True, no complaints here. After viewing my watchlist of the MJ industry, I was cringing as I went to check my holdings.. IVITF being one of them.. and was pleasantly surprised we practically broke even for the day. I chalk that up as a victory during a very red, bloody day.
Ugh, I hope this turns around for the sake of long-term ATTBF investors, like I used to be.. but I'm definitely glad I'm out too. Raising cash via dilutive PP's while paying for promotions? Shaking my head..
Yeah I caught that too. Clever, but if you really read into it, it's like a father saying this to his son:
"Hey bud, hop in the truck and we'll go get some ice cream..." 5 minutes pass. "By the way, son, I have some bad news.. your dog Rover showed up dead on the porch last night."
Good day. Lots of siblings in the cannabis sector are in the red today... but not IVITF.
Glad he's spreading the word already.. but I don't understand why he isn't sticking it harder to an interviewer trying to trip him up with "but you're anti-drug" interview clips.
He acknowledges that novacane for dental procedures and aspirin for aches and pains is very different from drug abuse. True, but why didn't he connect the dots and use terms like "research into medicinal benefits" or "chronic pain reliever" when describing cannabis? He didn't have to represent potential benefits as facts, which obviously could have landed him in trouble, but he certainly could have elaborated on the research and insights that lead people to believe that cannabis could be extremely beneficial when used properly.
So the NTCXF formula is.. Buy at a nickle, sell between a couple dimes and a quarter?
Got it. Next round, please..
The message Gene will bring is necessary to help crush misconceptions about cannabis.. i.e. even a long time anti-drug ambassador is recognizing cannabis as a natural, beneficial substance.. not just some "drug" for "getting high."
The question is.. does the message come too soon and will it benefit IVITF? It's a bold move.. but bold moves tend to pay off quite impressively when they work.
Took a small bite of IVITF just now. I'm out if we can't hold the high $1.30's, but not expecting that to happen.
Oh.. and welcome, Gene..
This is pretty crummy too, IMO:

Abenante receiving 6.5 Mil shares as compensation a month ago, alongside Rene David's 4.5 Mil, never sat well with me.
He just received another 3 Mil.. and there's this suspicious "disposition by gift" of 3.5 Mil shares a couple weeks ago.
It pains me to announce this, but I said long ago I'd always be honest with this board about my feelings toward ATTBF...
I just sold out, after holding since 2014 and accumulating bits and pieces since then. The recent acquisitions and resulting dilution has me not only concerned about their ability to preserve shareholder value long-term, but I'm fearful that their shotgun strategy of "we want to be everything in the cannabis space" could easily backfire on them.. much like it did 3 years ago.
I've noted inconsistencies in PR's and management's objectives, and CannaNUMIS and Gabriola seem like awfully suspicious and expensive gambles to me.. With the latest Gabriola deal and nearly 60 Mil more shares added to the pile, we're getting awfully close to a 3x dilution multiple in only about 1 year's time.
Now, news sources and investors are starting to reveal that hundreds of thousands of ATTBF dollars and/or shares.. if not millions.. have been going toward stock promotion.
No matter what angle I analyze, I don't see high odds of ATTBF remaining above the mid-20's in the short-to-mid term. So I'm out.
Quite frankly.. it just seems to me that management is either "lost" or just happy to gamble at our expense, and that doesn't work for me. Maybe I'll buy back in if things improve.
Best of luck, everyone!
I've had Invictus on my radar for a while now, just now taking the time to study the numbers. It seems that the stock itself might actually be priced more reasonably than a lot of the other cannabis grower / extraction companies that rocketed 10x(+) to multi-100 million valuations.
How do people feel about current share structure? Any concerns or expectations of dilution or putting this above 100 Mil outstanding anytime soon?
Actually, I hate to say it and don't mean to pour gasoline on the fire, but I agree with that.. 0.24 happens to not only serve as a critical level of support, but also be my break even point. My confidence in ATTBF's recent direction weakens every day, and I'm no longer comfortable with holding this stock during a long-term drop.. Hope it doesn't come to that, but I've identified other places I can put my money if it does.
Has anyone else had to complete 7 rounds of verification before drawing from the faucet?
Yes, 7.. haha.
I'm not pleased with recent developments either.. it's starting to smell like an identity crisis. Mike Withrow's "Abattis Bioceuticals" tried to force a hand in every type of cannabis business imaginable back in 2014 as well.. and look how that turned out. The majority of them flopped or were tossed to the curb long before Abenante stepped in.
I'm going to be awfully disappointed if the only reason they diluted us to quickly raise cash was to get a piece of the cryptocurrency market.. and jump in other similar highly risky plays. They just don't seem to have any real long-term plan.. just raising more money to scatter chips all over the table. If they have a real plan, it's time to communicate it. "We want to be and do everything" isn't a real business plan..
I have this feeling we're about 1-2 days away from an anonymous 1000 coin donation..
It's pretty obvious that Adrian McKenzie, ARNH's true controller, just bumped up the.. well, let's call it the "promoter" payroll.. yet again. Pathetic. I wonder if this scam will endure 2018..
