verna.
Now, just hoping for an announcement from the Denver show. Too big of a deal made, to not say anything. Just hope they are planning to clear up SEC and then have good news from the show.
At least 10 barrels per day. No electricity at the PDU.
This should be no big deal and unlikely that there will be a lawsuit. As I understand, the trademark is only protected within a product classification.
The most common example that I can think of is Dove.
-Dove soap and lotion.
-Dove ice cream bars.

What is your normal time frame that you get a reply? I just sent questions yesterday.
I called and did get through, but Dean asked me to email questions.

Very cool demo. Nice to see it in action.
You beat me to the post, I was watching the demo while you were posting about it.

Every page on the Inland site has a copyright of 2004.
3 year old copyright...
If that is your claim, with the copyright 2004, wouldn't that be 4 years old.
But then every page shows the same copyright date of 2004. You appear to be wrong and grasping...
OfficeMax in Sheboygan, WI had MCC copies on the shelf. They were right next to Nuance stuff. It was great to see it on the shelf for real.
My town is a smallish community of about 50,000, 1 hour from Milwaukee and Green Bay. Not exactly a technology mecca, so I was encouraged to see copies in our store.
Somebody said something about uphappy OfficeMax employees. According to the guy I spoke with, the company is going from 2 assistant managers down to one.
Good weekend.
Rentech and UOP Form Alliance for Deployment of Clean Synthetic Fuels and Chemicals Technologies
Thursday June 19, 9:00 am ET
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rentech, Inc. (AMEX:RTK - News) today announced that it has formed an alliance with UOP LLC, a Honeywell company, to jointly offer the companies’ respective technologies for the commercial production of synthetic fuels, specialty waxes and chemicals.
The non-exclusive agreement aligns Rentech’s proprietary process to convert synthesis gas from biomass and fossil resources into hydrocarbons with UOP’s hydrocracking and hydrotreating technologies that process and upgrade hydrocarbons into ultra-clean synthetic fuels, specialty waxes and chemicals.
“This alliance between Rentech and UOP provides a one-stop solution to developers of commercial synthetic fuels facilities worldwide for synthesis gas conversion and product upgrading,” said Richard Penning, Executive Vice President of Commercial Affairs for Rentech.
As commercialization partners, Rentech and UOP expect to increase their market reach and jointly offer proven technologies that can produce ultra-clean synthetic fuels, specialty waxes and chemicals that are cleaner than traditional petroleum-derived fuels and chemicals.
“As the need for increasingly cleaner fuels continues to grow, we look forward to working with Rentech to offer better solutions worldwide,” said Ashis Banerji, UOP Business Director for Refining. “Together we can offer a solution that is well suited to the production of high-quality, ultra-clean transportation fuels and high-value chemicals,” Mr. Banerji continued.
About Rentech, Inc.

Dell is a retailer.
Intel is a technology company.
Dell is selling a ONEV product.
Intel is demonstating ONEV applications on the Intel technology platform at trade shows and forums around the world.
Dell is trying to make a few bucks selling ONEV.
Intel is displaying the power and performance of their new technology by allowing ONEV to run their programs.
There is a difference between the two examples. If Intel did not believe in ONEV, they would not allow it to be involved as they are introducing ATOM to the world.
Intel may not be relevant to ONEV in every article posted by Ugo, but it is still very relevant to ONEV.

I was told the recommend feature would be part of the changes.
I sure hope that is included.
Another thing would be to have a threaded view option. Is that something being considered?
Dcon, thanks for the reply.
Bucky
Dcon, looking for some help.
Please don't spend a lot of time answering this, but what exactly are you looking at and what are you seeing? You said, "have a look at the l2" and I would like to learn a little if you would help.
Are you seeing good things or things that cause concern?
Thank you for your time.
Bucky
Both ways worked for me.
"IF I go to the direct link it doesn't show The in store section but if I go to to saytoplay and then click where to buy the in store section shows up...weird."
What I found odd was that only two of the sites listed (Buy.com and ANT online) were active links. Does anyone know of a reason why they would not all be active links to the respective sites?
Either way, good to see the Office Max in store.

OT: Swan65 Sunburst?
Only if I have to. Usually up to Brule or Pine Mountain, otherwise we bring out our xcountry and hit the local trails.
I was asked to be a ski patrol at Sunburst when I first moved to Shevegas from Alpine Valley area.

