Some questions regarding the ERC commercial operation are:

1)How will the EPA treat the ERC? Will it require each site to reapply for a new clean air operating permit due to new equipment being introduced to the process.

2)Will the offtake of flue gas be reintroduced to into main flue stream,or will the process require its own Continous Emissions Monitoring (CEM's) System?

3)If it does require its own CEM's,who pays for it and maintains it?

4)Is Mantra looking more into the licensing than the operational side for its profits?