While you're busy throwing up another ridiculous straw man fallacy, Adrian McKenzie, ARNH's controller, is plotting to dump another sack of shares to the tune of billions..
I'm not going to waste time spoon-feeding everyone. You'll just have to read up on FITX history.. and read up on it objectively (key word). Len was around while all the shady deals went down.. when the crooked Bill Chaaban ran the show.
Haha! That was way before the truth was revealed.. and with ARNH, Lenny, etc. everyone already knows the Emperor has no clothes.
By the way.. where is FITX now? Why didn't you share that little bit? You know.. about the halting and grey market doom? About the CEO and other management that hyped night and day, then dumped their shares, after promising not to?
Lenny being involved with FITX, Creative Edge Nutrition, alone is a massive red flag. Their CEO, Bill Chaaban, might as well have been leading a massive cult. His shameless hype and deception was off the charts..
Perhaps most priceless of all.. around 2014, it was suddenly revealed that Bill had surrounded himself with shady characters. One of them, Randy Hamdan, was a stock manipulator and serial pumper that the SEC cracked down on.. search the name, you'll find the complaint. I'm just scratching the surface of the putrid that Creative Edge turned out to be.. many of those people are lucky they aren't sitting behind steel bars.
So, as I mentioned months ago, it doesn't matter if you want to believe that "Lenny" has any real involvement in ARNH management or not. The real Lenny has been a part of absolute garage in the past. He does not have a reputation that should inspire any confidence.
Heh it will be a little interesting to see what unfolds.. but with 1000 coins going for about $50 on the market, that's awfully cheap. I'd have to guess ADVFN owners / administration will buy and refill the faucet if it starts to completely dry up.
Haha I didn't even know that board existed until now.. hilarious!
Fair enough to have that opinion, and I get what you're saying.. but I, for one, would hate to see many forums' new "sticky" area littered with obnoxious shill posts and BS.. and I fear that's exactly what will soon happen.
You're right - it's not a complete fix. Though I do think it would help ward off some of the OTC / pinkie shenanigans that could erupt through Plus1 self-promotion. In my experience administrating other discussion platforms, a lot of shills and sock puppets are pretty lazy.. going through "extra work" is a deterrent for gaming the system in their favor. I'd guess that would hold somewhat true on the I-Hub platform as well..
Ha, we finally did it fellas.. we closed green!
There is potential for abuse.. especially in the pinkie forums. I've caught multiple suspicious promoters blatantly lying about "news" to pump a pink corpse. For a couple bucks, these types of people can ensure that their own piles of BS stay promoted right at the top of the thread.. they can just continue to award their own posts Plus1.
If IHub doesn't want to remove the "self-promotion" functionality completely, one modification that could help prevent abuse is to provide some small notification flag, symbol or button on the post IF it was Plus1-ed by the author him/herself. I.e. just a note that informs the community it's self-promotion, and not based on community opinions.
Then down the road, if you want to take it further, you could add a counter.. Perhaps a small flag should be present when, for example, 50% or more of the awarded Plus1 came from the original author?
I heard a week too. Also, agree - a Plus 1 FAQ that's gradually added to over the course of the upcoming months would be a great resource.
An ATTBF investor, Jerry, was able to connect with IR today and share his thoughts.
Be aware, I'm simply posting someone else's testimony and cannot vouch for the accuracy of any of the following discussion...
I was able to chat with Brook Bellian who is still the IR at Abattis (I am going to assume along side Hugh Oswald). He made it very clear there are certain things he is not allowed to talk about until they become public, which I certainly understood. I was able to get a sense of direction on 2 key topics below.
1) In regards to Raybot Technology
I voiced the concern that many of you have with regards to Raybot (Extraction Technology)
I wanted to know if this was still the core focus of the business. Is Raybot something people are looking to purchase from ATT or use ATT for extraction services.
Brook wanted to be clear. OF COURSE extraction is still the core component of the business
Brook was unable to get into the details. But he said the ATT team never considered the cultivation side of things. He said extraction is key, along side infused products and ointments. (I would agree as this has much higher margins).
Currently, extraction is on the back burner in Canada. As many of you may know, edibles will not be rolled out till approximately 1 year AFTER recreational cannabis goes online (Canada). Extraction should still be profitable as oils and shatter can be consumed in the rec market (as far as I am aware).
We did discuss that there are options in the states where cannabis extracts are widely being consumed. It just so happens to be on the back burner in Canada. Raybot still has high recovery and low costs.
I was unaware that Raybot is actually from CHINA.
Key things I noted:
ATT is not a short term play. They are not doing things to make a few short term traders happy. But they are looking at closer to a 2-3 year horizon for this extraction technology to take off. Risk is obviously high, but if you believe in extraction, this is a comfortable gamble. He said there are wicked things coming and are looking at high growth high margin products
2) CannaNUMUS and Blockchain
What is CannaNUMUS and why are you investing in it?
CannaNUMUS is essentially coin that can be convertible for tech. Used to streamline purchasing and acquiring, buy side and sell side. There will be more news with regards to this in the future.