"bid ask back to .009 to .015"
I noticed that also. I use ameritrade and the bid/ask on the trading bar on the bottom of my screen shows .009 / .015. When I click on ONEV and open up a research window on onev, it is showing .0123 / .0127.
Both will be refreshed and "current". very odd.
OT: Whistler in December.
Shamantiks may have a different opinion, but I did a trip to Whistler about 10 years ago in late December/early January. It was very warm and had miserable conditions.
We spoke to some locals who said that late January into spring is your best bet for good conditions. I am sure every year is different, but it sounded like your odds were best later in the season.
Good luck and have fun.
A reverse split can be part of a positive event.
If a RS is done while a company is still struggling and moving in the wrong direction, it is just smoke and mirrors. It is not often viewed as positive and very rarely does it have a good outcome in this situation. This is desperation and very obvious to most investors.
However, if a company is moving in the right direction it can be very helpful and positive. When a company is; increasing sales, improving margin, achieving or closing in on profitability, i.e. getting on its' feet, the results can be good.
With good things happening; a RS can help move to a higher exchange, allow institutional investing, reduce share count for future issuance, etc. Most people would rather see the shareprice move way up on its own, but sometimes you need a little jumpstart.
IHUB Administration told me they are upgrading.
I had asked if they would ever add a feature allowing us to "Recommend" a post. This is one feature that I greatly appreciate from other sites. I did not really get any detail on all of the changes, but I was told that a recommend feature would be a part of the NEW format.
Good news.
Hopefully they provide more features to the freebies like me. I would like to ignore more than 5 people.

Can Sprint's WiMax Alliance Last?
No mention of Globetel, but an interesting article regarding WiMax. Lots of talk and work being done by the major telecom players.
http://www.businessweek.com/technology/content/mar2008/tc20080326_823091.htm?chan=technology_technology+index+page_telecom
"It's crunch time, yet again, for Sprint's troubled next-generation wireless network—and the unlikely collection of on-again, off-again partnerships the company needs to get the technology off the ground.
Google and the nation's two biggest cable TV companies are among the investors finalizing negotiations to provide up to $2.5 billion for Sprint and a smaller wireless provider named Clearwire to build the nationwide network, according to a source close to the talks. "The deal is about 90% done," but could fall apart at the last minute before a planned Apr. 1 announcement, this person says.
The proposed alliance with Comcast, Time Warner, and a smaller provider called Brighthouse Networks would revive the cable industry's soured relationship with Sprint, whose financial travails have forced it to find more backing for the new network based on a Wi-Fi relative called WiMax......"
Kind of OT: Who does the auction $ go to?
The article says FCC auction. Does the money go to the government, or are these held by companies?
Thanks.

Rentech dodges mineral rights problem
http://www.natchezdemocrat.com/news/2008/mar/13/rentech-dodges-mineral-rights-problem/
"NATCHEZ — Rentech’s future development in Adams County may be saved by the relinquishment of certain mineral rights that would have impeded Rentech’s progress.
Jerry Ogden, owner and manager of Day Dreams Resources, LLC said a letter has be sent to the Mississippi Oil and Gas board expressing his wishes to relinquish the permit that would allow his company to drill for oil on the land currently owned by International Paper."
Airlines in price negotiations for Solena's waste-derived biofuel
http://www.flightglobal.com/articles/2008/03/12/222171/airlines-in-price-negotiations-for-solenas-waste-derived.html
"Airlines and the US Air Force are negotiating prices for a biomass-derived jet fuel scheduled to enter production in California beginning in 2011."
"But the company also plans to expand production by opening similar plants in other cities, with active negotiations underway in the US, Germany and Argentina."
"Solena has received financial backing from Germany’s Deutsche Bank. Meanwhile, Rentech, a coal-to-liquid fuel producer, has signed on to provide the F-T catalytic conversion process."
The nature of technology.
How many who have a cell can imagine going without?
Who would like to go from some form of high speed internet back to a slow dial-up connection?
Anybody here that has a DVR care to start using a VCR to record their shows?
There are many things even just a few years ago that I never thought I would need or want. Now, I can't imagine going more than one day without some of today's conveniences.
If the service works as advertised, many people will stay with the program. To assume/state that all of them will stay or all will go is just ridiculous.

I am not surprised, or put off by their response.
I think that Catchnrel answered better than I could. What I could add is that IR/BQI tends to be pretty tight lipped. They still may be acquiring land and do not want to draw too much attention/competition.
The time is drawing near for a JV, but who know when.
Also, check out the BQI site on Investorvillage. I would not buy this as a short term hold, unless you are a trader. Lately, this has been a good stock if you can get in and out. To fully realize the true value here, expect to be sitting on this for several years.
Bucky
What did you ask them?
Was what you posted their complete response or just part of the CYA legal disclosure?
onevoiceremote Your comments are true....
but why even post the video if it does not show much at all. I really appreciated the blog with all of the new info coming out, but that video seems thin at best.

Maybe Intel wants to test the market performance/acceptance prior to building the VR into their hardware.
Then that might be it.

I tried the links that you provided to view the Intel presentation. Both of them failed to work. The screen is "Buffering Video" for the last 15 minutes. I have dsl, so it is not my connection.
Thanks for the help.

Any thoughts on the recent decline?
Is there anything to look forward to?
I am feeling pretty greedy right about now, having not sold in the 40's cause I wanted 50's again.
Thanks.

Good form sami and nilremerlin.
Sami, thanks for saying this and I agree. I only wish that Investorshub had a recommend button for posts, so that I would not have to post to confirm. Oh well.
nil, I am sure that you have many who read and respect the information you share. You do not offer too much strong opinion (which I like), just good information with an interesting spin.
Thank you.
