Regarding Mantras finances,the only way this company can sustain operations is through dilution,or loans.
Judging from what the market was charging them (like 10%,according to the 10k),dilution is probably the way to go.
Also,if another company or business is willing to take Mantras 'scrip',meaning shares,for services rendered,then they must feel pretty good about the companies prospects going foward.
That said,let us hope that Larry and company are flying economy with all the globe trotting they are doing,and let us hope it bears fruit.

P.S.Manta is still years away from being a profitable enterprise,much spadework still to do.But the lions share of riches to be made,if there are any,will be made BEFORE the company becomes a stand on its own entity.