Key things I noted:
This is not the same as the deal EMH has with their blockchain supplier. Nothing he said about CannaNUMUS looks to be on the supply chain side of blockchain technology. So we are not currently talking about the transparency of where your weed or products come from. We are talking about CannaNUMUS as a form of payment and currency. So as much as I wanted to believe that we were going to use this as tracing technology, there was no confidence in his answer that CannaNUMUS provides this sort of technology.
Brook believes that the MJ sector has dipped due to delays in legislation.
There is no lucrative future for cultivation but there will be for testing services
Hopeful that there are expansion projects in the pipeline for both testing and extraction
Brook was very nice to talk to. I wouldn't say that he instilled confidence as an investor, but like i said earlier. This is now a more comfortable gamble. If you have the patience to let your money sit here for 2-3 year (my horizon for ATT) then this could pay off. Obviously there are so many unknowns, but don't expect your money to turn around in 1 year or even 18 or 20 months. This is a LONG play.
I'm expecting more F news.. or perhaps even just "suggestions".. about autonomous vehicle R&D paying off sometime later this year. Disappointed that the margins are stuck in the mud and this collapsed back to the $10's, because the right AV news could have easily influenced investors to start picturing F as more of a potential emerging technology champion.. and less like a 5-6% yield bond..
Well good luck. I don't think there's much potential here. Just a puppet master trying to hook in more suckers and dump as many shares in the 0.0001's that he can.
I think he'll be replaced and Ford will hope this quickly blows over. It's just not dramatic enough to keep harping on about in today's news.. not when "Trump and "blockchain" take the front page on every site and blog.
You should research more about the guy pulling all the strings in ARNH.. Adrian McKenzie. Your expectations will change, just as mine did.
Abattis Announces CannaNUMUS Achievement of Second Milestone
Published: Feb 20, 2018 1:49 p.m. ET
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) --
Abattis Bioceuticals Corp. (the "Company" or "Abattis") (cse:ATT) is pleased to announce that CannaNUMUS Blockchain Inc. ("CannaNUMUS"), a company in which Abattis has a 49% ownership interest, has entered into an agreement to acquire ("Investment") a 10% stake in Gabriola Green Farms ("Gabriola") for $2.5 million. Through the Investment, Gabriola will participate in CannaNUMUS's blockchain portfolio of cannabis companies.
Gabriola is a privately held British Columbia company that has applied for a licence to produce under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) on Gabriola Island, one of the gulf islands located in the Strait of Georgia off the coast of British Columbia. Gabriola Island has a consistent temperature and humidity level, which makes it well suited to greenhouse growing. Gabriola's current facility has a production capacity of approximately 2,000 kilograms.
Through the agreement with Gabriola, CannaNUMUS has satisfied the second milestone under the Investment Agreement dated January 31, 2018 between Abattis and CannaNUMUS.
"We are very impressed with the progress and execution at CannaNUMUS," stated Rob Abenante, President and CEO of Abattis. "We believe the collaboration between the two companies will be extremely beneficial for both entities."

Those faucet reserves are growing smaller.. but watch. It’ll get down to 50 Plus1 coins and someone will come along and reload it back to 1000+.
Good eye, thanks. It's a pretty glum day for ATTBF. The sector is quite green, but ATTBF is struggling to reach last week's closing price.. Disappointing, to say the least.
Has an upcoming R/S for AMFE been "confirmed" by the CEO or other AMFE management? Or are you saying you submitted an inquiry to the CEO about a potential R/S and you have yet to be acknowledged?
Because if the latter is true, that's not a "confirmation" of anything.. you simply didn't receive a response.
ARNH is a cesspool of impersonations, sock puppets, and charlatans..
The "CEO" that was supposedly running ARNH out of Florida last spring, Mark Solomon, was a complete fabrication. I contacted the guy myself using the phone number provided in the I-Hub exclusive PR. He denied having anything to do with ARNH.
It's really not that hard to find a professional's profile, contact info, business history, etc online.. and if you really have no shame or restraint, it's even easy to impersonate someone through filing signatures, PR's, and social media accounts. I caught Adrian McKenzie, ARNH's controller, spoofing a CEO appointment last year.. he could have done the same thing with Lenny.
Trust nothing, and believe in no one claiming to have anything to do with ARNH. It's probably just another web of lies and BS.
Hey, it's no secret that I'm not sold on the cryptocurrency idea for Abattis either at the moment.. but your suggestion that Abattis is going to be suspended by authorities based on the SEC's recent actions against a shady triangle of penny stocks that possess no other real assets is.. essentially crying wolf.
Those "companies" haven't even been filing their financials on time. Apples and oranges.
Oh good point. I forgot.. it's not that it's a lotto where all winning tickets have been claimed. Instead it's a rigged lotto where many people may buy, but only Adrian wins.. every time.
Pretty much. But why "play" in a penny stock being run by a guy that's become well-recognized as a con artist here.. there have to be better "gamble" stocks out there without such a dismal chance of rising anywhere. GL to you too!
